• Orsolya (9/5): Beautiful apartment close to Plitvice National Park - The apartment is easy to find and we received a useful explanation on where to go in the park and a golden tip of a beautiful viewing point, not far from the apartment. The place is about a 10 minutes drive from the main (nr1) entrance. The host was very kind and responsive, whenever we had questions or requests. The apartment was perfect for 4 persons, with fresh towels every day. We really enjoyed our stay! The heating was a bit difficult to set right, it was first a bit cold and then too warm. It took some time to figure it out.

El apartamento muy completo para pasar unos días, cama cómoda, parking en la puerta gratuito, lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos, cerca de plitvice. Nos hubiera gustado probar el desayuno y las comidas del restaurante familiar pero solo estaba abierto dos horas por la mañana... Seguro que la comida estaba riquísima !

• Amanda (8/5): Clean, comfortable bed, we'd stay here again. - The room was clean and quiet (although we travelled in the off season). The bed was comfortable. The owner was very friendly. We didn't have hot water in the kitchen tap and we couldn't find a "middle ground" for the radiator, it was either off or on full blast (so we were too warm).

• Stav (9/5): A lovely stay in a gorgeous place - Lovely place and owners. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The owner gave us an insider's tip for the best viewpoint in Plitvice! The breakfast was mostly sweet, which is less to our taste, but that was the case in other places in Croatia so maybe it's just a Croatian thing. Also, the town cut the water in our last morning there, which was quite an inconvenience, but it wasn't the owner's fault and she also gave us each a big mineral water bottle to go.
• Satish (10/5): A great place to stay when visiting the parks. - We arrived on the third weekend of October, and it was a stunning display of fall colors from the back balcony of the room. Also, we found great free parking spot just in front of the house . Everything was as promised

• Weber (10/5): Familiengeführte Unterkunft mit viel Komfort. - Unsere Gastgeberin und Ihr Mann, sind äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben täglich frische Handtücher erhalten. Bei Fragen wurden uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war traditionell und sehr lecker. Eine große Auswahl an Brot, Kuchen & Gebäck, Käse, Wurst, Gemüse, Joghurt, Müsli usw. Es gab wahlweise Kaffee, Tee oder Kakao und außerdem Wasser und Saft. Für 10.-€ pro Person, was vor Ort zu jeder Zeit in Anspruch genommen werden kann. Wir wurden dazu jeden Tag mit frischem Frenchtoast und Palatschinken mit Nutella verwöhnt. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! ☺️👍

• Andrea (10/5): - La host è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sia per la vista al vicinissimo parco nazionale di Plitvice che per altre attività da poter fare in zona. L'appartamento è carinissimo, nel mezzo ad un gruppo di case tranquillo e silenzioso, e con una bellissima vista sui monti circostanti, una vera oasi di pace. A fianco della casa c'è un ottimo ristorante dove siamo andati due sere di fila da quanto ci è piaciuto.
• Mangio (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante - Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e accogliente. La signora Ana ci ha ricevuti con un bel sorriso e ci ha subito fornito utili indicazioni su come raggiungere i laghi e un vicino punto panoramico da cui ammirarli dall’alto. Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale e in una camera: entrambi erano molto puliti, ben arredati e dotati di letti comodissimi. Di notte si riposa benissimo grazie alla tranquillità della zona. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio proprio sotto casa, accanto a un piccolo ristorante gestito dagli stessi proprietari, dove è possibile fare colazione e cenare. L’ingresso 1 dei laghi dista 6 km e si raggiunge in pochi minuti d’auto. A circa 2 km si trovano due minimarket e altri ristoranti. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, cortesia e una posizione tranquilla a due passi dal Parco!

• Catcelena (8/5): Reasonable price for stay - Tidy and comfy room with all basic necessities. Room cleaning in morning is not expected but they do. Laundry service by yourself (you put the clothes in machine) still charge 6€ for washing and 6€ for drying. Firstly we asked the host, the price is 6€, asked again when arrive, she said 7€, which is not concurred with what she replied before and I showed the proof, then she said it's kidding..... Which gave us very poor impression, it's not because of 1€, but a matter of honesty.

