• Krey (8/5): - Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Zimmer nach hinten okay. Nach vorne ist die Schnellstraße könnte mir vorstellen das es dort ziemlich laut ist. Es gibt ein Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad und Sauna Frühstücks Buffet ! Um 7.30 war fast alles leer und es wurde auch nichts nachgelegt. Vielleicht lag es daran das nur 8 Personen zum Frühstück angemeldet waren

• pascal (2/5): Hôtel à éviter et à sortir de Booking - Sa situation proche de l'aéroport, le grand parking et c'est tout, - Personnel indifférent aux touristes étrangers; les jeunes connaissent l'anglais, les autres vous ignoent complètement. Je suis arrivé vers 20h et la personne à l'accueil m'a remis mon numéro de chambre mal écrit: le 1 ressemblait au 2 et j'ai cherché désespérément la chambre 222 qui n'existe pas au lieu de la 111. Le mot de passe internet était aussi illisible. Je l'ai découvert écrit correctement à l'accueil. Je n'ai pas pu me connecter de la soirée. J'ai été surpris de l'être le matin. - Restaurant : peu de touristes, service un peu lent sauf pour les clients albanais. - Petit déjeuner : je suis descendu à 9h, il ne restait plus grand chose, j'ai du demander au café d'à coté un café et un jus d'orange en supplément bien sur. - Arnaque sur le prix d'un bouteille d'eau: 220 lek, j'en achèterai ailleurs à 60 lek

• Aviad (9/5): - כשהייתה לנו בעיה בחדר פקיד הקבלה עזב את משמרתו כדי לבוא ולעזור לנו ולא עזב עד שהצליח ארוחת בוקר טובה ומזינה אומנם על כביש ראשי אבל הכניסה והיציאה ממש קלה וטובה אף שעבר שיפוץ כללי וטוב עדיין היו דברים שבורים קיבלנו חדר שהטלוויזיה לא עובדת נזילה מחוץ לשירותים ואין מזגן הוחלף לנו חדר גם שם היו כל מיני בעיות אבל תוקנו על ידי פקיד הקבלה

• Carla (8/5): - Quarto espaçoso, casa de banho ampla. Bem localizado, muito perto do aeroporto. Piscina interior e exterior. Pequeno almoço muito pouco variado. Não havia sequer pão ou café. Muito perto de uma estrada muito movimentada, logo difícil dormir. Recomendo levar tampões para os ouvidos.
• Nadra (4/5): - La piscine et la chambre spacieuse Le petit déjeuner payé pour les 2 nuits mais il ne restait plus rien à notre venue, nous avons dû aller au restaurant d’à coté où nous avons payé notre petit déjeuner, nous avons réservé pour 6 couchages mais il n’y en avait que 4. La climatisation qui fonctionnait mal et personne n’est venue réparer malgré avoir demandé 2 fois et ils nous ont fait payer des bouteilles d’eau dans notre frigo sans nous préciser en avance que cela sera payant

• Peter (8/5): Good stay for airport, comfortable and clean - Easy, comfortable stay close to the airport. The staff were friendly and the restaurant stayed open late for us to eat. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night (could of been an accident) then we were paranoid and couldn’t sleep.

• Oriol (8/5): Very good - The restaurant of the hotel (not included). The size of the room and toilet- it was very big. AC great. The outdoor swimming pool is very nice, new and glamourous. The indoor pool is old and not very well taken care off. Same with the "gym". The included breakfast is OK but humble. Just one kind of cereals, bread (butter and jam), ham, cheese; boiled eggs and salad. Two kinds of bottled juice and milk/coffee (no chocolate).

In one room the bathroom shower door was not on and was next to the door. The air con wasn’t very strong. Breakfast was not very good value for money.

• Juan (7/5): Good - The hotel has a good location, easy to find, and 15 minutes from the airport. Restaurant next to it as well as a gas station (if you're driving). The outside pool is nice! You can see the hotel had a good life some time ago, but it's getting old and it hasn't been renovated. In the bathroom the shower had black spots, found a cockroach, and the toiletries were full of dust. We were there in July and it was hot, but the AC barely worked, so the room was hot! Sleeping was not easy. There was an inside pool, but it hasn't been clean in some time.
• Hyrie (7/5): It was a good stay overall. - Clean room with AC, and no noise. Good customer service. Outdoors area work in progress. Garbage container in the bathroom please change, it makes the place look cheap.

Also the lady at the reception seemed to be so stressed and serious. It felt uncomfortable. There was another lady she was smiley. Hotel was ok but ı didnt feel comfortable
