• DanBache (10/5): Perfect location for a few days in Lisbon. - Hi. The location of this place was fantastic, really close to the Time Out Market. The host communicated all the instructions for accessing so that was really easy. The room has a security box. The only issue to sort out in this particular room was that the bathroom door didn't close properly.

• Patrycja Grzybowska (9/5): - Obiekt blisko starego miasta, stacji metra, kolei. Wokół dużo lokali gastronomicznych. Mimo okien wychodzących na ulicę w apartamencie cisza. Wygodny materac, duża łazienka, aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt Śniadania chyba nie są najmocniejszą stroną obiektu. Mało wartościowe pod względem odżywczym. Z jakiegoś niewyjaśnionego powodu pierwszego dnia nie otrzymaliśmy śniadania (dostaliśmy zwrot kosztów).
• Cindi (8/5): Beautiful weather, great location. Had a wonderful time - Great location. Near Time Out Market, Waterfront, Ferry. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Near buses, and subway. Needs some shelves in the bathroom. Large studio.

Many restaurants around so there is options and transportation is fairly close. The room was nice. The beds were super uncomfortable so it made it a little hard to sleep. Check in was really difficult as there is no one in the building to help and when we got the place finding the correct entrance was confusing and the check in kiosk was broken so me and other people in the building struggled to check in

• Zajdel (8/5): The place was good for US visitors, who like bigger bathrooms, with good location and easy entry. - The location was great and we could walk to many sites fairly easily. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area, and the bathroom was nice and big, with both a tub and shower. The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable for adults. The window by the bath had no blind, so it was very bright in the morning, and another blind was broken, but okay. Finding our way into the hotel when we arrived was tricky. The entrance is almost inside the restaurant below, so we missed it at first.
• Steven (8/5): Overall good experience to stay. - Location is perfect. Few minutes walk to Time Out Market. My room was right above the abandoned track and we were able to take special photos from the window. Room is spacious. Sofa bed was good for adult. Like others people review and the shower overflow easily. The toilet was not stable and need repairing. The entrance is right by the restaurant front on the ground level. Lucky the waiter at the restaurant showed us.

In camera è possibile solo farsi del tè. Molto spreco di imballaggi e prodotti. Sarebbe meglio una convenzione con un locale nei dintorni. Non hanno pulito la camera ma era il 25 aprile... Forse hanno fatto festa. Il locker è comodo ma costoso e non tanto capiente. Cucina minuscola.

• Maria (6/5): Louça com poeira 🥲 - Gostamos da localização, a cama de casal, confortável e colocaram o berço que pedi. O check in é as 15h, tudo bem é a regra. Mas acabamos chegando mais cedo, e com bebê de 6 meses, e precisava muito trocar a fralda para a roupa, liguei não autorizaram a entrada mais cedo, entendo que é as 15h, mas tem momentos que precisam pensar mais no próximo, barulho de cima da para ouvir tudo no quarto, chuveiro esfria rápido, quando fomos usar os utensílios da cozinha muita poeira, os cantos não é limpo nem com lixívia tudo preto, mas para uma noite tá ok. Sejam mais humanos quando se trata de necessidade.

• Giada (8/5): - La posizione ed il self check in Nonostante nella descrizione fosse scritto che era disponibile parcheggio in strada a pagamento, il parcheggio c'era ma solo per residenti o per un massimo di due ore. Quindi il parcheggio non c'è. Ora infatti nella descrizione non compare più. Il "parquet" in camera in prossimità del bagno era tutto rovinato dall'acqua che usciva dalla doccia ed arrivava fino a lì.

• Margaret (8/5): Nice location/room, inaccurate info on listing, staff not helpful with unexpected travel issue - The location and the room were nice. The room was very clean. Though there was an option to change dates, when my friend's flight was canceled, and we thought we might have to rearrange our trip dates due to her possible arrival in Porto and not Lisbon, the staff was not accommodating AT ALL. Luckily, the was she was rebooked, we were able to keep our original dates. But if you will not accommodate a date change - NOT a cancelation - then don't show it as an option. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone. Also, bathroom window covering appears to be too sheer but perhaps it isn't from the other side? I have no idea.

• Kurt (3/5): - Die Lage Eincheckportal war ausser Betrieb und kein Hinweiszettel oder Instruktion vorhanden. Per Telefon war Hilfe zugesagt, aber viel zu lanhe Wartezeit verstrichen.
• Alessandro (8/5): Tutto bene, qualche piccola manutenzione da effettuare. - Struttura centrale, accesso comodo, stanze pulite. Comunicazioni con lo staff veloci, sempre disponibili e competenti. In una delle tre stanze affittate il letto risultava rumoroso con materasso infossato sul lato sinistro, mentre nel bagno della seconda camera il rubinetto della doccia perdeva ,quando usato. La terza stanza perfetta nulla da rilevare.

• Laura (6/5): Für ein paar Nächte wegen der Lage super. - Die Lage ist super und wir hatten den Blick auf die Straße raus. Das Internet hat nicht funktioniert, die Spülung war kaputt und das Bett sehr hart.

• Nancy (8/5): A clean, bright studio in a great location but the check in process needs drastic improvement. - The location was great, the studio was as advertised, clean and functional. There was quite abit of space, especially in the bathroom. It was bright and airy and we loved that it had a big window that opened to let in fresh air and to take in the lovely street views. The tiles by the shower were slippery, there were no luggage racks for our suitcases or hooks to hang towels. The check in process was very frustrating. The self service check in machine was broken (and was actually removed on the day we left) . When we called for assistance, we were directed to use a QR code/app that froze on my phone and did not work. We then had to pay the city tax (which we thought was included in the price) before they would give us the room and building codes. Not a good first impression.

• GILENO (8/5): Boa localização, conforto e praticidade para explorar Lisboa. - Apartamento bem localizado, na Rua São Paulo, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Lisboa, a cerca de 2 km da Praça do Comércio. Ambiente confortável, bem organizado e limpo, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. Nada relevante a destacar. Atendeu bem às expectativas.

Po dotarciu na miejsce ok. północy, urządzenie przy pomocy którego miałem otrzymać kod do pokoju nie działało. ŻADEN z podanych telefonów, jak również wirtualna recepcja nie odpowiadały, również pod numerem oznaczonym jako 24/7 NIKT SIĘ NIE ZGŁASZAŁ. Napotkany przypadkowy lokator powiedział że urządzenie nie działa od 2 dni!!!!! Jesteś pozostawiony sam sobie w środku nocy!!! Żadnej pomocy!!! Dopiero po wyciągnięciu wtyczki i odłączeniu prądu urządzenie zaczęło się resetować. Po 2 godzinach nerwów- udało mi się dostać do pokoju!!! Sam pokój teoretycznie jest na 1 piętrze ale okno wychodzi z boku na ruchliwe schody tak że przechodzący zaglądają do środka więc okno musi być cały czas zasłonięte. Wyposażenie kuchni- bardzo skromne: kubek, szklanka, talerz, miseczka- po 2 sztuki… żadnego kieliszka do wina. W łazience zapchane odpływy z umywalki i dziwny zapach z kanalizacji.