Family was very helpful with tips on visiting the park and directed us to a nearby viewpoint of the park just down the road from them. Very quiet at night we did not hear a sound. Definitely recommend going to breakfast here. There’s a small buffet, but they also cooked us up some eggs, French toast, and crepes. Well worth the money. Highly recommend this place, which is only a 10 minute drive from the park entrance. Tip is to get to the park as early as possible before it gets too crowded. Nothing!

• Alpha (10/5): Lovely place to stay quite close to the Plitvice park. - The room was located in a villa. We had parking space for our car. The room was spotlessly clean and neat. Everything was kept in its place with a purpose. The colors in the room were muted and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. The room was already warm when we checked in. Very thoughtful and we were immediately comfortable. There was a clean kettle, some coffee/tea packets, some glasses and towels. Everything was clean and kept neatly. The bathroom was tidy. There were napkins, body wash and soap. The room also had a good cupboard to keep your clothes and stuff. The location of the room is also very convenient to visit the park nearby. Nothing much to add. I wish were stayed longer. Book with your eyes closed. Beautiful and comfortable room and if you are a stickler for stuff kept neatly, you will be pleased. Our host was a friendly and made our check-in process quite easy. 100% recommended. -

• Kfir (9/5): Superb - Nice modern apartment, 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed. A kitchen with equipment to make light food (we didn't have time to cook). There is parking outside, it is 10 minutes from the entrance to the park. The owner is very nice and helpful. It takes some time for the hot water in the shower to start. You need to let the water run for a few minutes.
• Sarunas (9/5): Very good location, nice host, home made breakfast, quite and peaceful stay - We took this guest house just because we needed a place to stay overnight to get early and get directly into Plitvice lakes. The room was new, comfortable, enough of size. Very quiet space to sleep, nice shower, good view from window, parking just in front of the house. Host offered some tips and tricks for Plitvice lakes, also some sightseeing points in the evening before. We also took breakfast as extra option in the morning. Almost everything was home made by host, nice pancakes, baked bread with egg, all sweet things. Very tasty. Recommended option to take as an extra thing. The place in general is very goo and close to Plitvice Entrance 1 or 2. If ever needed to come back, would take it again. Nothing that I missed or needed.
• Glenn (9/5): Great location, easy access to the national park, lovely host. - This place is all about the location to the national park and it did not disappoint. Very spacious. Two bedrooms, so worked well for our family. The accomodation was as advertised. The access road was a bit of a challenge for us, the reason, just not used to having to navigate narrow roads and stopping to let other cars pass. The locals just seem to zip by at speed without thought, but we got used to it. If this place had airconditioning we would have rated a ten. When open the windows gave a good breeze, however as evening descended needed to close them because there were no fly screens to keep out the mosquitoes.

The friendly owner recommended a viewpoint closeby that had a fantastic view of one of the lakes in the park. Entrance 1 is a short drive from the property.
• Lana (10/5): Wonderful 3 nights stay at a quiet location - The location is quiet, away from touristy busyness and only 10 mins drive from Entrance 1. The host Anna is very friendly and offered us some tips with our Plitvice National Park hike - there is another entrance 5 mins drive away near the accommodation with free parking. The room is modern and very clean and it is also being made up every day. The studio comes with a basic kitchen with a pair of plates/bowls/utensils. There was also salt and pepper shaker with some complimentary instant coffee sachets. The bathroom has a rain shower with excellent water pressure and great drainage. Complimentary Shampoo/shower gel smells nice. Highly recommended! It would be great to have a spatula/turner/flipper/fish slice to get my fried eggs and maybe a little more than a pair of cutlery?

• Johann (10/5): The perfect location to visit the park - We stayed one night, the time for us to visit Plitvice park. It was perfect! Whish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is big, great for a family with 2 children, surrounded by a green garden. Very bright and clean. The restaurant is closed (it only opens from June to September) but they are some.10min drive away. We had our breakfast on the spot though, and it was delicious.
