• Antonio (9/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza y el parking para los vehículos de los clientes que facilita mucho las cosas en una localidad donde es casi imposible aparcar.

Durante el desayuno, mi madre es diabética y no tenían nada que pudiera comer, así que la señora que atendía el servicio del.desayuno tuvo la amabilidad de darle mermelada de su consumo personal que era sin azúcar.

• Victoria (1/5): No recomendable - Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue realmente decepcionante. Desde que entramos por la puerta, el personal nos trató de manera muy desagradable, actitud poco colaborativa y, en general, un trato falto de respeto. A esto se suman las condiciones de las instalaciones, que dejaban mucho que desear para un hotel que presume de tener 4 estrellas. La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, el velador tenía la bombilla quemada y la cama y las almohadas eran muy incómodas. Definitivamente no lo recomendamos y no volveremos.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - The staff is excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the downtown center. Be sure to check dates when most facilities in town are open. We arrived a bit before the season started and many restaurants were not open.

• Leslie (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very clean with lots of seating areas. The room was very small. There was one long bolster pillow. Breakfast was basic with toast, cold meat cheese, and melon. The air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient. It is not,, in my opinion, a 4* hotel. Expensive too.

• Patrick (9/5): Superb - Location, location, location. Sepulveda is truly fantastic. We did the Dos Rios walk, and visited the Ermita Dos Frutos. Explanation and willingness to help were very good. Free parking. No bread for breakfast, don't know what we did wrong.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - This rural hotel is so unique! Nestled in the heart of Sepúlveda, we loved the peacefulness of the rooms and areas within the hotel and town. There are little lounge areas both inside and terraces outside and even an area for young kids with toys, games and books. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was delicious!

• Deanne (7/5): A peaceful location but still within very easy walking distance of the centre - we’ve stayed here before and it’s a perfect location en route south or north to the ports of Santander and Bilbao. The satnav took us on a very awkward route so anyone wanting to stay here should stick to the main road and not be tempted by driving down a narrow alley ending at the Plaza Mayor. The bathroom is very poor design and can only accommodate one person at a time. Our room was rather dark but beds very comfortable.

• Tinks (8/5): Stayed 1 nite to recover from a wedding. - The older woman at the desk when we arrived was rude. She would only speak to my son (who spoke very little Spanish) and refused to even look at me (his mom), who spoke Spanish. I thought this kind of attitude was gone but apparently not in small towns in Spain. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, affordable.
