- j (2/5): 전기세 관리비 안내서 지낼수가없어요 - 호텔 체크인이 어려움. 방법을 메일로 보내주긴 하는데 보낸다는 말도 특별히 확인하라는 말도 없음. 밤에 일본에 도착해서 새벽 3시까지 낯선나라에서 헤맴. 한국 익스피디아와 연락이 닿아 메일을 확인해서 들어갔더니 전기세,관리비 3달을 미납한 고지서만 우편함에 들어있고 전기가 안들어와 불도 안켜지고 따뜻한 물도 못틀음. 집에 들어가긴했는데 결국 새로운 호텔 찾아감 익스피디아에 올라와있는 집주인 번호는 연락이 안되는번호이고 익스피디아측에서도 연락이 안된다고함. 현재 익스피디아에선 환불을 위해 집주인이랑 연락을 해보겠다고 하는데 할수있으면 해보시길..
- Devin (6/5): マンションの一室 - 静かなエリアで地下鉄の駅からも近い。 外国人には場所がわかりにくいかもしれません。地下鉄の駅の方の大通りに出れば、回転寿司やレストランもあります。コンビニも近いです。スーパー銭湯もすぐそばです。住民になった気分で宿泊できます。難波まで一駅なので便利です。部屋は寝室とダイニング。バスルームとトイレは別。バスタオル、洗濯機、キッチン、湯沸かしポットあり。アメニティーなし。

- RSW (2/5): - 由於此酒店可能大小間,跟隨地圖未能找到酒店正確位置,而提供的電話無法打通。浪費了我3小時及本地的日本人熱情的幫助。所以沒辦法對此酒店給予評價。
- HUNG CHENG (6/5): 交通方便 - 這次入住整體還算滿意，空間很大，周邊的交通也很方便，全程採自助式算是不錯的體驗， 建議可以提供熱水壺以及免費的WIFI 會更好
- TAIREN (2/5): 垃圾桶未清理、床單棉被不平整、桌上地面留有食物碎屑 - 離車站出口步行8分鐘，進到房間我們發現垃圾桶裝滿食物包裝盒和瓶罐未清理、床單棉被佈滿皺褶欠平整、桌上地面留有餅乾和麵包食物碎屑，我被老婆狠狠飆了一頓。房內設有洗衣機，吸塵器，電暖器，但是沒有熱水壺，無法煮水及貯水，整體令人失望。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 位置方便同價格合理的公寓 - 近地鐵站,JR站今宮行十分鐘左右 附近多便利店同食肆 房間較大,有洗衣機可以洗衫 整體上大致幾好 如果三人以上再去值得再住呢間公寓

- Akinori (4/5): 安かろう悪かろう - 5人で泊まれる宿でここがあったので宿泊したのですが、4人分のベッド布団しかなく、タオルも4人分、タオルは部屋干しで生乾き（少し雑巾臭）、風呂にあったビオレは水で薄めてかさ増し、電子レンジ電気ポット無し、テレビ無し、部屋の臭いはたぶんキッチンの排水溝からではないかと思います。換気扇用の電源は冷蔵庫のコンセントがささっているのでどちらかしか使えません。部屋の照明のスイッチが壊れてるようで、玄関のブレーカーでオンオフするしかありません。まあ一人あたり3000円だったので笑い話にできますが、あまりオススメとは言えません。

La finestra del bagno dava sul muro esterno del palazzo affianco e dai piani inferiore salivano cattivi odori.

- George (4/5): A bad experience - No check-in information was sent prior to our arrival. At least one hour was wasted after we arrived at the property. After we managed to make several phone calls, one staff finally arrived to show us how to get in the house. The bedroom is not big enough to accommodate 5 people - 2 single beds and 3 Japanese futons. It's misleading on the reservation website. The room has terrible smelling. The property should provide basic toiletries. It would be better to provide wi-fi.
