Also there was daily housekeeping/room service if required. Pool was not heated which we were aware of but still thought it would have been warm enough in 22-23 degree temperatures outside; but was unable to swim on some days. Just something to note if this is an essential requirement

• Roell (10/5): Mega fijn vakantiehuis, echt dikke aanrader! - Prachtig en ruim vakantiehuis. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer! Ideaal als je met vrienden weg bent. Ook fijn dat je "room service" bij je vakantiehuis kunt bestellen. En zwembad was lekker warm! De tuin was open doordat de heg op sommige plekken niet dicht begroeid was, was misschien wel fijn geweest als die wat meer dicht was.

• Isolde (10/5): Heerlijk luxe verblijf - De ontvangst was al fantastisch hartelijk en hoewel we heel vroeg waren, was ons verblijf toch al klaar voor ons. Alles wat netjes en ruim. Er was niets echt negatief. Als ik toch iets moet noemen dan vind ik de binnenruimte (woonkamer en keuken) iets te donker om aantrekkelijk te zijn. Gelukkig konden we buiten verblijven

• Isaac (10/5): - Fab group stay at S'argamassa Villas. Lovely bar/cafe-restaurant.!Great staff! Clean and gorgeous villas! We were a group so taxis to Ibiza town, San Antonio etc were fine. Beaches, restaurant, ferry port for Formentera ferry walking distance. Note though taxis only seat 4 persons. Would definitely return!

• Clare (10/5): Exceptional Stay - We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa – it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, located in the perfect spot with a handy shop just opposite – ideal for picking up essentials. The entire complex felt very secure and peaceful, creating a lovely atmosphere that was especially reassuring for families and groups. One of the highlights for us was how easy it was to get around the island. Taxis were always available, and the staff were always on hand to help arrange transport or offer recommendations on where to go and what to see. This villa stay was everything we hoped for and more. Whether you’re a family looking for a safe, fun getaway or a group wanting a relaxing retreat in a great location, I couldn’t recommend this place more. We’ll definitely be back!
• Angelika (10/5): Perfect! - Perfecte locatie. Al meerdere keren op Ibiza geweest maar dit was onze beste ervaring. Wij hebben genoten met ons gezin en ouders. De kinderen wilde alleen maar zwemmen in het privezwembad (onze kinderen hebben hun zwemdiploma's maar als je met kleine kinderen reist kunnen ze een hekwerk plaatsen om het zwembad) De villa lag centraal. We zijn vanaf hier overal naartoe gereden (huurauto). Kamers waren schoon, elke dag werd schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Ook het restaurant was goed. Kleine kaart maar goed eten. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Kitchen lacking in basic utensils. Would also help if cleaners just left items abandoned by previous occupants like salt and pepper, olive oil, foil, dishwasher tabs etc

• Vincent (10/5): Top!! - Eigenlijk alles; de lieve mensen, mooie ruime villa, mooi zwembad, alles netjes en goed geregeld en een toplocaties! Eigenlijk alles, dit zeg ik niet vaak!
• sebastiaan (8/5): Heerlijk en praktisch - Ons huis was brandschoon en heel prettig. Lekker zwembad ook! Ons huisje zat vlak naast de entree van het 'park' en dus hoorden we behoorlijk wat geluid van voorbijgangers. Ook ging er een paar keer 's ochtends vroeg een tuinman flink tekeer met zijn elektrische snoeischaar.

• Marcia (10/5): - Wij zijn er 3 weken geweest en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huisje met eigen zwembad is superfijn. De kinderen konden zwemmen wanneer ze maar wilden. De medewerkers, van horeca tot aan schoonmaak, super vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat alles goed geregeld was. Roomservice ook top. Op loopafstand een strandje en een winkeltje. En voor de kinderen een klimbos om de hoek. Maar er is niet superveel. Ik zou zeker een auto huren zodat je van meer mooie stranden, winkels en restaurants op het eiland kan genieten.

The only thing is to book a taxi as you cannot flag them We needed taxi every night to go into town was abit of a pain especially during busy times. Ubers very expensive villas clean everything you need in them. Lovely comfy beds shop across the road does everything you want too Nothing to do with villas but taxis were a problem

Pool was lovely and warm, plenty of loungers, spotlessly clean, friendly service that delivered meals at no extra charge to our terrace and a lovely onsite restaurant. We were welcomed with a gift basket of fruit, water and a bottle of bubbly. Would recommend 100% and visit again. Although this complex is in a quiet area, our villa was on the main road so there was some car noise during the day. Next time we visit we will request a villa set a little further back within this immaculate complex.

• Dean (10/5): What a find....GREAT Place and Wonderful Staff - What a find! This is a lovely Villa complex, comforts of a hotel (cleaning service, reception, bar, great breakfast), but the beauty of a Villa with lots of space and kitchen. If you are a young family, this is a great place to stay, the pool is small enough to manage young new swimmers, and its quiet enough at night. We had a car, but honestly didn't really need it, the Uber service is great. This location is about a 5 min drive from the main port with lots of restaurants and bars - a great distance away. You can walk to beaches and other restaurants, but the private pool is a great place to build memories. We had an amazing time.

