- Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

- Scott (6/5): Rather shabby - Room was pleasant with a nice view and a mountain stream outside. Low beds were moderately comfortable. We were able to check in before 15:00. We could store our luggage for a few hours after check out. Cheerless restaurant with unappealing buffet food. It was like eating in a bus station cafeteria. Throngs of loud foreign tourists lent a strong low-budget feel. Dirty elevator was like a freight elevator. Black mold on hoses in bathroom apparently overlooked by cleaning staff.

- WINYAROOP (10/5): Nice and relaxing place th stay. - Ryokan atmospheric hotel with very relaxing onsen with very delicious meals. Very nice staff. There’s a shuttle van service between hotel and train station. Smoking room is in the same area with lounge so tobacco smell came out all the time when there’re people smoking in there.

- KOIZUMI (8/5): 昭和のリゾートで懐かしく過ごしたという感じ。 - 部屋の外から常時機械的な音がしていて、かなり気になるのでフロントに言ったところ部屋を変更してくれた。完全におとがきこえなくなったじょうきょうにはならなかったが改善された。素早い対応は評価できるが音の原因究明をして報告して欲しかった。単なるクレイマーと思われたかないから。 上記に被る。

- SASAKI (9/5): また来たい、素敵なホテルでした。 - スタッフの方皆さん笑顔で対応してくれました。犬連れでしたが、カートで外に出るのも客室からエレベーター出口とスムーズに行動できました。 温泉も露天風呂が3個くらいあって良かったのですが、寝湯と書いてあるところで枕風な物がなく、角張ったお風呂のヘリしか無かったので改良していただけたら嬉しいです。
- Jutta (7/5): Golden Week - Das Resort hat keinen Blick auf den Tazawako See, wie man der Namensgebung des Hotels vermuten lässt. Das Zimmer war klein, jedoch sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Onsenbereich war sauber. Die Onsenbereiche werden morgens und abends gewechselt. Das Buffet Abends / Frühstück war reichhaltig. Gleich um die Ecke des Hotels ( vom Parkplatz aus ) ist ein kleiner Tempel mit einer großen, goldenen Boddisatva Statue und einem kleinen See. Auf Grund der Golden Week war das Hotel sehr teuer und somit das Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis nicht gut.

- Judith (8/5): - Uns hat die Lage in der Natur sowie das grosszügige Tatami-Zimmer sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich habe das Hotel dreimal über booking.com kontaktiert, um Auskunft zum Shuttle zu erhalten und ihn zu bestellen. Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten.

- Xin (8/5): A good getaway place to relax. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Onsen is nice. Room size is good. Love the Japanese style deco. plenty of parking spaces. The Onsen water seems just normal water, not a special type with minerals. Dinner and breakfast is average.
- HIDEO (8/5): 鳥の鳴き声が聞こえる自然の中のホテル。 - テレビが大きい、お部屋は比較的広い、食事は思ってたより良くて帆立の刺身が出たのは他2軒泊まったがここだけ。 重いスーツケースを階段で運ぶのは面倒、裏側に別の入口があるが、ここだと階段なし、事前に案内があっても良いと思う。
- Amelia (8/5): Family friendly resort - The resort is very family friendly, providing amenities for children in the room and even in the onsen area. Kids have a small play area around the corner from the front desk where they can play. The traditional Japanese rooms are also very spacious. There is also a manga library and arcade area which is next to the front desk area, accessible via a small flight of stairs. Despite it being outside of its operating hours, a staff member was kind enough to open it for us to let us have a look inside! The spread of food available during breakfast and dinner was great too. There wasn't anything we really disliked.

- KATSUYUKI (10/5): ★大満足★料理の品数が半端ない！！ - 夕食、朝食どちらも、ものすごい品数でどれも美味しかった。地元の素材を使用した料理も多くとても楽しむことができた。品数が多すぎてすべての料理が食べれなかったので、次回に伺った際はすべての料理を食したい！ 今回はペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペットを連れて外出する際に、中型犬（７キロ位）をクレートに入れて館内を通って歩くのはものすごく大変であった。可能であれば部屋から直接外へ出られるか、館内を専用通路を歩くことが出来たら尚良かった。又、ホテルの入り口にスロープが無かったため、キャリーバックを運ぶのが大変であった。

- 阪本 (8/5): ゆっくりできました - ・お風呂、露天風呂が湯温違いで3種類もある。女湯にもサウナがある ・食事、ビュッフェの種類が多く地元料理も頂けておいしい。 ・ラウンジが24時間あいている ・浴衣が選べる ・フロントスタッフの方に翌日の旅程を話したら、即座にアドバイス頂きとても助かりました ・ユニットバスの洗面台がヒビ割れて茶色になっておりテンションが下がってしまいました ・ティッシュケース上のホコリが目立ちました 目立たない色か素材にしたほうがいいと思います 良い点の方が印象に残っているので、また利用したいなと思いました

- Su Sung Ling (9/5): 田澤湖畔住宿的好選擇 - 田澤湖附近的高CP值住宿. 很安靜, 無菸味, 窗外雪景很美. 泡溫泉不用跟人家擠. 另外附近也有雪場跟樹冰, 可以参加飯店的活動前往. 早晚餐的buffer也很豐富. 因為雪季, 建議早一點到飯店, 不然晚上開雪路有點辛苦.

- 大下 (9/5): 良かったです。 - 温泉に備えてあるアメニティが良かったです。ベビーローションとか赤ちゃん用のシャンプーとか。 夕食、朝食会場での、赤ちゃん用の離乳食の準備に感激しました。 私にはもう小さい子供はいませんが、赤ちゃん連れのご夫婦にとって最高のおもてなしだと思いました。 除雪の関係で、階段に砂を撒くとか塩カルを撒くとかしないと危険だと思いました。
- Maximilian (9/5): - Tolles Hotel für Familien. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, Tatami + Westernstyle. Perfekt für unsere kleine Tochter. Spielbereich im Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter und direkt vor der Tür einen Bereich zum Rodeln und im Schnee spielen. Wir kommen wieder!
