• Aurelijus (9/5): A very nice boutique hotel in central Jurmala - This hotel is a very nice and unique place in central Jurmala with a very posh decor. The amenities are of a high quality, nice cosmetics. Fresh flowers in the room were very pleasant. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very nice. The staff was very helpful. Everything was nice, except shower could be improved.

The toilet was superb with beautiful standalone bath and all the tricks you could ask for. Vlad who runs the hotel was one of the most attentive people I have ever met at a hotel and was truly amazing in hosting us and made our stay an amazing experience. The spa had everything you could ask for and more. The restaurant was a magical experience not only due to the Ambience but also the delicious food of a very high quality. The beach is a very short walk and the main avenue even closer. Can’t find any negatives to be honest and would recommend to anyone I know. Can’t find fault

Breakfast was very good and tasty, which you need to select from the menu. Just a note to other travelers - when you are coming, let them know when you are planning to arrive. All was wonderful

Tämä on harvinainen esimerkki siitä, kuinka kaikki on huomioitu pienimpiäkin yksityiskohtia myöten vieraiden mukavuuden takaamiseksi. Todella harvoin kohtaa tilanteen, jossa ei ole mitään – ei kerta kaikkiaan mitään – huomautettavaa tai moitittavaa. Huone oli tilava ja erittäin viihtyisä. Vuode oli mukava ja kylpyhuone suorastaan erinomainen. Lukuisat pienet yksityiskohdat loivat kokonaisuuden, joka teki oleskelusta poikkeuksellisen miellyttävän. Astmaatikkona ja allergikkona olin erityisen tyytyväinen siisteyden tasoon: huoneen puhtaus oli moitteeton, eikä ollut mitään tekijöitä, jotka olisivat voineet aiheuttaa oireita. Erityiskiitoksen ansaitsee vastaanottovirkailija Vlad. Hänestä välittyi vahvasti tunne, että hän on juuri oikeassa paikassa. Hänen ystävällinen ja huomaavainen palvelunsa sekä erinomainen vuorovaikutus jättivät lähdön jälkeen poikkeuksellisen miellyttävän tunteen – sellaisen, joka saa todella haluamaan palata uudelleen. Olen varma, että palaamme tänne vielä. Myös sauna oli erinomainen. Ravintola ja sen henkilökunta ansaitsevat erityismaininnan: aamiaiset olivat yksinkertaisesti loistavia, ja tarjoilijat erittäin huomaavaisia ja ammattitaitoisia. Kaiken kaikkiaan kyseessä oli upea loma. Meille jäi tunne, kuin olisimme saapuneet läheisten luo, jotka olivat meitä odottaneet ja tehneet kaikkensa varmistaakseen, että viihdyimme mahdollisimman hyvin. Tämä on toistaiseksi ainoa paikka, josta minulla ei ole lainkaan huomautettavaa tai parannusehdotuksia. • Dr. Matthias (10/5): It has been an excellent stay with perfect service. Vlad, the concierge is simply the best! - Breakfast was excellent and available at any time, which is extremely comfortable for people like us who sleep very long, while on holiday. No complaints.

Редкий случай, когда человек реально держит уровень и следит за деталями, а не просто формально присутствует. Кухня порадовала. Всё вкусно, аккуратно подано, без сюрпризов и разочарований. Были в TB Palace на Рождество. Атмосфера очень тёплая и спокойная, всё выглядело празднично, но без перегруза и показухи. Отель оставил ощущение качества и продуманности. Сюда хочется вернуться.
