- الجوهره (7/5): - سرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج , فريق العمل رائع ومحترم . تلبية الطلبات في الغرف المتجاورة , احضار الفطور للغرف وعلى عدد الأفراد وبشكل سريع ,وجود سوبرماركت لولو قريبة وداخل مول مصغر , وقرب محطة المترو لايوجد حاجز في الشاور بالحمام مما يسبب تجمع المياه وفيضانها خارج الحمام , الفندق بعيد عن الأماكن السياحية والمولات

- اماني (10/5): - الاقامه كانت لمده يوم ثم تم التمديد ليوم اخر اولاً اشكر موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ (سلطان العمري) يحجز لك افضل من حجزك لما وصلنا كنت حاجزه غرفه لكن تمت ترقيتها لغرفة وصالة بنفس السعر اللي حجزت عليه شخص محترم يحاول يساعد الله يبارك له بعمله المكان رائع على شارع عام وجمبه كل الخدمات وقريب من مستشفى الملك عبدالعزيز الجامعي على بعد كيلو ويتوفر في الغرفه مناشف وصابون ومجفف شعر ومناديل الافطار كان رائع كان لشخصين لكن كان يكفي 4 اشخاص كميته كبيره وكان متنوع جداً. شكراً لكم

They didn’t give us an option and told us to transfer on the day of our booking . Hotel condition was bad and needs a lot of improvement . Would never use this hotel or chain ever again

- Terry (7/5): Pas mal du tout - Très bel hôtel, emplacement très pratique. Les chambres sont spacieuses. J'y retournerai bien. Je recommande ! Malheureusement j'avais reservé une chambre avec une vue sur la ville. Lorsque je suis arrivé, la chambre n'était pas encore prête...Ils m'ont donc relogé mais là où j'étais, je n'avais plus la vue sur la ville. Au dernier étage, je n'avais aucune vue, et la chambre avait des remontées d'odeurs de cigarette, étant non fumeur, c'était un peu compliqué...Mais finalement ça n'a duré que 2 jours donc ça va ! L'hôtel est bien dans l'ensemble !

Camera da rimodernare, doccia in cui andava solo il doccino e che puzzava di fumo. Si sono offerti di spruzzare un deodorante ma la struttura dovrebbe essere smoking free. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Purtroppo era l'unico abbordabile come prezzi in zona

- Glen (9/5): The team were fantastic, polite and met my needs - The food was very good and I loved the fact that while I was half board I was able to flip between evening meal or a lunch, which really worked for me as I was out for long hours I would make available for more than two bottles of water a day as temperatures exceeded 45 dec also there should be complimentary coffee within the main entrance which i had to pay for.
