Second, During the stays the heater is broken, I and my parents woke up early morning, didn't provide proper solution and compensation Third, Requested to talk with manager and owner several times, Ignore my request. informed me the manager and owner are busy and there is no one take responsible my issues. • Wan (10/5): Great hospitality! - The hotel staff were very welcoming. We were not sure if we were at the right place and they recognised us at once as we couldn't speak jap. They were very nice to help us settle our car and luggage while managing the check-in processes. While waiting, there was also a hot tea and small sweet treats provided, which was a very nice gesture. The hotel staff then brought us into our room and gave us a detailed explanation of all the facilities. They were not very good in English but they made 100% effort to understand us. Highly recommended for the hospitality! There wasn't an option to include meals when we did the reservation via booking.com, which left us a little stranded when we learnt that the price did not include breakfast nor dinner. It didn't help that many of the eating places were not opened, and there was no option to add meals upon arrival. We were in much anticipation for the private onsen, but the water was quite disappointing as it felt slightly warmer than room temperature. The water temperature at the public bath was alot better than the one in the room.

• Ning (6/5): I am not recommend to stay here. - The soup quality of the public onsen is good. It smooth our skin. However, it’s not the same quality in the private onsen which I spent most of the time there. Food that they provide was not tasty at all. With the extra money we paid for the dinner. ( it cost at around 10000 yen per person) It’s not worth at all so I suggest it’s better to eat out of u hv rent a car. With this room price, u can hv better option.

There were no milk on the vending machine outside of the public bath which was disappointing. You guys should have more alcohol menu and milk vending machine outside of the public bath.

• Joanne (10/5): Wonderful, relaxing accommodation - We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer.

Com never sent our message to them for m - Onsen Bad communication I wrote must need dinner cos i have medical needs. They did not say dinner must be ordered 3 days in advance . Cos the booking was no meals included. But Can pay for it if needed when chk in they said can't be done. If qe doesn't have a car to drive down. We be doomed.

• The (7/5): Good - Onsen was very nice, great water. Food was very good. Friendly staff, but not 100% English friendly. Have some Japanese ready when you arrive here. Ryokan is a little dated. Futon extremely uncomfortable. The in-room outdoor onsen had no view. The actual bath was not like in the pictures.
• JAEHONG (10/5): - 직원분들이 친절하고, 조식 석식 다 맛있었어요. 렌터카를 이용하여 위치는 상관없었지만, 유후인 시내와는 거리가 좀 있어요. 모두의 후기가 그러하듯, 물이 아주 좋습니다. 뜨겁긴하지만, 원천수가 계속 흘러서 그런거니 잘 저어주고 들어가면 많이 뜨겁진 않아요. 다만 물 안에서도 계속 저어줘야해요. 안저어주면 뜨거워져요. 한가지 아쉬운건 저희가 102호에 묵었는데, 바로 옆이 온천을 퍼 올리는듯한 시설이 있어서 새벽까지도 웅웅 소리가 들렸어요. 102호만 아니면 안들릴것같은데, 복불복이네요. 암튼 물이 너무 좋았고, 음식이 다른 료칸보다 맛있었어요.

• Ráhel (6/5): Nice hotel, but too strict for me - It has a really nice onsen if you go to the bigger one and the room was spacious. The hotel looked nice and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. If you tell ahead, they take you to the station. They were too strict. Maybe it is the way it gous in Japan, but in other places we did not experience these things.You couldn’t ask for a breakfast if you haven’t booked it ahead, and they can’t suggest a place to have one and everything is closed in the town until 10 am, except 7elevens. You have to tell the day before when you’ll check out exactly and when you need a shuttle to the station, eventhough one of the staff member drives you there. You can’t leave your baggage there after check out if you want to go for a hike. The opening time of the big onsen would be better, if it would be useable until check out. The small bath is hard to find, it would be easier if signs were written out to follow. Next time I would go to another ryokan.

