John (10/5): Fun for the whole family! An experience you won't forget! - This was the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The beautiful entry way, the koi pond flowing through the hotel, the views from the rooms, the bilingual staff, and more. I was thoroughly impressed with the traditional dinner and breakfast. The event space was fun and inviting. The staff was some of the best I experienced on my trip. The room was a little hot. There was a heat wave and the AC unit was a little outdated.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen as a family. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I would say I was disappointed with no being able to enter the building in front of the garden. It was closed.
