• Tracey (8/5): Hyde Park boutique hotel - Easy to walk to from Paddington Station. Very near Hyde Park. Rooms are small but very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. We were originally booked on the 4th floor but my husband is waiting for a knee replacement and walks with a stick. As soon as we arrived the staff noted his stick and changed the room to the ground floor without us asking. We cant fault our stay and would book again.

• Sally (8/5): Good location and price for central London. - Great location, very handy for tube station - easy 10min walk. Room not too small for a single and a decent sized bathroom. Really happy to see an ironing board and iron in the room as you don't often get that. Also a small fridge which would be really handy in summer. Breakfast room light and airy. Reception staff friendly. Bathroom was rather cold and didn't seem to have any heating in there.

• MEDALIT (8/5): - The hotel itself is charming, very well located, and well connected. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Special mention to the gentleman working the night shift . He was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and professional. His attitude really stood out and made a positive impression during our stay Our experience at breakfast was disappointing. We were told in a rather abrupt and unprofessional manner that it was not allowed to take a small item (a yogurt and a sandwich) from the breakfast buffet to go, although this rule was not clearly communicated anywhere. We fully understand that hotels may have policies regarding buffet food, but the way this was explained made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A more polite and respectful explanation would have made a big difference to our overall experience.

• Nagase (8/5): 快適でした。 - パディントン駅やケンジントンガーデンそれぞれから徒歩１０分弱の場所にあります。 静かで、交通の便の比較的良い場所にあります。 ドイツ、フランスなど各国からの観光客が多く宿泊しているようでした。 古くからある建物で、一番高い階の部屋だったので、日本の呼び方であれば５階、イギリス式であれば４階と高い場所で、重たい荷物を持ち上げたり、おろしたいするのは大変でした。チェックインの時にはRECEPTIONの人が、大きい荷物を運びあげてくださり、たすかりました。

• Mette (3/5): Dejlig beliggenhed men ville aldrig bo der igen grundet værelset i kælderen - Beliggenheden var perfekt, hyggelig gade med lokale restauranter og pubber. Tæt på metro og bus. Vi blev placeret i et værelse i lower ground floor eller rettere sagt kælderen. Det er ikke i orden ikke at være informeret om dette tidligere. Vi spurgte flere gange om vi kunne få et andet værelse, men det var ikke muligt. Sengene var gode og ingen støj fra vejen, til gengæld er der meget lydt i bygningen, så det knager når andre gæster går rundt på deres værelser

Servita da tanti supermercati, bar per fare la colazione e tutto quello che serve. La struttura pulita, con pulizia quotidiana e ricambio di asciugamani. Stanza completa di ciò che serve. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Ti consente di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in pagando un piccolo supplemento di circa 5 pound. Inoltre è previsto il pagamento di una caparra di 50 pound che ti restituiscono subito dopo il soggiorno. Unico tasto dolente la mancanza di ascensore. Io ero al secondo piano e quindi non ho avuto grande difficoltà però dal terzo piano in poi le scale diventando sempre più ripide

Petit bémol pour l - Bon rapport qualité prix, très bonne location et personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Chambres faites et serviettes changées tous les jours. Malheureusement, pas d’ascenseur et les escaliers étaient assez étroits. Le petit déjeuner était aussi assez décevant. Devoir payer pour laisser ses valises avant que la chambre ne soit prête.

• Noemi (6/5): Sin más - El alojamiento como tal está bien. El personal de la recepción deja mucho que desear. Nosotros hicimos una reserva y al hacer el checkin nos asignaron una habitación. Al volver por la tarde la chica de recepción me llamó por otro nombre y al ver que no era yo, automáticamente nos cambiaron de habitación. De una con ventanas a un zulo en el sótano. Su respuesta al ver mi descontento era que “la habitación que nos habían asignado estaba cerrada por mantenimiento, pero que la que nos han dado era de la misma categoría (habitación sin ventanas ni vistas en el sótano) Ha sido un poco decepcionante el trato y sin ofrecemos alguna alternativa. Nada sorprendente al leer después otras reseñas iguales. Al menos las camas eran cómodas.

