Excellent value for money. The bar was well stocked and the drinks were poured generously! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our only criticism is the room was cool at night, we couldn’t work the thermostat but asked for warmer quilts from reception and they organised them straight away. This was during cool temperatures so would probably be ok in warmer months.

• clément (10/5): Très bien - L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville à pieds et profiter du Sunset. Si vous louez une voiture un parking gratuit est à 5min à pieds ce qui est un gros plus! Les gens bruyants mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement… peut être que le gardien de nuit pourrait faire des rondes dans les étages la nuit à l’avenir! La piscine n’est pas chauffée dommage en mi saison

The man with glasses on the reception could crack a smile once in a while. Quite moody and rude. The lady was lovely he could take a few tips from her.

• Tinashe (10/5): Great - Clean less noisy Receptionist can’t keep track of who’s staying in the hotel without wristbands so they give you have to show them when you get it when they don’t see it they try to ask you in a nice way but sometimes weird
• Jack (1/5): ABSOLUTELY AWFUL - Decent location To start off the room wasn’t cleaned once in our 6 day stay. Only thing we were provided were clean towels. 2nd of all DO NOT EAT AT THAT PLACE. I had 1 meal and it absolutely ruined me. I have been vomiting for nearly 3 days straight after eating at the hotel. I even told the staff at the hotel, and they simply could not care less. They were extremely rude when I explained the situation and they stated ‘it was not there fault as they were not working the morning the food was served to me’. It’s left me in a state in which I have had to take time off work upon my return and I’m feeling extremely nauseous 3 days after eating this disgusting food. Finally, the security guard got extremely mad with someone who I was staying with, even getting up in his face asif he was going to try and hurt him. I’m truly disgusted by the way we were treated during our stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to San Antonio. Very disappointed as the first few days were actually quite good. But let me reiterate do not eat from this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting and I have never eaten food like it. I ate the breakfast and the beans tasted sour. I straight away knew something was wrong and I am now paying the price for their lack of cleanliness within the kitchen/preparation of food. All in all 1/10 stay at this hotel. Very disappointed.
• Jennifer (10/5): Excelente estadía - Cercanía al mar y al centro de la ciudad. Encontramos varios restaurantes en el radio cercano al apartamento además de tener el restaurante para desayunar ahí también. Los departamentos son super espaciosos y limpios. La atención por lo demás es muy buena, antes de llegar estuvieron siempre en contacto conmigo. Destacar además que al tener una sala para guardar las maletas antes o después de registrarte lo que facilita aprovechar al máximo el tiempo y hay duchas disponibles para que puedas utilizarla luego del check out no se me ocurre nada de momento.