• LEE (10/5): 유후인 물좋은 료칸 야수하를 갔다왔습니다. - 야수하료칸은 유후인 료칸 중에서도 물이 좋기로 유명한 료칸이다. 명성에 걸맞게 예약한 객실에 딸린 온천도 신비로운 파란색 온천물이었다..온천물은 피부에 닿을 때 미끌미끌했고 피부에 좋은 영향을 주는 것을 느꼈다. 대욕장은 1층 로비에서 들어갔는데 생각보다는 작았다. 료칸 1층 객실은 개별온천이 포함이었지만 2층은 개별온천이 없어 불편해 보였다. 가능하다면 온천이 딸린 객실은 예약하는 것이 좋을 것 같다. 위치는 평지에서 꽤 올라가는 위치이므로 가능하다면 렌트카를 이용하는 편이 좋다..걸어 올라가는 것은 좀 힘들어 보였다. 나는 이틀 연속으로 객실을 사용했는데 만족도는 거의 100% 였다. 다음에 유후인에 다시 온다면 야수하료칸을 다시 예약하고 싶다.

• SYLVIA EUGENA (4/5): 한국인스탭 불친절 심각함 韓国人職員の不親切は深刻水準 - 한국인직원의 불친절은 말로 형언할수없는 수준으로 심각합니다. 한국인고객에게 이럴거면 왜 한국인 스탭을 고용했는지 알수가 없네요. 2019년 12월 22일 체크인하면서 야스하 한국인 직원에게 렌트카업소에 우산을 두고왔으니 해당 업소에 전화해서 우산을 보관해줄것을 요청하는 내용으로 단 한번의 전화를 부탁했습니다. 제 일본어실력이 부족하다보니 부탁한것인데 한국인 직원은 비웃듯이 말하며( 일본인도 아니면서 일본인에 대한 긍지로, )그런 전화 안해도 일본에서는 우산 안가져간다고 우산은 그 자리에 있을것이라고 전화통화를 단박에 거절했습니다.결론은 다음날 렌트카업소에 갔더니 우산은 없었습니다. 누가 가져갔더군요. 전화만 했어도 렌트카업소는 제 우산을 보관했을겁니다. 이제 어떻게하실건가요? 책임지실겁니까? 물어내실겁니까? 이런 불친절한 직원을 둔 야스하가 배상할겁니까? 연락주세요.제 이메일로. 韓国人職員の不親切は言葉では言い表せないほど深刻です。 韓国人のお客さんにこんなことならなぜ韓国人スタッフを雇ったのか分かりませんね。 2019年12月22日チェックインし、泰葉韓国人職員にレンタカー業者に傘を置いてきたのだから、当該売り場に電話して傘を保管してくれることを要請する内容でたった一度の電話をお願いしました。 日本語実力が足りないから頼んだことなのに韓国人職員はあざ笑うように言って日本人でもないのに日本人に対する矜持で,そんな電話しなくても日本では傘を持って行かないと傘はその場にいるだろうと電話で断りました。結論は次の日レントカー店に行ったら傘はありませんでした。 誰かが持って行ったんですか。 電話だけしてもレンタルカー店は私の傘を保管したはずです。 これからどうなさるんですか? 責任を取りますか。 お聞きになりますか。 こんな不親切な職員を持つヤスハが賠償しますか。 連絡ください。私のEメールに

• Clifford (10/5): Blue hot spring - I booked a Japanese style room at Morinoyu because of its blue hot spring. It did not disappoint me at all. They have free pick up at 3:00pm at JR station. The driver is a Chinese. The hotel is 10 mins from the station. However, you are not able to walk as it is up on the hill. A welcome drink and snack were served when we checked in. My room was just next to the public hot spring so I went there twice during my stay even I had a private spa in my room. I felt the skin smoother after I went to hot spring. I booked one night with 2 meals. The restaurant is located outside the main building. The display of food was attractive and I enjoyed it very much. A foot spa's right next to the restaurant so we tried it after dinner. The hotel sent us back to JR station on the next day after breakfast.
• HAEUN (10/5): 굉장히 만족스러웠던 숙소 - 유후인 버스터미널역 앞에서 픽업도 해주시고 다시 그쪽으로 갈때 데려다 주셔서 위치는 산속에있었지만 불편함이 전혀 없었다. 온천물이 너무 좋아서 온천을 많이 하고싶었는데 그러지 못한게 아쉬울 정도로 온천도 좋았다. 온천하고나면 온몸이 매끈매끈해져서 좋았음! 대신 가이세키가 맛이 별로라는 후기가 있어 신청하지 않았는데, 근처엔 음식점이 하나도 없어서 할 수 없이 맥스밸류라는 큰마트에서 도시락이며 이것저것 다 사갈 수 밖에없던 것이 좀 불편했다면 불편한 점이었음 아 그리고 한국인 직원분이 계시므로 일본어를 못한다해도 불편하지는 않을듯 함

