• Greta Johanna (9/5): Hotellet var fint och mysigt och vi trivdes bra! - Mycket bra frukost! Mysigt hotellområde med finna pooler och många solstolar! Badvakten va väldigt sur och tillät inte att hoppa från kanten även fast poolen va 2,5 m djup. Vilket var väldigt tråkigt för barnen.😭

The hotel was extremely comfortable and stylish; both the rooms and the common areas were thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and quite spacious, making it a perfect spot to relax at any time of day. The food was truly a feast; there was a great variety, and everything was fresh and carefully prepared. What I loved most was the friendly, kind, and helpful attitude of the staff. I truly felt very special. Also, the crystal-clear and deep blue sea of Crete made this holiday even more special.

• patricia (9/5): Mon expérience vis à vis de mes attentes. - Pour notre séjour en famille fin septembre le grecotel était l idéal.petite maisonnette sur z étages spacieuse et bien équipées, même si la déco n est pas de 2025, c était propre, confortable et très fonctionnel. Le buffets du matin et du soir n étaient pas énormes mais ne manquaient de rien et étaient très bons. Belle petite piscine nettoyées tous les jours. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable. J ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience au Grecotel et si je devait y retourner, je ne choisirai pas la pleine saison car je pense qu à cette saison les équipements, place à la piscine et au restaurant ne doivent pas être adaptés aux nombre de chambres. D'où les commentaires négatifs que j ai pu lire avant d'effectuer ma réservation...

• Arianna (8/5): Struttura Bella ma con aspetti assolutamente da migliorare - Zona reception e aree comuni stupende! La colazione è molto varia e tutto di ottima qualità. Piscine perfette anche per i bambini, con lettini e salviettoni comodi (abbiamo apprezzato le docce esterne disponibili anche post check-out, se si vuole restare in piscina per godere a pieno la giornata anche senza camera). Il bagno in camera ha qualche problema di tubazioni: l’acqua scendeva dalla vasca e risaliva dal water e dallo scarico a pavimento, creando un’odore veramente sgradevole (impossibile tenere la porta del bagno aperta a causa di questa puzza anche perché il bagno è privo di finestre o aerazione). La struttura di trova di fronte ad una strada abbastanza affollata ma non ha alcun parcheggio quindi abbastanza scomodo scaricare la macchina e le valigie. Orario della cena troppo ristretto, se arrivi dopo le 9,30 non trovi più nulla.
• Xavier (8/5): No tan fabuloso como prometía pero ni tan mal - La segunda habitación que nos pusieron. La que teníamos reservada nos dijeron que tenía un problema con el aire acondicionado y que nos ubicaban en otra que era "un poco más pequeña" pero que nos compensaban ofreciéndonos la cena. Es decir, en vez de obtener un 'upgrade' nos hicieron un 'downgrade' con cena en el buffet del hotel. Cena que por cierto no incluía ni el agua, que había que pagar aparte, cosa que me parece muy miserable. Cena que me limitaba a ir durante una semana al hotel en vez de descubrir otros sitios por ahí. En fin, al segundo día tuve que ir a protestar a recepción porque además de pequeña, la habitación conectaba con una puerta con el apartamento de al lado, cosa que nos daba muy mal rollo, el aparato de aire goteaba y había varias cosas rotas en la cocina. La nueva habitación mucho mejor, espaciosa, ubicada convenientemente cerca de la entrada trasera al la calle donde teníamos aparcado el coche. Todo el personal muy amable y bastante bien organizado para lo grande que es el complejo de apartamentos. El horario de las piscinas, limitado de 10 a 18h que es cuando normalmente uno está fuera visitando cosas si no es que eres de los que se apalancan la tumbona a las 7 de la mañana para estar todo el día tirado en la piscina sin dar golpe, que para un día o dos no te digo yo que no pero no es nuestro concepto de ir de viaje a un sitio...
• Kallirroi Chaloutsou (6/5): Μια απογοήτευση - Προσφάτως ανακαινισμένοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, πεντακάθαρες πισίνες, αρκετά καλό πρωινό, εξαιρετικό προσωπικό που πραγματικά νοιάζεται για τον πελάτη (με εξαίρεση τον υπεύθυνο, που είναι φορτικός και γλοιώδης με τους πελάτες και αγενής και απαξιωτικός προς το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό) Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν μια μιζέρια, με το χειρότερο στρώμα που έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ (ευτυχώς μας το άλλαξαν τη δεύτερη μέρα), παλιά, άχαρα έπιπλα από σκούρο ξύλο σε στυλ ενοικιαζόμενου του '90, ένα άκυρο τεράστιο κεφαλάρι από καπιτονέ δερματίνη πάνω από το κρεβάτι, κλιματιστικό 20ετιας στο υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο σε τραγική κατάσταση, γεμάτο κακοτεχνίες, μ'ένα καζανάκι που δούλευε άμα ήθελε... Τραγική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, πληρώσαμε όσα θα έπρεπε να κοστίζει αν ήταν ήδη ανακαινισμένο... Έφτιαξαν τους έξω χώρους και οι φετινοί πελάτες χρηματοδοτούν την επερχόμενη (ελπίζω..) ανακαίνιση. Ντροπή για Grecotel.
• Tamás (7/5): - My kids really loved the pool. Too bad that by 9 a.m. all the chairs were already taken by the “towel mafia” 😀 and we never managed to get a spot by the big pool. The hotel lobby is beautiful, but when you park your car in the back street, it loses its charm. The rear parking area is dirty, with a lot of trash… Breakfast is not very varied; every morning it was exactly the same. And as I mentioned, I would definitely do something about those who reserve the sunbeds with towels.
• ClaraLlopart (7/5): Apatahotel familiar amb bon esmorzar - L'apartament és molt complet i el fet de tenir una habitació amb porta ajuda quant vas amb una nena petita que la pots posar a dormir i seguir fent vida al menjador. Tenent opció esrly breakfast i pots fer-te unes torrades i menjar una mica fora d'horari per si has de sortir dora d'excursió o a l'artoport, això ens ha agradat molt, ara bé, s'ha de reservar amb antel.lació a la recepció i dir l'hora a la que hi aniras. Les piscines obren a les 10h i tanquen a les 18h de la tarda, és massa dora i més si tens nens petits que volen banyar-se i ja no poden. El paper de wc i les tovalloles petites, escassegen quant hi ha molta gent a l'hotel, hem estat 5 dies sense tenir-ne i hi havia dies que no ens deixaven rollo de wc, vam haver de sortir a demanar en 2 ocasions.