• Sarah (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful time at Villa s'argamassa and have returned home with happy memories. The villa, private pool and grounds are immaculately kept. The staff are friendly and helpful and the villa was cleaned daily. The small complex is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed with 4 young excitable children age 3, 6, 7 and 10, which was fine but we were very aware that we were the noisiest family there and hope we did not spoil anyones peace. There is a small shop opposite for basics and a bar/restaurant that is part of the complex, we didnt get an opportunity to eat there but the menu looked nice and they even do room service breakfast at no extra charge. The nearest big supermarket is about 1.5 km away which we walked to and got a cab back for 8 euro. It is quite remote but we walked into Es Cana along the beach and past the hippie market and got a boat from Cala pada jetty into Santa Eulalia a couple of evenings. We enjoyed our stay so much and would not hesitate to return.

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff at reception - check in didn’t take long as we arrived in the evening. We were then shown to our beautiful, comfortable, clean villa! Everywhere was spotless both inside & out. We didn’t use the hob, oven or dishwasher but they are a great addition in case needed. The Villa was cleaned daily as was the pool and every member of the team we had an encounter with during our stay, were happy and couldn’t have done more for us. The supermarket over the road had everything you needed including fresh bread and pastries 😋 The perfect location with a short taxi ride to the town. We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone heading to Ibiza 😊 Thank you all! Not a dislike but a personal preference - we found the beds a bit hard BUT it did not ruin our stay!

The bar area and restaurant they have is quiet and comfortable with decent breakfast options and nice cocktails in the evening. The surrounding area has some lovely beaches that are walkable, however not a huge amount of restaurants so we would drive out to eat or cook in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or BBQing which was a nice choice to have. Would recommend

Matteo was the best! - We were met by Matteo who was amazingly helpful throughout our stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5min walk from the beach where you can sit at tables on the beach for amazing food at sunset, 5min drive from a larger town with a big supermarket and marina with lots of lovely restaurants.

The drinks, breakfast and BBQ delivery service is great too! The pool water had a lot of chlorine in it which meant we didnt use it as much as we'd hoped (but the water was also a bit cold in May!)

• mitchell (10/5): - The resort was amazing. A nice modern yet traditional villa park that is not too crowded and has everything you need in the villas. We even got a fruit bowl that was stacked and some coffee. I liked how I got a bottle of champagne for my 34th birthday wich was May 15th. I did not expect this and it was such a kind gesture! The staff was amazing and very very kind to our 2 young children. Always amazing to see people being good and kind with little kids. It is very clean and very nice and I loved how they had a small supermarket just across from the hotel. Here we could purchase small things such as coffee and floaties for the children. It was our first time in Ibiza and we had an INCREDIBLE stay at this resort. We loved the island and would highly recommend it. If there was only 1 thing we would change it would be the ability to lock the front door from being opened by our 1 year old son. Because there was a pool we could not leave him to roam outside without supervision. It would be great if the door could be locked from children going outside. Other than that everything was just perfect.

Mario was an excellent communicator prior to our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and very well appropriated for all our needs. The area around the Villas is quaint and enjoyable to walk around. The beach close to the property is beautiful! I really can’t say enough good things about S’argamassa Viilas and would recommend it to anyone I know travelling to the island!

• Anna (8/5): A relaxing, private and comfortable stay in lovely surroundings with very helpful and smiling staff! - it was modern, contemporary, well appointed, spacious, comfortable and practical… a very pleasant place to spend two weeks. Air con… specifically the top floor, it really wasn’t sufficient for the room and the night time heat became unbearable at times. This is not a criticism, rather a recommendation; provide a welcome book, detailing local amenities, restaurants, beaches, directions etc

The villas were beautifully clean and decorated and offered plenty of privacy given the proximity of the other villas. The staff were all helpful and friendly and we didn't want for anything. Mario the director was very helpful with information prior to our stay and dropped in during the week to see that we had everything we needed. The location is not too busy or noisy and has plenty of beautiful beaches to explore and towns to visit. We can't thank you all enough for making our first family holiday in a long time, so special! Nothing to dislike
• Nicolle (9/5): a magical stay in the most beautiful location on the island. - customer service, decor, location, vibe, cleanliness all absolutely outstanding, villa layout, pool size and garden fab. Would 100% stay here again. Only reason for 9/10 from us was the beds otherwise it would have been 10. the beds were uncomfortable- extremely hard. only other small comment is that we would have expected mirrors in all the bedrooms. was a bit of a pain having to share a mirror in the evenings when getting ready. only one room had a mirror so hair drying and outfit checking became an unnecessarily long process. (I know we sound like cranks but I’m sure that this would be the same in lots of family’s of teenage girls).

Opties voor avondeten zijn erg beperkt maar genoeg alternatieven op Ibiza. Helaas één dag hele dag flinke regenval en dan regent het zelfs naar binnen……😂

• Denise (10/5): Helemaal top! - De villa was in goede staat, de bedden lagen goed en de service was ook goed. Het is fijn om de faciliteiten van een hotel te hebben, maar het comfort van een villa. Enige minpuntje was dat de ligbedden zeer verouderd waren en dus doorgezakt, deze lagen totaal niet comfortabel. Verder was het allemaal perfect. Enkel de locatie is niet handig als je op zoek bent naar een vakantie waarbij je ook graag wilt stappen e.d. Het is gemiddeld een half uur rijden naar de stad/strandjes. Wel is Nikki Beach op loopafstand en is er een mini supermarkt tegenover.
• An (10/5): - Echte aanrader! Heel mooi en netjes! Ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Klein zwembad maar perfect om af te koelen. Leuk overdekt buitenterras. Wij gaan zeker terug!
