• Sha (8/5): it was a pleasant stay - the staff and the water dispenser,breakfast was good and they catered to our food preference due to religous reason.we appreciate it much the Ac in the first room needs cleaning and CR door does not close properly but the 2nd room AC works fine everything was good.

• Pink (1/5): Not worth the price. - Breakfast No response from the property after booking to confirm possibility of late check in and availability of parking. The phone number posted in booking is incorrect. Upon arrival, no parking space was available and Ms. Mary Grace did not provide any resolution for the matter. The guard/ helper was upselling another property not related to this booking which was really bizarre. I asked if it was possible to cancel the booking for fairness since there was no parking for our car but she just said that if we don’t want it, they will put no show and will be charged full price. So we just looked by ourselves parking space which was not really impossible to find. I guess the property can just be decent enough to provide alternative parking information for the guest since it was listed that they have parking but apparently they do not. They know the area better so it could have been easier for them to just lead us to the parking space just few blocks from them instead of upselling maybe another rival property for commission. The room provided was incorrect. Elevator was not working. Called for room service but was informed to just use grab food instead. No amenities aside from 2 pcs of soap. And lastly, very noisy. You can hear people playing loud instruments and screaming. I hope you get the picture so read the comments before you book 🙂 But in case you get caught in the shady scam part, i attached the address of the parking area nearby and the phone number where you can actually reach the property. And not the number in booking. All the best!

• Xenia (7/5): Good - Good breakfast at the rooftop with a garden and spacious dining space. The dining staff were friendly and accommodating too. Late night live band music was heard inside the room. We were there to sleep and rest, not to enjoy music or night out. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo provided. The room is neat but not thoroughly cleaned.

• Mary (8/5): Very good - The staffs are very accomodating to all guests, the hotel price is very affordable and it is near to a lot of food, entertainment, school and hospital establishments which are all at walking distance. They are all approachable and helpful which made the stay better! It was a pleasant stay. I guess the only downside is that they have a few number of parking space but aside from that I can't say anything bad about this hotel.
• Marlisa (10/5): An Improved Stay with Some Damp Surprises - Back at Stone House, and the services and amenities have noticeably improved since my last stay. The drive-in area leading to the main entrance consistently has puddles, and the source is unclear, whether from the air conditioner or the drainage. To avoid them when walking around inside or outside the hotel, be sure to use the restaurant pathway.

• La (9/5): Comfy Family Get Together - Breakfast was nice. Room was cute, clean and comfortable. Dinner was also good. Everybody was very friendly. The air conditioner in one of our rooms was malfunctioning. They had to give us an electric fan. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car keys, hope you'd have more parking space in the future.

• Kevin (4/5): Good location but won’t return - Staff was kind Two dead cockroaches in the room. One at the front door and another in the shower. Rooms should be inspected before guests arrive. AC was poor.

• Peter (7/5): Good - Value for money hotel. Staff friendly and helpful Room was hot and I was kept awake most of the night by mosquitoes buzzing around the room and feasting on me. I would recommend installing insect screens on all windows. Shower curtain did not reach the floor so large puddles of water in the bathroom after showering
• Hanyu (1/5): Bad - They keep chicken in a yard right next to the hotel. Chicken keep yelling all night not until I left the hotel at 8 a.m.. It's horrible I couldn't sleep all night and I had an important meeting the next morning. It's highly unrecommended and I would never go back there by any means.

• Rose (10/5): Exceptional - Like the vibes of the place. The area is at the center of the city but since the hotel is quite old, it makes the vibes better. The free breakfast is great. The rooftop restau offers great food. The vibes at night is quite cool. Few improvements can make the place more better such as putting bidet, adding netflix, or just adding some smart tv/boxes.
• King (8/5): The staff were all wonderful. They make up for whatever was lacking in the hotel. Kudos to Ms. Cristina for showing the - Ms. Cristina and the rest of the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The property is quite old and needs more maintenance. Considering the price they are charging, I’d stay it’s still a fair deal, though.
