- 董建成 (8/5): - 酒店位置還不錯，早餐也不錯選擇性多，大廳有咖啡飲料餅乾可以免費取用，浴室乾濕分離，免治馬桶，重點是開車有停車位，安排在對面國中有屋頂遮陽籃球場停車。 輕隔間的牆壁隔音不大好，晚上時隔壁房的電視聲、說話聲都聽得到，比較誇張的是睡覺時隔壁住戶的打呼聲都聽得到，實在有夠影響睡眠的，只好拆酒店附的耳塞來用了，現在終於知道酒店會附耳塞的作用了，因為一般酒店很少會附耳塞的。

- 筱賀 (7/5): 雖然是連鎖飯店，但還是有差異。 - 早餐非常多樣，而且第一次看到自助早餐竟然有知名冰淇淋，飯店地點還不錯，附近蠻多在地美食。 帶兩位小朋友被安排到緊急逃生房，雖然逃生設備有軟墊保護，但並沒有全部包覆，小朋友還是有機會撞到鐵柱，還有房間木地板部分已塌陷，走起來不踏實，床上也只有兩個偏軟的枕頭(圖中床有四個枕頭)，至於飯店本身沒有停車場，需要走兩個路口才有合作免費停車場，而飯店門口並沒有專屬上下行李停車的地方，只能違停在紅線上。

- Cai Ting (9/5): - - 前台：櫃檯人員態度非常好，似乎有多種國籍的服務人員，但都精通中文溝通上無礙。反映問題後有即時處理。接待處旁有自助咖啡吧和小點心能自由拿取，隔日還會更換品項；印象台中智選沒有小點心的部分。種種地方都讓人覺得貼心且印象深刻。 - 房間：房內和浴室都整齊乾淨。特別喜歡加厚的一次性拖鞋。 - 早餐：選項豐富，口味上也都不錯。並且居然有星巴克的冬季限定糖漿—太妃糖漿，瓶身與壓頭都與門市相同，很是驚喜！ 此次連住兩晚，剛好遇到浴室持續有菸味的情況。旅館本身是全館禁菸，遇到不守規範的住客，相信服務人員應該也很困擾。反映給櫃檯後，有馬上安排房務幫我們打臭氧消除味道，處理速度很迅速。但更希望能在房內裝設感測器，才能從源頭解決問題。

- akira (9/5): 場所は中心地から少し離れていますがそこそこ便利でコスパもよいよい宿でした。 - 食堂の従業員の方々の働きっぷりが印象に残っています。ずっとフロアを見回っていらない皿はすぐに下げたり、宿泊客のお手伝いをしたりと、Hispitallityを提供しようとする姿勢が徹底されていたように思います。台湾の人の日本人に対するもてなしなのか、ホテルの教育なのかわかりませんがとにかく非常に良かったです。 ベッドメークの時間がちょっと遅いかな。朝から出かけてドアに「ベッドメイクお願いします」の札をかけて昼前に戻ってきたのですまだできていなかった。そのあと出かけて夕方に戻ったときにはさすがにできていましたた。

- dj (10/5): Amazing location, rooms, staff and breakfast. - The best place for us. We love the location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, everything is simply amazing. This was our second visit and absolutely loved it. We got the hot tub room this time around and enjoyed it dearly. Nothing much, however it would be nice if they can properly label food for allergens/meat/dairy. They do have an allergen card, but sometimes pork or chicken isn't labelled even though it is in the dish. The staff did come to us and explained it isn't vegan, but it'll save everyone some time and trouble if the labelling is done correctly in the first place.

- Donella (9/5): - We had a standard room and got very comfortable beds in a spacious room, with a view over to the river and sea. The staff were lovely, really convenient hassle free on-site parking, and amazing buffet breakfast.
- Soh (10/5): Found a home in Kaohsiung - Room was super clean and new and everything was set nicely. Breakfast was AMAZING. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The street from the metro station to the hotel was quiet yet safe (even at night) and had lots of great eats. Nothing at all

- Hou (10/5): - 本次入住河景房型，非常棒的愛河沿岸景觀盡入眼簾，到訪日期是9月底，可能因為窗戶是單層玻璃，到晚上室外溫度仍偏高與室內冷氣巨大溫差的緣故，導致玻璃外面結露，窗景變得模糊，略為可惜，建議以後集團規劃新的分館時，應採用雙層中空或夾膠玻璃來避免結露。 除此之外，舉凡床的舒適、房間隔音、空調及早餐菜色都不在話下，未來還是會考慮再次預訂。
