None of the ice machines worked on any level, and when I asked staff for help they sent me into a construction zone. The room was VERY small. The shower was either scolding hot, or cold, it did not maintain temperature and was very uncomfortable.

- Jeremiah (7/5): - Great location, convenient with a drug store and starbucks under the hotel on the street level. About a 15 minute walk to the front gates of Disneyland. Big hotel, and breakfast has 2 sides/2 lines...really efficient! Staff was nice and helpful. Pool/jacuzzi were nice but over-chlorinated. Only bummer was that the shower went nuts with temps changing from cold to scalding to cold to scalding. I'm sure that was an isolated issue. I would stay here again.

We had to wait a long time for an elevator, and people on the lower floors sometimes had to wait for another elevator because the ones we were on were full. Housekeeping with carts and Families with strollers took up a lot of room. I saw 2 guys looking at one of the broken elevators one day but they never came back.

Even my boys and husband said the breakfast was one of the best warm breakfasts at a hotel they've had. The shower water pressure was terrible. We kept it on warm or so we thought. It would then go from warm, warmer to scalding hot all on its own, then to cold! It was terrible and so miserable. We called to tell the front desk but nothing ever happened. Two nights of showers this was and my kids were screaming when it became toooo hot without us changing the temperature. The curtains leaked water too so our bathroom floors were constantly wet and slippery.

The stuff that was working there. They’re really nice. I believe if you pay well, your employees they will continue working hard and having an amazing smile when they greet us. I believe the only thing I did not like about your hotel is the problem that you have with the elevators. They’re too slow only two elevators working while I see four elevators, but only two were working, that was only thing that I did not like.

- Sondra (3/5): - I liked how close we were to thw Park. The water in the shower would go from freezing to scalding hot without touching the faucet. Thw bathroom fan also didnt work. The air only worked in 1 of the rooms, you had to keep the door open. It smelled awful in the lower floors. Apparently the water just stops. The light in the main room dis not work.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to pay 40 a day for parking. I might as well have parked at Disneyland. It starts to make me wonder what’s the point of staying at this establishment when others offer more amenities for the same price or lower.

- Eloy (8/5): - It was a 14 minute walk to Disneyland! Breakfast was amazing! It was my birthday and the guy at the front desk was amazing and gave me and my kids balloons to celebrate! I wish I got his name because he was so nice! Always helpful with any inconvenience. We had quite a bit of issues with the water, one day there wasn’t any water but they did make up for it with gifts. After water was back on, we tried to wash clothes but no water was coming out on that side of the building. But again, the guy at the front desk was amazing and got our clothes taken care of! The showers were horrible, the water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot water and cold no matter what the temperature was set.

- Robinson (8/5): Good but will look for another hotel next time unless there is some type of comp for how bad the elevators are - Location was good. Tubs and bathrooms are older. Also 2 elevators were broken so we wait ones 15-20 minutes for elevators multiple times a day. Honestly over 60 minutes a day waiting for elevators is horrible especially with a wife and 4 kids. Thinking about it now I get frustrated again a the staff refusing to let us use the stairs or take 10 minutes to get staff to open the stairs. It just sucked and made the stay not pleasant or want us to come back to this Hyatt without something to show some gratitude. I spend almost 3k on a room to 5 days so it wasn’t cheap and of my wife and kids saying they don’t want to come back to this hotel only because of that
- Raquel (10/5): You can’t beat it! - Second time staying there. Love the location and the employees were professional, we are family of 6 and so thankful for the amazing breakfast they have. There was only two elevators available…. But note there was construction going on.

- Caroline (9/5): A great place for work or vacation! - This hotel is conveniently located from many popular places (e.g. Disneyland, The Honda Center) around Anaheim. The hotel is newly renovated and the staff is very welcoming, and my room was pleasantly spacious and clean. I enjoyed the convenient shops on the first floor like Starbucks and Walgreens. It was within walking distance of many restaurants. I rarely used my car to get around – everything was within walking distance! Highly recommended for business or vacation stays. n/a

- CARLOTA (4/5): Decent location staff was nice, but I would never stay there again. - Location. Plus, we were booked in the non-renovated section of the hotel so is your walking you can go from nice carpet to the old carpet. It felt unprofessional. No hot water the first day.

- Sara (9/5): Great location - We loved the location to Disneyland. Lots of resturants nearby and in the building. We had plenty of space in our room for the 3 people. Spent one day at the pool and used the exceptional gym. Unfortunately the internet was down for our entire stay and we did not have wifi or streaming TV. Minor inconvenience but we wish some sort of compensation would have been offered.

