• Ewald (10/5): Komfortable Loft mit Extras - Wir waren im Loft im 3. OG. Super ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch Dinge, die man sonst nicht immer findet: Ladekabel für Smartphone, Nespressokapseln, Mehrfachsteckdosen, Stadtplan, Restauranttips. Zusätzliche saubere Wolldecken. Klimaanlage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und sehr sauber mit täglicher Reinigung durch Personal. Supermarkt um die Ecke, genauso wie Valetparking 12€pro Tag. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar! Super Kommunikation mit Filipe. Ok...ein paar Treppenstufen bis 3.OG. Aber das weiss man vorher.

• Ilan (10/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt in Porto in einem zentral gelegenen Appartment mit hohem 'Feel Good' Faktor - Gemütliches und grosses Appartment, zentrale Lage, bequeme Möbel. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Platzbedarf. Das Appartment wurde täglich gereinigt und es hat betreffend Sauberkeit unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Metrostation ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt und auch sonst kann das meiste in Porto zu Fuss erkundet werden. Die Küchenausstattung war leider etwas spärlich, es wäre praktischer, wenn die Ausstattung etwas umfangreicher gewesen wäre. Aber für Frühstück und kleine Snacks ist es ausreichend.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Gut ausgestattetes Loft in altstadt und Metro nähe, unbedingt Türcode vor Ankunft verlangen - Das Loft war sehr nett und gut ausgestattet. Leider keine Beschreibung für die eletrischen Geräte wie Herd oder Netflix. Aber Filipe war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kam sogar selbst vorbei um uns alles zu zeigen. Auch Safe eingstellt, der nicht funktionierte. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Metro Trinidade in 5 Min zu Fuß, altstadt ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Platz Batalha wo der Hop on Bus wegfährt ca. 20 Min. , In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Kioske die Stadtpläne haben und wo man Hop on buchen kann. 30,--/ 48 Stunden. Zu empfehlen, 24 STd. sind zu wenig. Sehr nett kleiner Portweinwinzer auf der anderen Flußseite in Gaia. Weingut BOM DIA. Verkostung zu bezahlen, aber empfohlen. In der Altstadt sehr viele nette kleine Restaurants. Bootsfahrt auf dem Duouro sehr nett. Fischessen in Matesinho sehr gut. Mit Hop on zu erreichen, liegt auf der grünen Route der Grey Line. Der Gastgeber Tiago mit dem wir vorher problemlos korrespondiert hatten, war bei unserer Ankunft einfach verschwunden, nicht erschienen, weder telefonisch noch über Whastapp zu erreichen. Er hatte uns vorher leider auch trotz Nachfrage keinen Türcode geschickt. Sonst hätte uns die Putzfrau hineinlassen können. Gottseidank war der 2. Betreiber Filipe telefonisch zu erreichen und hat sich gekümmert, obwohl wir nicht seine Gäste waren. wir haben von tiago auch die ganzen 3 Tage die wir dort waren nicht gesehen. 2. nachteil enges steiles Stiegenhaus, ohne Lift, Koffer schleppen bis unters Dach. Loft mit Gartenblick gebucht, der Gartenblick war eine riesen Baustelle und Baugrube, Das müsste bei der BGuchunhg mitgeteilt werden. Die Stockwerke darunter 1. und 2. Stock haben direkt in dieses finstere Bauloch hineingeschaut. haben wir gesehen weil beim Putzen offen war. Diese Räume sind sicher nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplatz Situation sicher eine katstrophe,.

Wiir fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl, gut betreut durch Tiago, der uns auch gleich eine Einführung in die Stadt gegeben hat. Sehr gute Lage, die Stadt kann man von da gut zu Fuss erkunden, viele Restaurants in 5' gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Kann da nichts aufführen... 😃

• Kam Lung (10/5): Economical, clean and spacious with a very friendly host - The host was great and love the welcome breakfast basket which had everything we needed. The space was very spacious, clean and central. One of our favorite places to stay in our trip. For those with walking issue be mindful of stairs since it doesn’t have elevator. It’s not an issue for us even we are on the top floor since we have small luggages.

We had a really warm welcome by Tiago, he gave us some good recommendations for places to go! The only downside was that the apartment didn’t have much natural light coming in.

• Sarah (9/5): A real gem - Fantastic location - very close to Trindade Metro, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket. Very helpful host who gave us excellent recommendations. Clean and well presented accommodation with quirky furnishings that we loved. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable double bed and decent shower. Nice balcony with a view of a rock.garden and little table and chairs. Unfortunately building work was taking place so it was a bit too noisy to sit out in the daytime. The swing door between the bedroom and bathroom has a gap at the top reducing privacy.