Trevlig & hjälpsam personal. Att det inte fanns tillräckligt med hyllor eller avlastningsyta i badrummet. Fanns heller inga krokar vid ingången att hänga jackan på. Störigt med ljusknappen från TVn när man skulle sova. Vi hängde ett klädesplagg över för att få mörkt i rummet. Surrandet från rummets elskåp var störigt.

• Mariusz (8/5): - Przestronny pokój, super lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy ale jednocześnie blisko sklepów, restauracji czy metra Pierwsza noc musieliśmy spędzić w innym hotelu z powodu „situation”. Co prawda hotel był 10min od HP ale jednak niesmak pozostał.

El barrio es muy tranquilo y lindo Está lejos cel centro para llegar caminando, pero se soluciona yendo en metro o bus. El desayuno es buffet y medio básico. No hay desayuno típico londinense (huevo, salchichas, etc). No nos recambiaban el jabón y shampoo diariamente. Solo nos dieron el primer día

A poco más de una hora del centro (abadía westminster, etc) La cama y almohadas eran bastante cómodas Las condiciones de la habitación, humedades, salía agua por todos lados... Cada vez que se duchaban los de la habitación de arriba se inundaba nuestro baño y ellos se limitaron a tirar una toalla al suelo y listo.... nadie vino a limpiar nada ni a traernos más toallas. El primer día también nos cayó agua por la pared y al tocar el enchufe saltó el diferencial de la luz, como digo, en el hotel ya deberían estar acostumbrados porque le dieron importancia cero...

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen richitg groß, laut Betten hätte noch eine vierte Person übernachten können. Das ,Personal freundlich, , teilweise aber etwas kurz angebunden. - Lediglich ein Schrank, mit viel Platz zum aufhängen der Sachen aber sehr wenig Platz um Sachen hinzulegen. -Steckdosen (in London immer Mangelware) Eine davon hinterm Schrank und das Kabel vom Wasserkocher zu kurz (aufgrund unserer bisherigen Erfahrungen in London waren wir aber so clever und haben eine Steckdosenleiste einpackt. ) -Dusche klein, ebenso das Waschbecken. Auch hier wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten) -Frühstück war okay, mehr aber auch nicht.
• Dietmar (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln - Überaus angenehme Lage in einer ruhigen gehobenen Wohngegend, U-Bahn und Supermärkte zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten entfernt, äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, ich bekam ein relativ großes Zimmer mit Safe, Preis für Londoner Verhältnisse noch akzeptabel, solides kontinentales Frühstück mit Croissants, Kuchen, kleinen Brötchen und hartgekochten Eiern, ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt. Im Zimmer und im Bad gab es zu wenige Ablageflächen, das Waschbecken war sehr klein und hing zu niedrig, Klobürste fehlte, das Standlicht des Fernsehers war nachts zu hell, beim Frühstück gab es leider nur eine Sorte Wurst und Käse und ein Fahrstuhl existiert nicht (in die vierte Etage sind es immerhin 90 Stufen!).

Muy poco por el precio que cobraron. Me pidieron euros 50 como garantía, lo pague con credit card y estoy esperando su devolución. Si no lo recibo me comunicaré con Booking. Agradezco su colaboración..

• Carmen (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben - Die Lage war sehr gut mit der Nähe zu den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Dadurch war alles super erreichbar. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. An einer ruhigen Strasse, dadurch auch nachts sehr ruhig. Das Personal an der Rezeption scheint sich nicht gross mit den Wünschen und Fragen von Touristen zu befassen. Keine Antwort auf Fragen z.B Hop-On Hop-Off Bussen speziell Haltestellen, zu Fragen bei Strike Situation der Tube Linien keine Antwort...haben wir uns mit Hilfe anderer Touristen selbst Online erarbeitet. Frühstück, teils alte Brötchen, 5 Tage selbe Platten an Wurst und Käse, teils schon angetrocknet am Rand. Wir erwarten wahrlich kein riesiges Büfett, in England schon gar nicht, aber frisch müsste es schon sein. Danke trotzdem.

• Alessia (5/5): - Giusta postazione, non molto lontana dalla fermata metro Sin dal primo giorno non ha mai funzionato il Wi-Fi, chiedevano di risolvere dicevano che lo avrebbero fatto ma invece no, disservizio per il quale io ho pagato. Poi la finestra non si chiudeva era rotta appena arrivati. Ed infine c’erano parecchi ragni in camera.
