Staff is friendly and explained everything well. Not a lot to do outside the hotel. No after dinner activities organized

Checked out a day early but was asked to pay a late checkout charge. It took 5 min of "discussion" at reception for them to understand the overcharge was wrong. Very petty place with $1/day bath charge. Something of a weird vibe all the way around even though I am fluent in Japanese.

Perfect hotel for couples. It’s not super modern or high-tech but has a charming atmosphere. Nothing comes to mind.

No place to hang wet swimwear/wetsuits to dry. I was able to use the free clothes washer & drying in the main bath area & arranged with the front desk to hang wetsuits in the hotel boiler room over night....

- Daniel (5/5): Hotel with a very nice breakfast. - The room that I got was big and the parking was free for hotel guests. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a very good spread of local offerings. My room didn't come with a bathroom, so if I need to take a bath I had to go to the onsen on the 9th floor. I wasn't told about it when I checked in, only found out when I went into my room. The onsen was also a little run down, have been to much better onsens.
