Gültekin (10/5): Yolum düştüğünde kesinlikle tekrar kalacağım bir otel - Otelin konumu, çalışanların samimiyeti, odaların temizliği çok çok iyi idi. Restoran bölümünde çalışan Hatice hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu, özellikle kahvaltılarımızda evimizdeki rahatlığı bize sağladı. Ona ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Herşey çok güzeldi

Danke Es ist zwar Jammern auf hohen Niveau, bei einen 4* Hotel im Badezimmern steht in der Ecke auf der Badewanne ein Duschgel, das vermutlich in einen Halter gehört. Beim Waschbecken würde ein Seifenspender optimal Platz finden.

Ester (10/5): Perfektes Wochenende in entspannter Atmosphäre - Wir haben ein Wochenende (3 Tage) in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Von Anfang an war das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hotelleitung, die uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei: sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten, hell und mit einem schönen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der Spa-Bereich war sehr gepflegt. Die Sauna war angenehm und die Ruhezone mit der Möglichkeit, sich einen Tee zuzubereiten, lädt wirklich zum Abschalten ein. Der Außenpool war – wie zu dieser Jahreszeit üblich – geschlossen, was unsere positive Erfahrung jedoch in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut: alles war frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Abschalten und gleichzeitig mit schönen Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen in der Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

Carina (7/5): Sehr gut - Die Zimmer Ausstattung war super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung von den Zimmer war sehr gut. Super Lage. Ich weiß es ist leider sehr schwierig ein Personal zu finden, dennoch hätte ich mir ein/e Kellner/in gewünscht die von dort ist. Das man mehr reden bzw schmä führen kann. Die Getränke waren meiner Meinung etwas zu teuer.

Matthias (8/5): Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt! - Frühstück war großartig und reichhaltig. Große Auswahl, alles war vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad waren renoviert, etwas klein. Die zentrale Lage im Ort, in der Nähe des Sees war hervorragend. Nur kleine Details. Wir wussten nicht, dass es keinen Skikeller gibt, da es keine Skiregion ist. Kein Betthupferl, kein Begrüßungsdrink. Zugige Lobby im Winter. Das Restaurant haben wir nur 1 Mal genutzt. Es hat uns nicht überzeugt.
Jana (8/5): Tolle Appartements und sehr zentral, freundliches Personal - Wir haben ein Appartement bekommen :) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Hotel liegt super zentral im Ort. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden direkt ggü. vom Hotel. Zimmer war sehr sauber und noch recht neu. Das Essen war im Allgemeinen ok, aber nicht überragend. Fairerweise muss man sagen, wir waren über Silvester da. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und alles da was man so kennt. Nur die Käsescheiben sahen so aus, als wären sie schon öfter/länger im Kühlschrank und dann wieder auf das Buffet gestellt. Die Zimmer im Haupthaus hatten ein rundes Bett, das ist nicht für jeden was aber die Zimmer waren ebenfalls sauber.

Regina (9/5): Sehr, sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit Wellness, Kulinarik und Kultur. - Das Frühstück war wunderbar, die Räumlichkeiten im Stroblerhof sind richtig schön und stimmig - großes Lob für den guten Geschmack. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls traumhaft. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr super, eine Wanderung durch den Ort bzw. eine Wanderung nach St. Wolfgang waren Highlights. Einzig die Matratze könnte etwas weicher sein.

Kristina (6/5): We were very disappointed - On a positive note, all other staff members were very polite and helpful. When we asked for a kettle, it was provided without any issues. We are staying at this hotel for the second time. Our first visit was in 2023, and back then we were very satisfied, especially with the restaurant and the quality of the food. Good cuisine was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, which is why we were happy and excited to return. Moreover, we specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my husband’s 35th birthday on December 31 in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, an incident on the very first evening completely ruined our impression of both the restaurant and the hotel as a whole. About 20 minutes after we placed our order, the chef came out into the dining area and started shouting loudly in German, demanding that guests without a reservation leave the restaurant. He was clearly irritated and made statements along the lines of not being “obliged to feed people.” The situation was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional — the chef was literally shouting in front of the guests. After that, we waited almost 55 minutes for our food. When the dishes finally started to arrive, only two meals were served, while the third person at our table was left without food. The third dish was brought only about 20 minutes later, which is completely unacceptable, especially when people are dining together. After that evening, we decided to have all our remaining dinners outside the hotel, although we had originally planned to dine exclusively at the Stroblhof restaurant. As a result, a holiday where we expected to enjoy hotel dining turned into a holiday where we had to figure out meals on our own — without a kitchen. Regarding the room: we were assigned a room without a balcony, whereas during our previous stay we had one. This was not a major issue and is likely due to me not paying close enough attention to the room description during booking. However, what we were truly unprepared for was the complete lack of privacy in the room layout.

Viktor (4/5): Disappointing hotel with history and potential! - The location and the history of the hotel are impressive Unfortunately many aspects left us disappointed. Overloaded parking (we were told to park in the street instead). No room service and poorly functioning restaurant (1 hour meal wait-time with promises of “10 more minutes” each time we stopped the waiter). Tiny spa for the hotel capacity with no moderation from admin stuff (one of the three saunas was not working; people were constantly leaving the doors and windows open in freezing cold weather; dirty tea cups everywhere; etc.). Room cleaning was equal to just towel change — nothing more. And almost never people were present at the reception desk.
Kraft (6/5): Wenn man auf Komfort Wert legt, ist das Hotel ungeeignet - Schönes gemütliches Hotel. Sauna ist sehr klein. Beim großen Aufkommen hatte man gar keinen Platz im Ruheraum bekommen (war täglich so) und bei der Sauna musste man oft warten, bis jemand rausgeht, damit man einen freien Platz bekommen hat. Im Restaurant gibt’s jeden Tag die selbe Speisekarte, finden wir auch nicht so toll. Man ist gezwungen außerhalb vom Hotel zu speisen.

Auch das Angebot im Restaurant und ganz besonders der Kaiserschmarrn haben uns überzeugt. - Das Frühstück könnte mehr vegetarische und vielleicht eine vegane Option haben. - Die Matratzen sind recht hart
August (8/5): Ein sehr sauberes, freundliches und stilvolles Hotel, wo die Preisleistung noch stimmt. - Sehr schönes, renoviertes Hotel mit einen neuem Wellnessbereich. Super freundlich, vom Chef bis zum Service. Die nicht so überaus große Speisekarte, wurde zu unserem Bedauern in den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht verändert, so dass wir gezwungen waren außerhalb zu Essen, obwohl uns am ersten Tag das Abendessen geschmeckt hatte.

Yvonne (10/5): Schöne Auszeit im Winter - Die Lage war perfekt, man geht nur 5 Minuten zum See. Der Weihnachtsmarkt war direkt vor der Türe & trotzdem war es im Zimmer schön ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. -

Bernadette (8/5): - Die ruhige Lage und der Pool im Garten. Allerdings ist die Kirchenglocke, die sich alle 15 min meldet, während der Nacht störend. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstücken im Garten möglich.

Astrid (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service in toller Lage. - Die Lage war perfekt. Nur ca 50m zum See, mit eigenem Badesteg. Auch im Bademantel zum Baden gehen konnte man über die Straße. Das Zimmer hätte größer sein können, wir hatten noch einen Zusatzraum mit 2 extra Betten, die wir nicht gebucht hatten, deshalb war das Zimmer sehr klein.