• Vo Hien (10/5): Superbe appartement bien placé, complet et excessivement propre - L’appartement était bien situé à 3 min à pied du métro Trindade qui relie directement à l’aéroport. Suffisamment bien placé pour visiter le vieux Porto qu’on visite à pied sans besoin du transport en commun. Des restaurants et supermarché sont à proximité. Aucun problème de sentiment d’insécurité. L’appartement est très propre : nettoyage et remplacement des serviettes usagées de manière quotidienne. L’appartement était bien fourni en papier toilette, shampoing savon,…. Petite terrasse avec 2 places, cuisine équipée, belle salle de bain,… Tiago qui nous a reçu parle également français. Très réactif par message, il a été d’excellent conseil pour les visites et resto. On a pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour plus tardivement. Accès facile via un code d’accès de la porte d’entrée d’immeuble et de la chambre. Le premier jour, on a reçu un panier avec des denrées pour les 4 nuitées (œufs, pain, jambon, fromage, yahourt, beurre, fromage, lait, jus d’orange, confiture, fruits,…) Panier de denrée de produits industriels et basiques mais c’était suffisant. Rien n’empêche de faire des courses supplémentaires si besoin

• Victor (9/5): - Un très bel appartement, très bien situé. Un service parfait et attentif. Pour un séjour à Porto, c'est LE logement idéal pour un séjour agréable. Restaurants, pubs, métro juste à quelques minutes à pieds. La pluie et un temps exécrable ! Mais là encore, des parapluies de grandes tailles étaient à disposition pour gommer l'imperfection de la météo.

• Graham (10/5): Spacious loft with everything you need... in great location!! - owner gave option of transfer from Airport ans excellent driver and car met at arrivals with name on board. Great safe drive to accommodation where owner Tiago met us at door. Checked us in and gave us tour of loft. Excellent very safe electronic keypad entry from street and main door to loft. - Exceptionally clean with services cleaning. Great selection of towels provided and great shower. - Owner provided wonderful breakfast basket with everything you need great bread, little jams, butter, nutella etc. - Great free wifi, digital tv with your main tv apps, netflix, prime, etc. - Great kitchen appliances, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, wee toaster and more...... fantastic Area: - food market just round corner beside Burger King and other food take-away''s or sit-ins - Beside one of main Metro hubs - Trindade (really easy to use can get a cardboard ticket that you can add more trips onto it via machines in station or buy all-day tickets etc. - can also use same ticket on multiple forms of public transport) - Excellent and safe area Thank you very much for great stay in beautiful city!! • sembrosimona (9/5): Il miglior posto in cui soggiornare - Posizione ottima così come la colazione e tutti gli i servizi a disposizione degli ospiti (dall'asciugacapelli agli accessori in cucina). Letto comodissimo con tanti cuscini tra cui scegliere e abbondanti coperte da usare in caso di necessità Leggermente scomodo il bagno aperto che non consente la privacy totale. Sulle mensole c'era un po' di polvere ma nulla che impedisse un soggiorno confortevole 😊

• Andreas (10/5): Perfektes Preis-Leistungs Angebot in ruhiger Lage - Kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Das Loft bietet alles, was man braucht und darüber hinaus sehr nette, durchdachte Details. Tiago ist hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch mit unserem 2 Jahre alten Sohn hats wunderbar gepasst, hier zu übernachten. Wäsche wurde für uns ebenso gewaschen, wie für eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit für unser Mietauto gesorgt. -

• Femke (8/5): Heel leuk appartement in Porto!! De host geeft de leukste tips voor restaurantjes en barretjes - De host was onwijs aardig en heeft ons leuke tips en tricks in de buurt gegeven. Hij vroeg wat wij leuk vonden en gaf ons een waslijst aan dingen die we konden doen en restaurantjes die we konden bezoeken. Ook was hij goed bereikbaar op Whatsapp. Bedankt voor al je hulp!!

• Dr. Carolina (10/5): A beautiful place in Porto that will make you feel at home! - I LOVED this place - I stayed with my sister and her family who were visiting and everything was perfect from the start! Tiago was an amazing host and welcomed us with a smile and amazing professionalism. He gave us all the tips about Porto and made our stay unforgettable.
• Denise (10/5): Super süßes, sauberes Appartement in perfekter Lage mit tollem Service und sehr hilfsbereitem Gastgeber. - Super süßes und sehr sauberes Appartement mit toller Einrichtung und durchdachter Ausstattung – alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt an der Metrostation, fußläufig schnell im Barviertel und in der Innenstadt. Check-in und Kommunikation waren völlig unkompliziert. Der Service war top, das Housekeeping zuverlässig, und besonders Tiago war extrem hilfsbereit – er hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und uns jederzeit weitergeholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
