• Hilal Sueda (7/5): Good price/performance for a one or two night stay - Very good location. Free Parking onsite. 15 min drive to Venice Centro. By arrival we were advised about the parking situation and opportunities in Venice City. The hosts were really friendly and helping. Overall clean.

• Nio-s (6/5): Очень внимательный хозяин отеля! - Очень внимательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Долго ждал меня перед заселением. Очень подробно объяснил, как добраться до места. Очень вкусный кофе делает кофемашина в номере! Есть минусы, но их я написал хозяину лично, уверен, он их исправит в ближайшее время! Приезжайте, рядом очень вкусная пиццерия!

• Nancy (5/5): una notte vicino Mestre - per una notte va anche bene. buona la posizione sulla strada romea, ben collegata a Venezia in auto e un supermercato nelle vicinanze, di fronte ad un ristorante per cucina e pizza. presenza di un frigo; il prezzo e parcheggio all'interno della struttura. consiglio se non si hanno troppe pretese non mi è piaciuta la pulizia(asciugamani con macchie e con capelli attaccati), la macchinetta del caffè non funzionava, camera fredda, umida e rumorosa e aveva un odore strano tipo fumo misto a muffa. letto con materasso scomodo e cuscini troppo alti l'assenza del bidet in bagno abbiamo dormito in compagnia di molte farfalle notturne

Toonde interesse, en vertelde ons wat belangrijk was om te weten. De bushalte is op 5 min lopen. De kamer beschikt over een fijne airco en een koelkast. Enorm prettig. Het bed kan voor mensen hard aanvoelen. Bij ons was dit niet het geval. Wij vonden het bed heerlijk.

• Ilse (9/5): Superb - Kind staff, Owner Fausto gave us some great advice for traveling to Venice. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Supermarket is a 2 minute drive and Venice is just 20 minutes away. Great place to enjoy all things Venice/Veneto offers, but also gives a little bit of quiet before the (tourist) storm No breakfast available

• Márk (9/5): Superb - The accomodation has a really good price-value ratio. You can get to Piazzale Roma (Venice) in like 30-40 minutes with a bus that runs quiet frequently. The breakfast was good. The room had an authentic vibe and the bed was really comfortable. Our room had a nice view of the garden and it was quiet at the night. We only met our host, Fausto once in the morning as we arrived late at night to the house (self check-in is possible, what is awesome). He was very energetic and friendly! He helped us with everything that we needed and did more for us than that could be expected🙏🏼 It's a perfect stay for a couple of nights if you want to spend all of the day in Venice as buses runs from early morning to late at night. Especially good for a couple or a travel duo in my opinion.

The map on apple’s version is mistaken from the original version, so I took the wrong way, seemed I was not the only one according to what the boss said , and with the rainy weather it was very unpleasant feeling to arrive to the wrong place! Hopefully the hotel pick me up with their car!

• Deborah (9/5): Clean, Friendly and Comfortable - The A/C worked. We slept like babies. We considered staying longer but had to get back home. The room had a fridge, WiFi and a large bed. It was located pretty close to downtown Venice, which was our goal. The room was dated but clean. Plenty of parking. The breakfast in the room was fruit in the fridge, some pastries and coffee pods. The pastries were good, but I wouldn't call it breakfast, it was more like snacks.

• Tahereezadeh (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as the photos. The bathroom was so clean and also a good breakfast was ready in the room. I should mention that the host was so helpful and answered me so fast. I just should mention that the location of the house is perfect for the person who has cars, but if you don't have cars, you can not plan to come and go after the evening, cause it's on sub urban and there's no specific pathways to reach the hotel from bus station. But we loved our host and the place.

There is air conditioning in the hall of the building. If you drive to Venice its a very short journey (6-7min to the bridge)