- Assanova (10/5): The hotel exceeded our expectations, and became a great experience for my family vacation. - The hotel is in close vicinity to Disney park, we just walked there. The embedded Starbucks and Walgreen were hugely appreciated. Staff is very helpful, polite and accurate in providing all instructions and responses. The room was clean, comfortable, we had everything we needed. Everything was great.
- 849alicens (2/5): Horrible, go elsewhere - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Did NOT get room we reserved due to water pipe break a month before arrival. Was not told until the day of reservation. Did NOT get view room as booked. Hotel carpet in hallways were covered in plastic, smelled like poop in hallways. Phone in room and gym did not work. Later, mainentance man told us floors 2-5 phones didn't work. Hot tub was NOT hot... maybe 90 degrees at best. Breakfast was cold... sausage, eggs and french toast, all cold. Front desk told us a manager would call us, they NEVER did. They don't care! GO somewhere else!

- lisajH1094RY (2/5): Disappointed - Our first night we were evacuated due to a fire on our floor. We left our room with nothing and missed 3+ hours at Disneyland. The people above us were so loud but we didn't complain. Just accepted it as hotel stay. Then I got a call of noise complaint coming from OUR room. I guess I should have complained. The fire alarm kept going off all night long for 2 nights. WORST sleep of my life for 2 nights while trying to navigate all day at Disneyland and DCA. Very disappointed.

The parking garage smelled like a trash can, and the hotel elevator and hallway had a strong porta-potty odor throughout our stay. While the room itself was clean and spacious, we were repeatedly woken up by false fire alarms going off during sleeping hours, which made it very difficult to rest. The only real positives were the large room and a smooth, pleasant check-in experience. Overall, we won’t be returning.
- SurfMaadi (2/5): Pretty bad experience! - DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! I arrived with my family of four, including a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that the suite I had booked was unavailable due to water damage and that we would need to be moved to a nearby Hyatt into a smaller, inferior room. This came as a complete surprise, as we had received no prior communication about this issue. After spending nearly two hours on the phone with Chase (I booked using Chase Sapphire points), it became clear that this was not an isolated or last-minute problem. Chase and Expedia representatives confirmed that the same situation had occurred with another guest about a week earlier and that the hotel had been aware of the issue for at least 10 days. Despite this, they chose not to notify us in advance and instead decided to “accommodate” guests upon arrival. Learning this from Chase and Expedia—not from the hotel staff—was extremely disappointing and highlighted a pattern of negligence and poor communication. Ultimately, we were relocated to another hotel in a downgraded room. To make matters worse, the shower had very low water pressure, and hot water took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience, especially while traveling with young children. I would not recommend staying here.
- khchang (10/5): Great Hotel Near Disneyland - We stayed 6 nights at the Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center earlier this year. We had a very pleasant stay. The facilities, the room and amenities, and service, all made for a fantastic value. If you have family or just like the convenience and versatility of having a kitchenette and small living room space, the Hyatt House is a great option. Other bonuses are that there is a Walgreens on the same premises (not directly connected to the hotel lobby but directly next to it) so you can get nearly everything you need. There is also a Starbucks downstairs. The parking garage is below ground level with plenty of spaces. Once parked you need to take the elevator to back up to the lobby which is street level. The lobby and adjoining breakfast area is large, airy, very comfortable. There is also a bar immediately next to the check-in area. About the only drawback of this hotel is that it’s a bit further away from the Disneyland entrance. There are actual Youtube videos of people doing the walk from the hotel to the Disneyland entrance to demonstrate what it’s like. Our trip was in the winter so it wasn’t bad, but I imagine in peak summer heat it would be a different story. You may want to keep this mind if you plan on making multiple trips to and from Disneyland during the day. On our last day we enjoyed using the pool. There is plenty of space in the pool area with tables and chairs so you can eat there too. For the amount of amenities included, the Hyatt House is an excellent value. Other things to note: - There is a coin laundry facility - There is a small sundries next to the check-in desk but there really is no need for this since there is a Walgreens immediately next door. - Take into account weather and the distance from the hotel to Disneyland Park. - Ample parking - The in-room kitchenette is fully stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils, flatware, dish soap, coffee, tea, etc. - Plenty of room for luggage - In-room refrigerator has a freezer compartment. - Breakfast included
