• Birger (10/5): Due giorni a Korce una bella sorpresa - Linda è un ottima host gentile, attenta e riservata. Lei punta sulla tipicità dell'offerta. Già in fase di prenotazione abbiamo stabilito un'ottimo contatto. Le camere al primo piano sono quelle tipiche dell'architettura ottomana - bizantina con le case in muratura ed il primo piano realizzato in legno, con un'ampia veranda, un patio con una pergola ombreggiante. Ci è stata offerta la colazione tipica albanese e posso garantire che è una bella sorpresa un misto dolce e salato. Fantastico l'infuso preparato con le erbe locali. La posizione centralissima, ho parcheggiato sul vicolo ma a poca distanza ci sono parcheggi dietro la basilica. Mi è piaciuto davvero molto, difficile trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Il bagno aveva la finestra un po ostruita dal tubo del condizionatore, ma dopo la doccia si asciugava lo stesso in poco tempo, pertanto ininfluente.

• Maryna (10/5): We highly recommend staying at Bujtina Leon Guest House! - Excellent location, close to the center. Linda is a very friendly and welcoming host, willing to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our special thanks to Linda's chef Erjeta, who is a great cook and very nice person. The traditional breakfast was delicious and different every day. Finally, after a few attempts in other places, we've tried a perfect Albanian burek! When we asked for leftovers, they kindly baked fresh bureks for us for the road! Our room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. The weather was cool, so we did not use AC, can't comment on that. Parking a car on a narrow street was the only hiccup.

The 200 year old traditional home was spacious, tastefully decorated & meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed. The owners are to be congratulated as they were superb hosts. They care about their guests & the quality of their stay. The traditional breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We didn't need lunch! We highly recommend staying at Bujtina Leon House!! Kjo bujtinë ruan një histori të pasur dhe një atmosferë të ngrohtë tradicionale. Ndjesia që të ofron ambienti është magjepsëse – çdo detaj flet për artizanatin dhe përkushtimin e asaj kohe. Dhoma jonë ishte e përkryer, me mobilje të punuara me kujdes dhe një ndjesi rehatie që vetëm një vend me shpirt mund ta ofrojë. Mikpritja ishte fantastike – znj.Linda ishte e përzemërt dhe gjithmonë e gatshme të ndihmonte për çdo nevojë. Mëngjesi ishte fantastik, me ushqime tradicionale vendase (trahana, petka, byrek, petulla etj..) të gjitha shumë të shijshme. Bujtina Leon është më shumë sesa një vend për të qëndruar; është një përvojë që të lidh me historinë dhe kulturën. • Diana (10/5): A home away from home in the heart of Korça - We discovered Bujtina Leon many years ago and every time we visit, it is as wonderful an experience as the first one. We feel quite at home and are delighted with the authentic vibe of the house, the hospitality and the delicious food. The location is very convenient as it is situated just behind the cathedral and gives you access to the main attractions of the city. The inner yard as well as the second floor veranda are very comfortable and breezy even in hot summer days. I also like the old furniture and antiquities on display throughout the property. The breakfast is absolutely the best we have had anywhere in Albania and abroad. I would strongly recommend this place! Nothing

Delicious breakfast - particularly liked the tahana (porridge) and the filo cream pastries were divine. Every effort made to cater for my partner's needs, who needs to be gluten free. Minor comment - more lights in the bedroom as it was naturally dark (but great for sleeping!)

• Erik (10/5): Absolute gem - A very nice guesthouse in the old center of Korçë, close to the cathedral. A real gem! Owner Linda is super nice and speaks English fluently. The rooms are traditional but have excellent WiFi and good beds. The breakfasts are astonishing with trahana, petulla, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. You can rest or have a drink on one of the terraces inside the guesthouse. There is also a cat and a dog who are constantly quarreling. Shops, restaurants and bars are closeby. The bus station of Korçë is at approximately 1 kilometer. There are nice walks in the Korçë region. Payment by card is possible. Anyone who is light sensitive should bring an eye mask because quite a bit of light enters some rooms. The bathrooms are small (but they have what you need).

• Nancy (9/5): Delightful guesthouse with spacious bedrooms and AMAZING breakfast. Great host and location. - Amazing breakfast - a full array of Albanian specialties. Too much food, but it was all delicious. Linda, owner, was so friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. Bathroom was small. Shower area had a lip around the base to keep water in, but the curtain didn't really cooperate. End result, the rest of the tile floor was wet and slippery. There wasn't a floor drain to help.
• Javiera (10/5): Beautiful experience - This B&B is a very well preserved Ottoman-style house that offers a wonderful experience of local culture. The breakfast surpassed all expectations. It is abundant and includes traditional food I didn't try anywhere else. The manager's warmth and assistance make you feel at home. The location is ideal, it is just behind the cathedral and close to Republika Boulevard, where all the charming cafes and restaurants are. I truly recommend it

When it comes to the rooms they are authentic and provided with all necessary amenities. The breakfasts every day were so fresh and delicious. I have never been offered the breakfast was that tasty and with care. And each day we have been served different breakfast which was amazing. The guest house itself is in the centre of Korce and very well located. Nothing.

The owners are the sweetest people that will answer any question you might have. The room was very clean, organized, with a lot of space and nicely decorated. The outdoor areas allow you to enjoy the nice fresh air of Korca. Don’t miss the breakfast. It was the best I have ever had without exaggerating. Everything was perfect.

The staff is superb. And the breakfast is the best I have ever had anywhere. Everything is prepared with love and it shows. The rooms are authentic and the outdoor space is peaceful and well kept, filled with beautiful plants. The place is clean and comfortable. Parking is always a problem on these little side streets. There is no way to fix this but it is ok. The smoking problem in all of Europe is a problem. Albania is no exception.

The garden/terrace was beautiful and artistic and very carefully thought out. The location is superb (literally behind the main church), the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast comprised of many tasty local dishes. A great stay to explore Korce on foot as all of the main sights and areas of the city are within easy reach. We loved everything, there's nothing we didn't like.

• Krešimir (8/5): Very good - It is a lovely Ottoman style house in a quiet street behind the Cathedral. There is a parking lot in the neighbouring street. You get a traditional breakfast and there is a cute cat (albeit not from the guesthouse) that might accompany you during breakfast. The bathroom is tiny, especially the shower, and since there is only a curtain, it is hard to keep water inside the shower cabin. In fact, it is almost claustrophobic.

Too much to eat and lots of lovely home-made dishes. Something different every morning. I would have liked better coffee. Coffee in Albania is usually excellent and strong. Here it was filter and too weak for my taste. I would love to have had the outside light switched off at night as it shone into my room

Centrally located with a beautiful courtyard where you can have breakfast and sit in nice weather and a lovely, cozy breakfast room for bad weather. The hosts are so friendly, warm hearted and helpful and the breakfast was AMAZING! They took pride in sharing many of their local homemade specialties and everything was delicious. I can’t wait to come again! There was nothing that I didn’t like about this guesthouse!

• John, (10/5): a great place to stay in Korca, comfortable and close to the town centre - This was our second visit - we had an even nicer room this time! We stayed for three nights and breakfast was different every day. Location was ideal, just behind the cathedral, only metres from the town centre.
