- nader (9/5): الفندق يستاهل جدا - لم يعجبني موظف الاستقبال بالتعامل .. وصلت الساعه 2 فجرا ..يعني كان عندي بضع ساعات بس.. وكان الغرفة غير متوفرة وجاب لي البديل ودفعني 10 عشرة ريالات .. المشكلة مش بالعشرة .. مافي اي مرونه خالص بالتعامل . وجيته مره ثانيه عن طريق تطبيق اخر وكان كل همه اني ادفع . ولغيت الحجز وشوفت موقع ثاني يحترم النزيل

We got towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer,, tooth brushes. Sofa bed Its not bed just a sofa. Booking. Com mention sofa bed. Its not sofa cum bed.We were 3 adults so we face little difficulty. We requested extra bed. They just give blanket and pillow. No matress. So be careful if 2 adults, its perfect..

- Paul (4/5): 9 hour flight layover - Friendly and helpful staff but receptionist was unable to issue me a key! I could only access via master key. Room was very dated and bathroom was not well maintained. Zero towels in the room was rectified but took time!