We enjoyed our stay, but we were a bit disappointed that some of the main facilities were not available in the evening. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. and found that the pools were already closed. Later, I wanted to use the gym, but it was also closed, and my wife was hoping to try the spa, which unfortunately was not open either. It would have been nice if these facilities were accessible a bit longer, as they are part of the experience we were looking forward to.

• Tatiana (9/5): Fresh och trevlig hotell med fantastisk personal, god mat och bra läget till stranden. - Väldigt trevlig vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära stranden, bara 5 minuter promenad. Ca 10 minuter med buss till gamla stan i Rethymno. Fantastisk hjälpsam personal. Speciellt tack till Vivi! God varierande mat! Grönsaker och frukter. Väldigt trevligt atmosfär. Området är uppdelat i 3 zoner med en pool för varje. Man får välja. En bra gym - barnen på 10 och 7 år fick vara med och träna. De har även fått en personlig hjälp med träning av Dimitros, som jobbar där. Finns SPA. Kanske vatten till middag skulle ingå i priset för att skippa att krångla till med att göra en beställning av en flaska av vatten varje kväll. Missade i beskrivningen av hotellet att drinkar till middag är inte inkluderande i priset.

Very clean, the bedroom is located somehow downstairs so it is cool and quiet so it was perfect for us (especially at noon when we had the baby sleep and outside people were at the pool). Staff and service - excellent! Breakfast was rich and delicious, location very spacious. It has also a gym and spa which is another plus. Very child friendly with a dedicated spot for diverse child activities during certain hours. Definitely recommend for families! And beach is nearby.

Gute Ausstattung Pool nur 10-18h geöffnet, wobei wir gerne nach mancher Tour auch noch einmal am frühen Abend eine Abkühlunghätten haben wollen. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Tor zu den Parkmöglixhkeiten nachts unerwartet verriegelt, obwohl es als "emergency exit" gekennzeichnet war, daher mussten wir bei Abfahrt um den ganzen Block laufen (20 Minuten Weg) und wären fast zu spät am Flughafen gewesen. Es wurde täglich geputzt aber nie unter dem Bett, wo es dann auch richtig dreckig war. Unser Appartment lag gut, aber viele andere so, dass jeder, der vorbeiläuft, direkt an Terrasse vorbeikommt und ins Zimmer schauen kann.

