The apartment has everything you need and some coffee and tea, rusks and jam are provided. You can iron your clothes too. We really like the beds. There is good emergency exit signs and lighting. Communication with Michalis was smooth. Overall extremely pleasant stay. Nothing!
• Froese (9/5): Glück gehabt! - Sehr zentral zur Altstadt, wir hatten das Zimmer hinten raus, es war ruhig , die Hosts waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit Die Einfahrt durch ein Kaffee war etwas schwer zu finden, aber der Sohn der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut dorthin geführt.

• Annkathrin (10/5): Perfekte Wohnung für eine Besuch von Chania. - Kleine, aber feine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und flexibel beim Check-In und die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Altstadt, sodass alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Der Parkplatz war auch sehr praktisch.

Il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua, caffè, tè, fette biscottate, marmellata e miele, sebbene la colazione non fosse inclusa nel prezzo. L'appartamento si affaccia su una via molto trafficata e rumorosa a qualsiasi ora, anche di notte.

• Rita Simona (10/5): - Posizione ottima vicino a supermercati , negozi ,bus station per l aeroporto ,centro storico e 3 belle spiagge a 800 m/ 1 km In casa non mancava nulla, c' era perfino la caffettiera dato che l espresso è un po' caro noi ci facevamo il caffè a colazione ...pulizie tutti i giorni; parcheggio a pagamento 5€ a notte che abbiamo sfruttato perchè difficile trovare parcheggi vicini...ottima esperienza che consiglio

• Borbonico (7/5): Xania da muoversi in centro - centralissimo , vicinanza supermercati, letto nel soppalco comodo il cui accesso con scala interna non e' adatto per anziani o disabili due televisori , solo quello nel soppalco ha presa usb, che almenoti permette di vedere cio' che ti sei portato con te..... mancanza tavolo da pranzo consedie, mangiare su un tavolino basso da salotto con il sedersi su 2 puffi nom e' stato piacevole, inoltre gli accessori di cucina sono sprovvisti di pentolame per friggere in quanto il gestore inibisce il loro uso asserendo che lo sprigionarsi dei fumi va a impregnare il legno del soffitto. anche se dotato l?appartamento di doppi infissi come caratteristica greca , dalla strada il traffico di notte disturba molto canali tv satellitari inesistenti

• Montserrat (9/5): En el centro de Chania - Ubicación estupenda en 10 minutos en el puerto veneciano, con posibilidad de aparcamiento a la puerta. Te limpian la habitación a diario y te dejan cosas para el desayuno. Muy cómodo para conocer Chania y buena calidad/precio De la ducha se salía el agua, pero no fue un problema.

Il figlio dell’host molto gentile, ci ha aspettato fino a notte tarda perché il nostro volo da Bologna era arrivato tardi. Grazie mille sicuramente torneremo!

• Agathi (8/5): Perfect stay! - It was very close to the old town of Chania, close to supermarket, buses etc. The host had taken care of what ever a visitor would need for vacations, and the place was very comfortable -the bed, the toilettes, everything. I will definitely choose Irene Maisonettes again when I will visit Chania city. Thank you very much for everything.

The kitchen is well equipped, and coffee and Raki were provided. The bedroom is comfortable and charming in the loft area. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

• Alicja (10/5): I will definitely come back here someday :) - room: - comfortable, in a historic building with an interesting history - I had a room with a balcony, well equipped, there is an iron, many kitchen appliances - the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, the bed is made, soap, snacks are added, etc. - the outside of the building is also very clean area: - the very center, about 300 meters to the old town, 10 minutes to the beach and many shops nearby - the area is very safe and quiet - the owner is helpful I liked everything very much.

• Sam (8/5): Very good - Excellently equipped with everything you'd need for a stay of one night to a couple of weeks. Refreshments and a small selection of breakfast items provided in the room which was a nice touch. Parking available for 5€. Because it's in the centre of town there's a lot of traffic noise outside, however the room was very well soundproofed with double glazing so with the windows closed it wasn't an issue. There's A/C too so in warmer months you can keep the noise out but still stay cool.
• Maija (9/5): Superb - Apartment is in the old, renovated building at the one of the busiest streets of Chania. Just a step away from supermarket, taverna and smallers stores if you are looking for a food. Old city, city center . I liked that apartment was on 2 levels. Kitchen had quite a lot of kitchen appliances available. Regarding pillows. There were 2 pillows for each of us, different height. Finally I could sleep. No washing machine, but there wouldn't be a place for it. Be prepared for street noise (I'm not complaining, I was prepared).

Thank you for the Raki and coffee also! Owners aren't on site all the time, but they were available within 5 minutes of contacting them to let them know we arrived. They were very helpful in explaining the property and very friendly.

• Niousha (7/5): Good - The apartment is enough for a maximum of 2 ppl. It's in a great location. The kitchen has almost everything you need. The bathroom is clean and big enough with a great shower. Improvement: the lightening should be improved. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable in a way that first 2 nights, I could not sleep. I got so much pain in my neck, shoulder, and even experienced headache in the morning. When I removed the bed sheet, I found out that the foam layer was missed, and I had been sleeping directly on the mattress. I messaged them, and a few hours later, they sent new foams. It seemed that they already knew about it. My question is why they have not informed me about this issue and let the guest go through rough nights. Even after they did not try to compensate for this big issue.

What impressed us the most was their friendliness and personal approach. So thanks once again to the owners.

It was a 4 minute walk from the main bus station and a very short walk to the city centre. Perfectly clean bathroom and kitchen. It was great to be able to cook on the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Nothing we didn’t like.

Very well equipped kitchen and a friendly owner. Air conditioning is working well. We had a room facing the main road, so it was a bit loud, although it didn't prevent us from having a good sleep

• Siamsea (9/5): Pleasant stay. - Convenient location. Easy walking distance to old city and where the actions are. The room was quiet, clean and equipped with adequate facilities that make our stay comfortable. A welcome fresh cake, water and Greek aperitif together with tea and coffee basket are lovely gesture. The property was renovated on ottoman old building. The floor boards were creaking and could do with a couple more nails to stop the noises. However, it may be some restrictions as it’s an ottoman building.
