Staff really pleasant, breakfast included is also a nice touch. The room was slightly smaller than advertised on the website, but fine for two people!

Location was perfect for my choice close walkable to attractions but not the busy central area, reception staff always greeted with a smile. & genuinely very patient & helpful SERIOUS complaint was the room , A split level studio , with no windows or ventilation once the ceiling window auto closed when started to rain, had a sky view but NO AIRCON had a very hot uncomfortable night , approached a. Manager about my sauna room told no aircon in ground floor rooms next night finally offered a fan. Expect much more from a 4 STAR Also Nor happy with a Loud stroppy girl with a watch , STOP STOP. Guest breakfast finish at 11 , so no milk on my cereal The time was 11.02

Leider waren am Fernseher keine deutschen Sender verfügbar, aber muss im Urlaub ja nicht sein. Lage perfekt einen Katzensprung vom Wenzelplatz entfernt. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war eher nicht so spannend. Zwar viel Auswahl aber alles in allem eher mäßige Qualität. Heizung war glaub ich auch nicht aufgedreht (zumindest war es eher kühl im Zimmer, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört).

- Holger (5/5): Zentral ja, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Service nicht 4 Sterne würdig! - Das Frühstück fand im fensterlosen Kellergewölbe mit laufendem TV, Werbung und was man bei einem Frühstück nicht haben muss, statt. Die Brötchen waren jeden Tag weich. Man musste sein Geschirr selbst abräumen, wie bei McDonalds. Personal huscht geschäftig um einen rum ohne zu grüßen. Was nützen einem Wurst und Käse auf weichen pappigen Brötchen? Zum Standard in einem 4 Sterne Hotel gehört zwingend ein Kosmetikspiegel, wenn man Brillenträger ist. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde geantwortet: i am so sorry. Lobbybar war ein Kühlschrank hinter der Rezeption. Aber am gefährlichsten war der Kurzschluss im Lichtschilder. Ich habe einen Zettel mit "defekt" bzw. "Out of order" gekennzeichnet. Ohne Reaktion blieb der dort hängen. Das soll Service im 4 Sterne Hotel sein? Unser Gang zum hochwertigen Studio führte an einem Möbellager vorbei. Wer raucht musste seine Kippen in der Gosse entsorgen.

As I was staying there 8 nights, I was more persistent. I was eventually given two small square pillows the size of a cushion. I was at the top floor and have sky-windows. Even though there were blinds, I still found it bright for the morning, so I was glad I brought shades for my eyes.

- Zsófia (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit ein paar Mängeln - Frühstück war bombe, Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen (wir konnten unser Gepäck vor Check-in und nach Check-out da lassen) Hygieneartikel waren viele da, selbst Body lotion, kleines Packerl mit Wattestäbchen etc. Die Wände sind leider sehr dünn, man hat alles von den Nachbarn (Schnarchen) etc. gehört. Die Duschtemperatur muss man milimetergenau einstellen. Die Fenster waren schmutzig. Der Lift ist sehr klein und recht langsam.

Bei der Dusche fehlte die Duschwand, so dass der ganze Boden nass wurde beim Duschen.
