- osamu (7/5): 朝のウオーキングはホテル裏手のウオーキングロードで近くの砂浜まで。 - 三輪のバイクでの旅行でしたので、特別に地下のパーキングを使わせていただいたので有難かったです。 バイキングは夕食、朝食ともに満足できる品数でした。会場のスタッフさんも気持のよい対応をしていて、お風呂も良くて快適でした。 少し、お取りいただいていた部屋が別館部分で風呂やフロントへ遠い。

- 中川 (9/5): - フロントの説明が、すごくわかりやすかった。 笑顔もあったし最高でした。 後、露天風呂も屋上にあるので、少し寒いですが、見晴らしはいいです。 海が近いので、窓からの眺めが良かったです。 ホテルは、24時間自由に出入りできるので、ホテルの前の海辺の遊歩道をお散歩できます。 ホテルの入り口にスタッフかいるのですが、笑顔で、お出迎えしてくれて嬉しかった。 施設が大音ロックではなく、外に出る時は、鍵を内側からロックするボタンをして閉めないと、外に出る時に、お部屋のロックができなない。 後WiFiの環境があれば最高です。

- 梶原 (5/5): 何時も色々な場所に泊まるが 余り良く感じ無く残念！ - 料理は色々地域感が有り 綺麗だったが 場所移動が迷路みたいだった 風呂の温度が別府なのに 低く温泉感が無く 又入ろうと思わなかった 残念！ バイキングでは席の件で外国の人だったから もめて気分悪かった

- yukiyoshi (6/5): 孫達は喜んでいたので、ギリ合格です。 - 料理の品数（種類）は、良かった、スタッフの対応も良かった。 時期が繁忙期なので、混雑していたので、食事も落ち着かなかった。 よその駐車場に家内が止めて、私が取りに行ったが、駐車券の引継が出来てなく、送迎車の運転手さんからカードを借りたが、使用できなかったので、結局 家内が頂いた駐車券を持って来る迄、待ちぼうけでした。 当方も引継できてなかったが、運転手も理解していなかった。

- 森が (7/5): - 朝食と夕食は種類が多かくて美味しかった。部屋の窓が大きくてとても景色が良かった。売店がタイムセールで10%オフで買えた。漫画読み放題。 ある男性スタッフさんの態度が悪かった。赤ちゃんのお風呂用のタオルがなかったのでロビーに電話してタオル欲しいと伝えると0歳児にはバスタオルありません。フェイスタオルならあります。とその男性に断られた。（仕方ないと思いフェイスタオルをロビーに取りに行くと別の女性のスタッフさんはバスタオルくれた） 露天風呂楽しみにしてたのに、体洗ったあと外出ようとしたら清掃中になってて、入れないんですか？とスタッフさんに聞くと詳しい説明もなく、「すみませんちょっと〜」て感じで露天風呂入れなかった。 部屋にあるお風呂に椅子と桶がなく、シャワーも圧が強いのか痛くて、赤ちゃんをお風呂入れるのが大変だった。
- Junyong (8/5): Suitable for couples / families - The location is nice and scenic as it is close to the sea. The meals provided in the restaurant are fine, the variety is wide and catered to tourists from all parts the world. The facilities and amenities in this property are outstanding, e.g, Onsen, arcade, souvenir shop. The location is some walk away from the JR station. The toilet seemed a little mouldy and room is kind of old. The taste of the raw food (sashimi) seemed off and might not taste that fresh.