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 픽업서비스도 좋았고 숙소 도착 후 캐리어를 직접 숙소안으로 옮겨주고 한국인 직원이 하나하나 자세하고 친절하게 설명해주셔서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 식사는 저녁과 아침을 모두 이용했는데 아무래도 일본식이다 보니 부모님 입맛에는 조금 맞지 않았던 것 같아요. 소고기와 회가 맛있었구요... 그래도 깔끔하고 정갈하게 나와서 눈으로 맛있게 감상했습니다. 그리고 온천! 전 사실 처음에 대욕장에 야외탕을 이용했는데 온도가 상당히 뜨겁더라구요...덥고 뜨거운 걸 좋아하지 않고 원래 온천을 즐기지 않는 편이라서 저에겐...너무 고통스러웠죠..밖의 날씨는 추운데 물 안엔 또 너무 뜨겁구 시간이 지나도 그냥 계속 뜨겁더라구요. 한국의 온천과는 차원이 다른 뜨거움?ㅋㅋㅋ 시간이 지나면 괜찮아지는데 계속 더 뜨거운거 같고 ㅋㅋㅋ 결국 10분도 못 버티고 나왔답니다....그래도 개인탕은 물 온도를 조절 할 수 있도록 찬물이 나오도록 되어있어서 개인탕에서 조금 즐겼답니다. 일단 물색이 약간 옥색이고 살짝 미끌미끌한 느낌? 개인탕도 야외에 있어서 산속에서 온천을 즐기는 느낌...약간 누가 훔쳐보면 어쩌지 하는 걱정도 살짝 들긴하지만... 탕안에 있는게 굉장히 기분 좋았어요. 야외에 족욕탕도 조그마하게 있고 다만 개인탕은 크기가 좀 작아서 성인 1~2명만 이용하기 좋고 대욕장 이용시엔 입욕세를 내더라구요 인당 그리 비싼 금액은 아니라서 퇴실 시에 내긴했지만 그 부분을 자세히 듣지 못했는지 아니면 들은 게 많아서 제가 기억을 못하는 건지 모르겠지만 그것만 쪼금....다른 건 다 좋았어요. 친절하고 깨끗한게 정말 최고였어요!!! 다음에 여행 간다면 꼭 다시 가고싶은 곳이에요.
• SuHui (8/5): 溫泉/房間舒適 早餐好吃 值得入住 - 房間為日式和式榻榻米，空間大，洋溢著日式禪風，溫暖舒適；服務貼心；日式早餐值得一試；飯店位置非在車站附近，如果有自行開車較為方便或是請飯店接駁；訂到的房型含露天溫泉池，缺點為淋浴亦為室外，房內僅有廁所跟洗手台，一月天氣稍嫌太冷，總的來說還是很不錯的住宿體驗。
• JIEUN (10/5): 유후인 추천 - 렌트를 해서 갔지만 밀집된 부분에 함께 있기 때문에 버스내려서 충분히 찾아갈 만 합니다 청결하고 무엇보다 한국인 직원분들이 계셔서 의사소통이 되고 조용하며 가성비최고입니다 추천드립니다 커플로 가서 가족탕 예약 하여 사용 하였는데 너무 좋았습니다

