• Merrien (8/5): - Basic rooms over a garage forecourt, with a restaurant and convence store downstairs. They made a real effort to create a beautiful space for relaxing behind the building. Great treatment of bicycles. It was quite a long way out of town.

• Bryan (7/5): GReat - Location is a little out of the way but they are happy to come and pick you up or drop you off in Los Arcos. Cheap and cheerful. Love this place. Highly recommend for anyone doing the Camino. The WifI leaves something to be desired

• Andrea Sternagel (9/5): - Great Staff, very helpful. If you are walking the Camino they have a free shuttle to pick you up and deliver you back to the Camino. A short shuttle trip back and forth to Los Arcos. You just need to contact them when you arrive in the Village.

No avisaron de que el sistema de calefacción estaba anulado y solo estaba activado para refrigeración,asi pues,mucho frío en las habitaciones. Sucede un echo ajeno a mi a las 23.00 h en una habitacion contigua a la mia,y nadie se preocupa de me familia. Y a las 05.00 h de esa misma noche,el establecimiento se quedó sin luz,las luces de emergencia saltan dejando la habitación como si fuera de día,y nadie nos da una explicación al respecto.. Resumen,descansar,nada de nada.. Lo hago saber por la mañana en la recepción,pero ni una disculpa por parte de la dirección.. Se que todo esto puede ser ajeno al hotel,que no tenga culpa de nada,pero mas ajeno soy yo,que busco descanso y no me es posible por todas esas circunstacias.. Siendo un cliente habitual, al menos una disculpa o una consideración. En ustedes lo dejo..

• Corey (8/5): Fine place if Los Arcos is full but have a friendlier restaurant staff. - Very nice and clean. Friendly owner/ driver that picked us up. Above and beyond. The food and especially the bartender at night seemed to care less what we wanted.
• Gisela (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt etwas Außerhalb. Wir als Pilger wurden in Arcos abgeholt und wieder am nächsten Morgen zurück zum Jakobsweg gefahren. Ein toller Service. Das Zimmer konnten wir auch noch wechseln, sodass wir die Aussicht ins Grüne genießen konnten. Danke.

• maria (9/5): - Moderne et bien équipé, emplacement au Top. Grande chambre et confortable. Climatisation sur très chaud, pensez a la régler en arrivant. Le personnel n'est pas toujours présent. On s'est retrouvé a 8h du matin a partir et la réception était fermée sans message d'absence.

• Francesca (10/5): Great hospitality! - This is a great stay on the Camino yes it’s a little off from the camino but host was so lovely came right over to pick us up and dropped us off the next morning to begin our walk again! Food was great and host truly went out of his way to give us the best hospitality and care as pilgrims. We would recommend this stay!

Le personnel est très agréable Je n'ai pas pu avoir accès du week-end à la Wi-Fi dans ma chambre, il fallait que j'aille en bas . Beaucoup de rénovation sont à prévoir. Il manquait des ampoules dans la salle de bain et je pense qu'il y'a eu un dégât des eaux

• Martin (7/5): This is a truck stop. Its fine if you are OK with that. - The room itself was clean and had everything needed. Staff provided transport to and from town. This is primarily a petrol station for trucks, with some rooms attached. The property name does not convey this reality. It is a 2km walk out from town on a busy main road, so the transport they provided in an old van is really needed for guests without a car. The main job for staff is to run a service station - hospitality is secondary. Meals were very limited.