У персонала, похоже, соревнования, кто соберёт больше грязных тарелок - не успеешь поесть, уже пытаются забрать тарелки. Не расслабиться за трапезой. - курящие отдыхающие - балкон и терраса для персонала - одно и то же. Мы бронировали другой номер, с видом на сад и первом этаже, а дали номер на 3м этаже.

Stores and Restaurants opens longer until 10 pm. Nice experience. People are chill relax and really friendly. Weather perfect.
• Radosław (9/5): - Witam. Na Kretę wybralismy się z początkiem lipca na 11 dni rodziną 4 osobową - 2 osoby dorosłe + 2 dzieci. Wybraliśmy ten hotel jako miejsce nazszego pobytu, do którego dojechalismy autem z wypożyczalni na lotnisku. Bardzo miłe powitanie, gdzie personel na recepcji godnie nas ugościł, o wszystkim poinformował. Bardzo doceniliśmy to, że na powitaniu pan przyniósł nam dwie tace z zimnymi i smacznymi napojami (bylem juz w kilku miejscach z 4 gwiazdkami i tego nie było). Hotel czytsy i zadbany, personel bardzo miły, jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Obiekt, poodzielony jest na dwa obszary, na którym znajdują sie budynki. Pierwszym ten nowszy, w którym mieszkalismy posiada, recepcję, restauracje, budynek z animacjami dla dzieci, 2 baseny, natomiast drugi, na który trzeba było przejść (ale bardzo bliziutko) posiada basen, siłownię, strefę spa, squash. Na basenach spokój i mimo, że w hotelu jest względnie dużo ludzi to na basenach nie było tłumów (nawet zdarzyło się tak, że na bocznym basenie byliśmy sami w godzinach popołudniowych). Nasze studio to dół i góra, na dole salon połaczony z kuchnią z wyjściem na balkon, gdzie były dwa łóżka dla dzieci i toaleta, u góry wejscie schodkami to sypialnia, łazienka z prysznicem i balkon. Mieliśmy wykupione śniadania i obiadokolacje. Jedzenia nie bylo jakoś bardzo dużo ale można było dowolnie wybierać i jakość była bardzo dobra (opinia całej rodziny). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do morza (wystarczyło przejść przez drogę i ścieżką w dół w kierunku plaży), 10 minut autem do centrym pięknego Rethymno, dobra baza wypadowa - udało nam sie zwiedzić kilka pięknych miejsc. Uwaga opinia z perspektywy osób, które nie siedzą cały czas w obiekcie tylko łączą relaks ze zwiedzaniem interesujących miejsc. W weekend było głośno w godzinach późnej nocnych, głos dobiegał z sąsiednich barów i hoteli (impezy). Moja żona nie mogła przez to spać, mo to nie przeszkadzało. Oczywiście to nie wina hotelu, że muzyka grała głośno gdzieś mieście.

Huoneet siistit, siivous hyvää ja rauhallista kaikinpuolin. Yhteen torakkaan törmättiin, mutta muutoin ei valittamista! Kaikki oli oikein hyvää ja menemme uudelleenkin! Allasalue auki vain 10-18. Olisi voinut olla aiemmin auki ja illalla pidempään.

• Sofia (5/5): Μέτρια για το όνομα Grecotel - Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο γενικότερα, καλό πρωινό. Ποκυ ωραίοι κοινό τοις τοι χώροι. Το δωμάτιο 301 ήταν χωμένο πάρα πολύ σαν ποντικοτρυπα, χαμηλοτάβανο και ένα κηπάκο που το έλεγες σαν ακάλυπτο. Το ένα το μόνο κρεβάτι φαινόταν ότι δεν είχε γίνει αλλαγή σεντονιού. Και το παντζουρι στο δωμάτιο ήταν χαλασμένο δεν άνοιγε ούτε έκλεινε.

