- 坪倉 (3/5): - 部屋からの眺めは良かった。食事は品数も程よく美味しかったです。 部屋の担当スタッフは日本語がいまいちの外人でしたし、食器の片付けを見てハラハラするし乱暴な感じがした。子供は3歳と5歳てしたが子供食が付いて無く驚きました、予約時に子供食事有り無しの選択肢が有ったら良かったと思いました...子供が小さいからハンバーグと野菜レベル又はスパゲッティレベルでも選択できたらどうてしょうか？部屋に付属したシャワー、トイレ室はシャワーした後は床がビショビショで使いにくい、宿泊費が安くても事前に分かってたら変更したかった。部屋のドアは鉄製で勢い良く勝手に閉まるので大変危険だし衝撃音が大きい、ドアチェックを付けるべき。

- MITSUKO (5/5): 少し期待に外れていた。 - お布団を敷いていただいた方の敷き方が、シーツのしわが1つもなく、翌朝もしわなく綺麗だった。すごいと思いました。 帰りの送迎車がリムジンでした。初めて乗車したので感激でした。 お風呂が寒かった。 食事が冷めていた。

- TAKASHI (7/5): - 箇条書きになります。 まず、スタッフの接客が、丁寧で素晴らしい。 晩御飯は部屋食で、かなりボリュームがあり、一品一品美味しかったです。 温泉のお湯も自分にあって良かったです。 20時からのお土産が10％オフのタイムサービスも良かった。(別で先に買ってきてしまい残念) 鳥羽で色々泊まったが、鳥羽国際ホテルに次いで良かった場所でした。 宿泊客とあまり会わなかった(たまたまだとおもいますが、、、、) 朝食が全体的にあまり美味しくなかった。 おかわりしたおひつのごはんが、味が落ちる。

- Nicole (10/5): Amazing hotel - This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Japan. We stayed for my birthday and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is right on the water. The welcome and check-in was superb - very relaxing and through. The room was large and had full water views. The onsen facilities were amazing, particularly the outdoor onsen right next to the bay. The kaiseki dinner was amazing. So much food and all delicious. So happy we decided to stay here. Nothing. I definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

- Jamez (10/5): Great onsen ryokan tucked into Toba - To start off, if you arrive at Toba Train Station between 1430-1800, they provide free shuttle service to the hotel, which otherwise would be a 20 minute walk. Look for their name beside their car. The staff were friendly to a fault and even if they can't keep up with English, they'd do anything to help you. The place is old, that's what you get for looking for an onsen ryokan but it's well maintained and the cuisine offered was faultless. Very little gave a bad impression, if one must be mentioned, they only have one outdoor onsen, which means they have an alternating time slot for male and female guests to use it. You'll get to use it for sure even if you're only staying for a day, but still.

- Att75 (8/5): An authentic Japanese experience - A great option if you want an authentic Japanese experience with dinner served in your room. The rooms are Japanese style tatami rooms so sparse of furniture. Dinner was good and after dinner staff came and setup the futon mattresses on the floor. The onsen was amazing and is outdoors with great views of the water. Breakfast was served in a breakfast room and was very traditional Japanese breakfast. Nothing really.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 満腹、大満足 - 今回は、初めての伊勢鳥羽旅行でした。駅に着いても、全くわからない土地でのリムジンお迎えは、感動と安心で本当に助かりました。旅館に着いても、笑顔と最高の気配りでとても満足でした。ただ大酒のみの我々夫婦には、アルコールの自販機でもあればもっと良いのに。と思いました。料理も大満足だったので、そこだけ残念。 でも、総合的に見ても大満足で帰ってきました。いろんな質問にも迅速に対応して頂き感謝です。二日間御世話になりました。
