- Kuan Chen (10/5): 迪士尼大使飯店 - 整潔舒適，房間冷氣有冷，浴室蓮蓬頭水量大。服務人員非常熱情熱心幫助解決每個問題，完全沒有不耐煩，而且每個人都臉帶微笑。只是迪士尼大使飯店必須還要做接駁車才能到園區，下次去的話比較建議在迪士尼門口的那一間飯店訂會比較方便，雖然我們可以提早15分鐘入迪士尼園區，但是並沒有很清楚的解釋跟告訴我們該走哪裡去才能進入，所以我們也跟著排隊，所以這一次並沒有享受到優惠前15分鐘入園的權利

- MEGUMI (10/5): 11人、雨でずぶぬれに！ - 子、孫、総勢11人３室でお世話になりました。 シーの夜のショーは雨で中止、待っている間にずぶぬれになりました。レストランに入るわけにもいかずホテルに戻り１階のコンビニで夕食を確保し部屋のお風呂に・・お風呂は子供連れには嬉しい洗い場付きで助かりました。明日のランドを楽しむためにフロントに古新聞と靴乾燥機を頼みました。家族でアクティブに過ごすためにあれこれと考えつくされているように感じました。

- ji min (10/5): 완벽한 디즈니 앰버서더 호텔 - 디즈니앰바서더 호텔은 너무나 좋은 호텔이었다. 디즈니랜드까지 한번에 이용할수 있는 셔틀버스가 매번 있어서 매우 편리했다. 해피앤트리티켓은 너무나 편리했다. 야외수영장은 (어른 3000엔 아이1000엔의 요금) 정말 꿈처럼 환상적이었다. 분위기 청결 친절 수영장 사이즈 깊이 온도 모두 완벽하다.

Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there.

Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.

However there was no explanation on Expedia about the free shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland, how to get to the hotel from the station so we wasted some time and money to get there. The buffet restaurant was fully booked unfortunately as well. You beed to book before your stay for dining with the characters experience. We didn't know.

Even the highlight which is br akfasy with Mickey is not for everyone. U need to book in advance and subject to limited seat. And there is nothing in the hotel or near the hotel for u to eat after ur long day at Disneyland. They only have one small shop operate 24/7 by the hotel which sell limited stuff and expensive water. The hotel only provide u with 3 small 'evian' water, need more, u have to buy at premium. Basically u have no choice but to buy ut.!!!
