• Olivera (9/5): Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a comfortable stay - Very happy with my stay here while attending a wedding. The staff were friendly, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the hotel was easy to find. Everything was very good. I would happily stay again.
• Francis (8/5): Praktisches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. - Ein für die Durchreise sehr praktisches Hotel mit kostenlosem Parkplatz und freundlichem Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant waren sehr gut. Nachts war es draußen etwas laut. Lag evtl. an der nahegelegenen Fabrik.

• gorazd (1/5): - Zajtrk ne vključuje kave niti soka, vse zaračunajo posebej. Še nisem imel takšnega zajtrka v nobenem hotelu! To je zavajanje svojih strank in s tem so me seznanili šele pri četrtem zajtrku??? Postelje so podložene s polivinilom in izredno škripajo ko se obračaš. Žarnica pri postelji polomljena....

• Adis (6/5): Für eine Nacht ok. - Frühstück und das Bier Das Fenster war in meinen Zimmer undicht , kühl , und wenn man auf der Straßenseite ist hört man jedes Auto vorbeifahren. WC war verstopft.
• Becarevic (5/5): Es gibt villeicht in der nähe Hotels wo man in Ruhe schlafen kann, und für sein Geld noch was bequemes bekommt. - Vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Der Preis auf Booking war 54€ und in der Unterkunft bezahlt man 124,00BAM umgerechnet 62€.

• Dubravka (9/5): Good value for money - We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful. There was a strange noise, I think from nearby Factory, which disturb good night sleep 😁.

• Pavel (8/5): - The hotel is located on the main road and is easy to find. Parking is convenient. The staff are accommodating, even if you arrive in the middle of the night. There is an industrial complex nearby, so it’s not really suitable for walks. However, it’s a great option for an overnight stay.

• Sandra (5/5): Passable - Propali madraci skroz. Sobe na trećem spratu nisu za upotrebu uopšte. Da nije bilo jedne jako ljubazne plave gospodje sa recepcije mi bi napustili objekat. Ona nas je prebacila na drugi sprat. Čisto je bilo u toj sobi ali madraci i tu su bili dotrajali. Soba je komforna obzirom da nas je bilo troje u sobi. Ali definitivno preskupo za nivac koji se naplaćuje.

• Sarah (3/5): A decent hotel let down by terrible service - Once we were moved the room was comfortable and cool. The restaurant food was pretty good too. Staff were so unhelpful and lied to us - the aircon wasn't working and they refused to move us claiming the hotel was fully booked. Eventually we were moved (to a much cooler room). In the restaurant, it took 2 hours to finish our dinner because the staff ignored us. The hotel is in an industrial area so is no good for evening walks.

• Felix (3/5): The worst ever stay in a hotel available on booking.com, and this in well over ten year use so booking.com. I can’t unde - The location in Karakai/Zvornik Unfriendly and rude employees. The hotel information said the breakfast is served from 6 am to 12 am, however when we arrived at 06:15 for breakfast, the waiter told us that this is wrong, breakfast is only available as of 7 am ! So we asked for two coffees and the breakfast menu, he simply ignored this request and continued to serve all the locals who were there to drink their morning coffee. After 30 minutes I went to the restaurant counter and got the breakfast menu so that we could order something, again we had to wait for the waiter to take time to take our order, finally one (1) hour after our arrival in the restaurant we received our breakfast! When I later placed my complaint with the manager I was told that the available information was wrong and that the waiter had been busy and could not attend to us as hotel guests! Furthermore, the night curtains in the bedroom were defect and could not be drawn, so we to much light in the room, and worst of all, smoking was allowed in the whole property, so just imagine the smell of old, cold smoke, terrible!
• Harfo (8/5): Very good - Easy to find, room is spacious, clean, had a very good sleep. breakfat quality is good, comes a la carte. I was a little on the hurry at breakfast and it took a little longer than anticipated. Also, indoor smoking is allowed which could be discomforting.