• Verified traveler (8/5): 溫泉超棒 卻沒有傳統日本溫泉旅館的服務水平 - 在湯布院少數有青湯的溫泉 喜歡美人湯的女士們一定很喜歡 可是如果是想要感受日本傳統溫泉旅館的極致服務的話好像這家並沒有太authentic 用晚餐的時間不可以自己選 而且還是要到旅館的餐廳去 不像可以在自己房間里吃 另外有普通話的前台服務員 應該是針對外地遊客提供的服務 可是中文服務員的待客方面除了最後說謝謝的時候有感受到比較親切之外 整個過程中都感覺比較冰冷沒有笑容 說話也很含糊 沒有達到溫泉旅館的日本服務水平 旅館的日本服務生倒是都很好笑容很親切 這方面可能旅館需要著重培訓外籍員工 料理的用料也有讓人有點小失望(比如魚做的很腥） 可是沖著這個把手放進去就能感到滑溜的溫泉 還有環境也是很不錯的 另外旅館的範圍內有很多貓咪 如果過敏的話需要注意 對於我這個貓癡來說倒是很不錯
• WING CHI (8/5): 早餐和晚餐很好吃 - 酒店温泉水是藍色的，很特別，但不太熱，而且大浴池很多落葉。早餐和晚餐很好吃。房間也是漂亮的！

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent place and very good dinner and breakfast! Enjoyed our private onsen so much and the room was excellent! The only drawback is that there is no heater in toilet and corridor, would be very cold during winter. This place is a bit remote from the main street or bus/ train station, you have to take taxi or drive. However, they provide free transportation service during 9am to 5pm, which is very good.
• jung (6/5): 좋아요 - 체크인을 도와준 한국남자분은 정말 친절했습니다. 다만 체크인 시 동행했던 다른 숙소에 묵는 친구를 계속 의아하게 바라보며 몇번이나 확인하더군요. 여자분 눈빛이 정말로 얹짢았어요. 온천물은 정말 좋았습니다.

• Maggie (8/5): - A nice Hot spring hotel but away from station. Rooms & hot spring are good, no daily make up service. Set dinner & breakfast need improvement as not really taste good at all. Staff are nice & helpful although not good in English. Chinese speaking staff is available but not nice as Japanese.

• Neinei (10/5): 風景優美，特別的溫泉水 - 地點位置在山上，幸好自己是自駕遊。不過風景優美，溫泉水是少許藍色的，浸後覺得身體滑了很多。早餐也是日式的，工作人員服務很好，wifi 信號非常棒

• Kim (8/5): 전체적으로 편안한 분위기의 료칸 - 공용 노천탕만 이용했었는데 사람이 많지 않아서 편한 마음으로 같이 간 친구와 함께 여유롭게 온천을 즐길 수 있는 점이 좋았어요. 다만 물이 좀 뜨겁고 주변이 대나무 숲인지라 날벌레가 많았던 것은 조금 단점이었습니다. 노천탕이 1~2개 더 있었으면 좋았을 것 같네요. 그리고 침대방에서 묵었는데 냉장고부터 차 포트에 화장실까지 모두 완벽했던 것 같습니다. 한국어를 구사하는 한국인 직원분들과 일본인 직원분들이 있어서 이용에는 부담이 없었어요. 내부 인테리어도 깔끔했구요. 무엇보다 가격이 많이 저렴해서 좋았습니다~
• WAI WENG (8/5): 十分滿意的旅館 - 旅館乾淨丶設備新丶浴室用品齊全，我訂的房型具有露天風呂。大浴池環境優美丶水質滑丶是露天的。早餐不錯，份量足夠大人食用。門外就可以泊車。
• Chin Fai (10/5): - 酒店要上山但有車接送，一泊兩食食物質素很高，最讚的是洒店的溫泉，浸完溫泉全身都好滑，大浴池有室內和露天仲可以預約私人風呂
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice service - We have booked the Deluxe Japanese Style House with the private onsen, the room is spacious and tidy. The hotel is a bit far away from the town so it was very nice that pick up service is provided. Every staff we met are in good manner and smiley face. It was so relaxing when we stayed there.
