Sonia (4/5): - Really old hotel in serious need of TLC. Traditional room had the wall stained and scratched. The hallway were dirty. The dinner and breakfast however were good. Nice location. Appreciated foot onsens.

Marie (8/5): Enjoyable stay in tatami room overlooking the river - Attentive and friendly staff from point of arrival to check-in. Enjoyed the onsen water which felt silky smooth, read that it was a 9.7 pH alkaline. Nice walk along the river where the hotel is situated. We stayed 4 nights but it didn’t seem that the tatami floor was vacuumed or cleaned during our stay there. The cubicle in the ladies changing room was not clean. For the dining room we were allocated for the 8 meals, it was difficult to get service at times.

YUUTA (10/5): 全てに満足です。 - チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てに満足しました。スタッフの教育も行き届いていて、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。温泉二つと足湯があり、それだけでも楽しめます。ロビーにはラウンジがあり優雅な時間を過ごすことができました！また利用したいとおもいます。
