Когда сообщили на рецепшн, они естественно покрутили головой мол ниче не знают и помочь не могут. 2) очень шумно, рядом дорога и всю ночь ( как и весь день) газуют мотоциклы и машины, и гадают как в последний раз, от души

If you live with a mountain view, there's no noise, but if you live with a street view, the noise is very loud. It didn't bother me too much, but if you care about that, you should check in advance which way your windows face.

В душевой мыло, зубные щетки и бальзам для волос. Бальзам очень хороший. Небольшой балкон с 2мя креслами. Кондиционер работал, расположен хорошо, на кровать не дует, можно оставлять на всю ночь. Все в шаговой доступности: обменники, магазины, кафе, кофешопы, аренда мопедов. До моря 20 минут пешком. В целом отель для тех, кто собирается много гулять, а не сидеть в гостинице. Шумно. Балкон был на дорогу на северную сторону. Днем и ночью мопеды. Если чуткий сон - будет сложно. Окна на другую сторону на южную, там тише, но, думаю, в номере жарко будет. Комары. Вечером, если открыть балкон очень много комаров. На улице почему-то их нет. Бассейн. Бассейн во дворе со стороны дороги, от дороги отделен забором. Маленький. За 13 дней не видели, чтобы кто то в нем не купался. Муж искупался 1 раз, вода чистая, прохладная.

Shower was great (hit and good pressure). Small simple accommodation suited us fine for three week stay. The fridge was great to keep drinks and snacks/breakfast items. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

External pool was nice and big enough for a few people and staff were friendly, room size was great also. You got a free bottle of water daily and the rooms were always made up and tidy Room needed some general maintenance, area was quite noisy at night and extra pillows would have been nice ( but sure staff would have provided on request).

The room was spacious, clean and the aircon worked really well! The cafe down stairs serves amazing food including really nice smoothie bowls and english breakfasts etc. The property is about a 15/20 minute walk to patong beach which we didn’t mind but something to consider as you have to walk along a busy road for a small portion of the journey. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by though.

- Lauren (7/5): overall a good area near to patong but still quiet, spacious room but aircon problem and mosquitoes - they always cleaned the room and gave water and toilet paper, was very spacious, the water was always hot, the pool seemed nice, the staff were lovely and always greeted us and asked us of our plans. the aircon was leaking as soon as we arrived, did offer for other room but we wanted to be closer to downstairs, a lot of mosquitoes due to holes in the doors.

The cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel were exceptional. Despite not getting the room I initially booked, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing alternative lodging that was immaculate and well-kept. The room's bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning made the room temperature just right. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and positive, making me feel right at home. The amenities included free Wi-Fi, parking, and depending on the room type, either a fully fitted kitchen or a standard hotel room setup. While the Wi-Fi wasn't always strong, it was adequate for my needs. The service at Baan Sudarat Hotel was outstanding. The staff, seemingly running a family business, were exceptionally caring and responsive to my needs. When I encountered issues with my room, they were prompt and efficient in addressing them, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel's location, while a bit set back from the heart of Phuket, was still conveniently located. With a short walk, I could easily access the beach and a variety of shops and convenience stores. I found the value for money to be good, even though the room I received was different from what I had initially paid for. The room quality was impressive, with high-standard furnishings and cleanliness. Despite being on a busy road and next to a construction site, the hotel managed to maintain a relatively peaceful environment, thanks to well-sealed windows and doors. I highly recommend Baan Sudarat Hotel for its exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location. The warm and welcoming staff made my stay unforgettable, and I'm eager to return for another visit.

- John (7/5): Great place at a reasonable price but if you have bad knees or back not good - The staff were great the hotel rents Motorbikes at a good rate and only 15 minute walk from Banzar Market and major shopping. everything you could want within 100mtrs Bars,Laundry ,Seven eleven and restaurants. We were on the 3rd Floor 34 steps up 5 times a day and we are almost seventy so it takes a toll and the beds are very hard

It was all opposite to the pictures shared on booking.com. i was seriously disappointed and left the guest house after seeing their security measures and rooms conditions. I booked 2 rooms and paid in advance but did not get any refund.
- Arkadiusz (10/5): Very good holiday with care for your health and excellent well-being. - Very nice hotel, 5 minutes by motorbike from patong beach, very well-kept, clean with nice and professional staff who are loyal, honest, always help you, who always cares about the customer's well-being. I also recommend it for families with children because there is a nice small swimming pool opposite the hotel ,where you can spend some nice time. Downstairs in the hotel, near the reception, there is a small restaurant where you can eat very well and the prices are reasonable. There are bars near the hotel where you can drink beer and play pool table.Additionally, three minutes from the hotel there is a small local restaurant where you can eat local food that is fresh every day, very tasty and very cheap. There is also a very good pizza restaurant , coffee shop and a travel agency nearby where you can book a trip for the whole family, diving, swimming and exploring beautiful views. I highly recommend the massage parlor which is located a minute away from the hotel, a very good professional massage staffed by very experienced women with extensive medical knowledge who cured my old spine injury, shoulder, hip and muscle pain injuries that had been bothering me for a long time.I also highly recommend this hotel due to the location and very nice people who work there. I like everything and I am very satisfied.

- Jessica (10/5): Lovely hotel - Loved this hotel! Great value for Patong and the staff were really helpful. It's about a 25 / 30 minute walk from the strip so no loud noises to keep you awake. There's little bars/restaurants etc right beside this hotel too. We got a moped taxi from our hotel down to Patong beach, only costing 60 baht. The room was spacious, lovely balcony and shower and great air con. Loved the little pool out front too. Would definitely stay here again, you get the best of both worlds being close to the madness but far enough away to get a good nights sleep.
