• Paul (3/5): Not worth the money they charge per night - Not much to like about this hotel. Staff are very nice, that's about it. The room was dirty, stains everywhere throughout the room and a constant smell of food and grease from the kitchen which obviously travels up through the hotel. Breakfast was poor quality. It was cold, not a lot on offer and did not taste great. Finally, from a very early hour there was a very loud noise outside the room, at first I thought it was building works but it turned out to be a vent right outside the window. At the price I paid it was not worth it. There are much better hotels of the same star out there providing much better facilities than this.

Such a beautiful hotel with so many wonderful aspects to it...the decor, the food, the service, the hospitality, the location and most of all the friendliness of the staff. • richardgG2981XB (10/5): Adair Arms, Top of the lot. - Called in on Easter Monday for some food. Wow. Top class service from the floor team and have to say the food was all that you could ask for, excellent. Keep up great work, and i hope to return soon.

My daughter was taken into hospital.on the day of the wedding and we could not attend and therefore had to cancel our stay after it was free to.do.so. I contacted the Adair Arms by phone and explained and then via Booking.com I requested that our cancellation be free due to the circumstances and they agreed. I was delighted thankyou so much.
• Jayne (10/5): Very reasonable, amazing food and nothing too much trouble - Staff were more than accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful and the breakfast which was included was delicious. Had meals in the restaurant and they were reasonably priced but the quality was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting their again. Nothing

• Nigel (9/5): The hotel was well situated, plenty of free parking, the room was clean and comfortable large enough for three people to - The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly, the hotel was in a great position to explore every thing local The only thing I didn’t like was the bed, I found it lumpy, although the staff did offer to change us to a different room , we carried on, you just get used to your own bed at home so we didn’t let it bother us

Only thing I would say we didn't like was they had no continental section in the breakfast area which my husband would have liked.

• anastasijadunkere (8/5): NY eves stay - It was a nice NY eves stay with my husband and our 8 year old daughter . We had NY eve’s special package. It included 1 nights stay , 2 course dinner and breakfast the next morning on the 1st of January. There were many people in the hotel, yet no one was on anyone’s way. A very cozy atmosphere, with beautiful Xmas trees and Xmas decorations. The red decor on the tables was so beautiful, that I also took a picture of it :) The only thing I was hoping for , was to see the fireworks , which we didn’t … I don’t know the cause , as there was like 5 seconds fireworks and that’s all… hmm… maybe the location. However those people/families or elderly etc , would enjoy this quietness
