- SAITO (8/5): - 自分へのご褒美として1人旅行で利用しました。 スタッフのみなさんが明るくてとてもよかったです。 お部屋もすごく綺麗で、特別な時間を過ごすことができました。 ビュッフェスタイルは楽しいのですが、もう少しバリエーションがあると尚楽しいかと思います。
- Eva (3/5): Uheldig kommunikasjon - Er lite hjelp å få av personell da kun en eller to på hele hoteller snakker engelsk og disse jobber kun deler av dagen. Når du møter opp blir du bombardert av unødvendig mye informasjon. Når du så kommer ned senere på kvelden for å bestille en taxi for morgendagen så blir alt utrolig vanskelig. Personell nikker og smiler til alt du sier og gjentar ting på Japansk som om at du skulle forstå hva de sa for tredje gang. Personalet forstår ikke engang når kl du vil ha taxi, du skriver 08:15 og de responderer med nikking nikking 08:45,.. når du viser at du skal ha frokost med kroppsspråket (mat, spise, sulten) viser personell bare X med hendene og peker deg i feil retting når du har reservert og betalt frokost kvelden før til en avtalt tid. Hoteller er også veldig uoversiktlig (veldig stort) og det er kronglete å finne frem og lite står på engelsk. Frokosten er ikke spesielt god, og alt står på japansk så du vet ikke hva du spiser. Eneste som var skrevet på engelsk var take away kaffekopp til å ta med på rommet, noe som hjalp veldig! Alt i alt ville jeg ikke reist hit igjen selv om de sikkert har en fin spa avdeling som vi ikke fikk prøvd denne runden. Rommene var også fine og store med japansk vri. Dessverre så var det mye som trakk dette ned for oss da det ble veldig stress med taxi bestilling og frokost.

- マサトシ (9/5): 1泊では惜しい。あづま館の近辺の観光名所や、有名酒飯店をめぐるには、連泊がお薦めです。 - 背景が紅葉の山で、足湯設備もあり、部屋にはベッドが二つ有りました。テレビは４Kの大画面で、2メートル離れて、簡易ベッドにもなるソファーが素敵でした。上がり口には、幅200センチ、奥行き50センチの備え付けの机が、ベッドの頭部と反対側にあり3段の書棚も背側にありました。 浴衣は、「中小サイズは、部屋にも有ります」ということでしたので、浴衣を持たずに、入室したら、半纏だけありました。下着に半纏姿で、入浴しにベータ－前にいたら、他室の客が浴衣を着ていたので、ベータ－の向かいにある浴衣を 取り、部屋で急遽着替えて、入浴しに行きました。ベータ－の向かいにある浴衣を、勝手に取って良かったのか、謎です。

- Kouno (6/5): - ロケーションが良かったです。各サービスも配慮が行き届いていたと思います。 その日だけだったのかも知れませんが、温泉がぬるくてガッカリでした。エレベーターを出て正面側の風呂の壺湯のみが快適な暖かさで、他は38〜9℃ほどで体の芯から温まることはありませんでした。エレベーター右側の風呂の壺湯はぬる過ぎて足だけ入れてすぐ諦めました。 また、部屋の洗面所が臭くて笑ってしまいました。
- 旭 (7/5): 3連休の初日でしたので、運が悪かったとしか思えませんでした。今度は直接ホテルに電話をしたいと思います。 - 温泉がきれいでよかった。部屋もきれいで気持ちよかった。チェックインが遅かったので、もったいないことをしました。もっと早めに、チェックインをしてゆっくり温泉に入ればよかったと思います。朝食はバイキングで自由に食べれたんで最高でした。 大人2人子供2人での宿泊をbookingで予約をしたのですが、前日になって子供が1人急な予定が入りキャンセルになってしまいました。ホテルに問い合わせたところ、bookingとは関係ないのでキャンセルしても料金は戻りません。と言われました。食事が1人分もったいないので、お金はいいから料理は作らないでくださいねと言いたいだけだったのに・・。うまく通じませんでした。また、bookingでは夕食と朝食を選んだつもりでしたが、夕食がついていないものがmailで返ってきました。ホテルに連絡して夕食をつけてもらうようにお願いしましたが、ダメでした。結局、真っ暗な山道を３０分もかけて食事場所を探しまいたが、なかなか見つからづホテル以外の時間を2時間ほど過ごしてしまい、もったいないことをしたと後悔しました。また、bookingの領収書やメールには、変更の問い合わせるところがなく、4人分のお金を払ってしまいました。ホテルの従業員の方々は皆さん良い感じの方々で良かったのですが、ちょっとした食事場所を教えてくれるとありがたかったかな。と思っています。 なぜか、部屋の中にカメムシが２～３匹いて、夜中中灯のとこでぶんぶん蛍光灯にぶつかってうるさかったのが気になりました。カナブンだったら逃がそうと思ったのですが、匂いが出そうなので朝まで我慢して虫たちの羽の音を聞いていました。

- i (9/5): ほぼ完璧な一泊二日。 - 従業員さんの接客がとても良かったです。プールも温泉も楽しめた。子供が1番楽しめました。(プール、縁日イベント、スタンプラリー) 朝ごはんも品数も沢山あり、とても良かった。和食の他にパンがあり、クロワッサンの美味しさにはびっくりしました！ 子供がウェルカムドリンクで頂いたオレンジジュースをとても気に入り、早朝に館内の自販機を見て回ったが売ってなく、フロントで相談すると時間外にも関わず、ウェルカムドリンクの機械の電源を付けてくださり、オレンジジュースを飲ませて頂きました。とっても我儘なお願いにも関わらず笑顔で嫌な顔せずに対応して頂けてとっても嬉しいかったです。 良くなかった件は、お部屋の黒いテーブルの汚れ(ホコリ、カビ？)があり、とても残念だった。ウェルカムスイーツのおぼんで汚れが隠れてて驚いた。ウェルカムスイーツも食べる気にもならず、食べかけで残した。布団を敷く時(自分たちで敷くのを希望)、枕に誰のか分からない髪の毛があり使うのを遠慮した。(枕が無いと寝れないので1つはバスタオルを巻いて使用)
- TSUNENORI (10/5): 最高でした。 - 朝食が素朴で本当に美味しかった。お風呂、温泉が素晴らしくて4回も入ってしまった。ぜひ来年も家族でおうかがいしたいです。 ありません。温泉街がさびれており、周囲の飲食店は全てお休みだった。その中で、あづま館さんは、ものすごく頑張っているのが伝わってきた。

- Vadim (7/5): Good - Big room, clean, authentic experience. There is not much to do around or in the hotel. Difficult to get there without a car (Google maps gives confusing walking directions from the bus stop and there are no signs, or at least hard to see them). The public bath is not big.

- Jenny (9/5): Amazing spacious rooms with clean facilities and wonderful staff. Located near to Ebisu Circuit. - Amazing space with great amenities and located near the main attraction we wanted to go to. We had to take two elevators to get to our room.
