• kay (8/5): ok - breakfast was ok adverage, on the beach we really liked that great restaurant across the street, but nothing else close by, room was ok, but really need new pillows, sound echoes when people are walking in the hallways, not a very good nights sleep

• Rita (8/5): Für Aufenthalt auf den Azoren ausreichend - Liegt am Meer, tolle Aussicht! Frühstück ausreichend, man braucht nicht mehr, jedoch am Kaffee sollte man nicht sparen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber! Man kann sich grosse Badtücher ausleihen fürs Meer, kostenlos! Gebäude langsam in den Jahren gekommen

• Maria (9/5): Agradávelmente tranquilizadora e relaxante. A localização top dos tops - A vista para o mar, a localização e a simpatia dos funcionários. O pequeno almoço poderia melhorar um pouco. Fruta fresca. As laranjas das saladas de fruta tinham muita parte branca e caroços.

• Vendula (3/5): - Lokalita, výhled na oceán a personál. Jak už v recenzích bylo zmíněno. U snídaně chybí zelenina, jakákoliv. Dále v přístroji na nápoje měl být ananasový džus, ovšem na něm po celých 9 dní byla cedulka, že ho zrovna nemají. Zajímavé, když na ostrově mají plantáže. Pokoje jsou ušmudlané, dveře do kuchyně nešly zavřít, v koupelně byla plíseň. Při příjezdu po 16h nebyl náš pokoj připraven. Měly jsme objednaný pokoj s dvěmi oddělenými postelemi a dostaly jsme na první noc jednu postel s přistýlkou a na zbytek nocí nám rozložili gauč. Povlečení bylo bílé ovšem mělo na sobě různé fleky. V třipatrovém hotelu je k dispozici i výtah, ale jeho využití je celkem adrenalin. Člověk neví, které tlačítka, případně v jakém pořadí, je zmáčknout, aby výtah přijel a ještě lépe aby se rozjel a následně nás pustit ven. Podotýkám, že první a také poslední jízdu nám ukazoval pan recepční a ani jeho výtah neposlouchal. Personál byl jinak milý a ochotný. To je společně s lokalitou jediné, co bych vyzdvihla.

• Sébastien (4/5): Very Old hostel - nice sea view - Large rooms. Good sea view. Basic kitchen. The appart hotel is way lower standards than it announces. The room and the hotel itself are very very outdated (probably from the 90ies) the room are big with a little kitchen and a sea view. Second problem the basic cleaning is done every day but not neat and the terrassé was full of sand with a dirty balcony glass when I came in. I asked for a clean, nothing was done. I don’t know how they wash their bedsheet but I developed an allergy (crying eyes when I would be on the pillow). What more ? Avoid paying for that breakfast and horrible breakfast place. The food isn’t fresh, bad light, and the woman there empties your table as soon as your stand up. They overcharge clothes cleaning fee. (But price announced on a notice posted on the wall of the bathroom. Employees are noisy and the room have very very thin wall. And the beds are not comfy AT ALL. I don’t recommend for you to stay there m. there is way cheaper places downtown.

• Harald (10/5): Gute Ausgangslage um Sao Miguel zu erkunden - Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, schönes, sauberes Zimmer, direkt am feinsandigen Strand. Gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz, wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Diese Anlage kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden. Es hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Da gibt es nichts, was zu beanstanden wäre. Das Team ist ausgezeichnet.

• Viktoria (10/5): Great value for money, spacious room with kitchenette and balcony. Even sofa and armchair, not just beds!!! Means a lot - Great, direct connection to the ocean. Marvellous to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves!! Lovely walk in the evening around the beach area at the time of sunset - just amazing really! Staff were great and for 5 EUR extra I got gluten free bread and plant milk plus Alpro Yoghurt so I could have breakfast with my family! The breakfast room with the ocean is FAB!

• Olga (8/5): - Отель расположен прям на берегу океана и все номера выходят на побережье. Это было самым восхитительным. Недалеко (минут 20-30 пешком) расположены несколько ресторанчиков с отличной кухней! До города Понта Дельгада нужно ехать минут 20 на машине. Ежедневная уборка до блеска. Сам номер весьма скромный, но зато на балконе были лежаки и предлагались полотенца для пляжа. Персонал очень радушный и гостеприимный. Помогли мне зарегистрировать прогулку к китам и вообще все рекомендации были отличными! Завтрак был ну ооооочень скромный. Овощей не было никаких вообще. В последний день поехала на завтрак в город ибо не выдержала этого скромного минимализма. И ванная как будто не для людей сделана - неудобно было даже для одного. Белье (купальник или полотенце) посушить вообще негде.

Локація хороша Ми розуміємо що це не сезон, але ми заплатили кошти за сніданки, застаріла яєчня була кожен ранок і застарілі ковбаси, єдине що можна було їсти це сир, але в мізерній кількості, хотілося нормальних сніданків. шум кондиціонера нагадував трактор комбайн, 7 ночей не спали…. Хіба не можна поміняти допотопні кондиціонери??!! Воно не так і дорого виходить… Ціна цих апартаментів і близько не відповідає якості.

• Franck V (9/5): - Idéalement placé avec un accès dir ect sur la plage. Chambre de type studio tout équipé ( cuisine, climatisation....). Petit déjeuner de type buffet continental avec vue sur l'océan. Parking gratuit ( au mois de mars) juste devant l'hôtel. La géolocalisation un peu imprécise vite corrigée par un appel téléphonique a la réception.
• Allen M Wood (7/5): - Reception allowed us to check-in early. Great view of surf (and surfers and para-surfers). There is a park next to the building. The kitchenette was convenient. Very good coffee and breakfast. There were very few guests (early February), so the idle staff gathered in hallway, talking and laughing loudly. Everything smelled strongly of bleach. The hotel's gate to the beach was locked (but we could have just gone outside, and around the building).

• Markus (9/5): Es war absolut super und wir kommen sicherlich wieder. - Absolute Toplage direkt am Ozean mit Wellenrauschen inklusive. Eigener Parkplatz für Hotelgäste. Personal überaus freundlich. Auf Wunsch wurde zusätzliche Matratze bereit gestellt. Preisleistungsverhältnis im Februar sehr gut. Küchenausstattung beim Koch- und Zubereitungsbesteck etwas mager - Hygiene in der Duschkabine.

Sendo turista que vai ao Açores para conhecer a natureza típica e a gastronomia, acho que os clientes ficariam ainda mais agradados se, no pequeno almoço, houvesse mais produtos típicos (bolo lêvedo e queijo da ilha...) para se deliciarem.