Το φαγητο ειναι νοστιμο, με πολλες επιλογες στο μενού, μαγειρεμενο από επαγγελματίες και πεντακαθαρους χωρους. Τελος το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειου ειναι προσχαρο με διαθεση να σε βοηθησουν σε οτι χρειαστεις και να σε εξυπηρετησουν! Σιγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε…
• Mary (9/5): ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο και ήσυχο. Αυτό έχει σημασία για τις διακοπές, να μπορείς να ησυχάσεις και να κοιμηθείς χωρίς θορύβους. Οι εργαζόμενοι ήταν όλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευχάριστοι. Μια ωραία χειρονομία ήταν ότι μας υποδέχτηκαν με λεμονάδα. Είχα κάνει web check in από το σπίτι και έτσι το check in στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ γρήγορο. Είναι πολύ καλή αυτή η επιλογή, για να μην περιμένεις πολύ στην υποδοχή. Μου άρεσαν πολύ οι εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου που θυμίζουν μικρό χωριουδάκι. Όλα τα δωμάτια ήταν φρεσκοβαμμένα και την πένα. Επίσης μου άρεσε που είχε 2 πισίνες, οι οποίες ήταν καθαρές και ποτέ δεν είδα να υπάρχουν πετσέτες επάνω στις ξαπλώστρες (για να τις κρατήσουν). Πάντα υπήρχαν ξαπλώστρες διαθέσιμες. Ο καφές ήταν πολύ καλός. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, πλήρες. Στο βραδινό θα ήθελα περισσότερη ποικιλία (είχε 4-5 φαγητά, μετά είχε μακαρόνια και πίτσα, σαλάτες και γλυκά). Θα ήθελα να υπήρχαν 2 φαγητά παραπάνω. Γενικά όμως ήταν καλή η ποιότητα. Το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου προσφέρει και a la carte γευματα με χρεώση (υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να ανταλλάξεις με το βραδινό με περιορισμό όμως στην τιμή, πληρώνεις το εξτρα ποσό). Το γεύμα στο a la carte ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Δεν έχει θέα στην θάλασσα. Αλλά βέβαια όσα ξενοδοχεία έχουν θέα στη θάλασσα, έχουν και πολύ θόρυβο, γιατί είναι κεντρικός ο παραλιακός δρόμος. Η παραλία δεν είναι ακριβώς από κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο αλλά πρέπει να περπατήσεις κάποια μέτρα. Δεν υπάρχει παρκινγκ αλλά υπάρχει ένας δρόμος ακριβώς πίσω από το ξενοδοχείο που αφήνουν εκεί τα αυτοκίνητα οι ένοικοι. Τα μειονεκτήματα του βέβαια τα ισοσκελίζει με τα παραπάνω πλεονεκτήματα που έγραψα. Όλα τα "μειονεκτήματα" βέβαια είναι γνωστά από πριν. Η περιγραφή του ξενοδοχείου και οι φωτογραφίες στο booking είναι ακριβείς.
• Alex D (8/5): Lovely apartments - this was our 3rd stay in 2 years and will be back for a 4th very soon. - We liked everything - the pools are lovely and not overcrowded. Selection and quality of food for breakfast was superb. All staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. All areas were spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. The Maisonette we stayed in was fabulous, however there was a bit of noise from the road. We were quite a long way from the entrance with quite a lot of steps to climb to get to our room, but have to say the very accommodating reception staff did offer an alternative for us and in fairness we should have mentioned our mobility issue when we booked, so not their fault.

Since returning back to work after a really relaxing stay, when work starts turning up the pressure I close my eyes and sit in the morning sun staring out at the pool with a really flavourful cup of coffee, until I feel the calmness return that this wonderful place brought to my life and then I open my eyes and try not to get too disheartened. Thank you for such a lovely trip with memories that help me get through the dreary London weather. Personally I can't think of anything.

Our special thanks to Michalis in the restaurant, who used to look after our special dietary requirements and brought fresh pies to our table every breakfast time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

Mi apartamento se comunicaba con el de al lado por una puerta en el salón que no está bien insonorizada y la parte superior apenas tenía luz natural y la iluminación artificial no era nada buena.

Fructe proaspete, sucuri naturale, produse grecesti locale foarte bune: branzeturi, ulei de masline etc. Locatia, in ciuda fatului ca nu este pe plaja e facntastica: la strada principala, dar zona linistita. Ca plusuri: 2 piscine, fitness , zona de activitati pentru copii- practic o gradinita... Nu am luat cina la hotel: pretul destul de mare fata de tavernele situate la 50 de metri.

• Anne-Claire (8/5): Bon séjour - Chambre spacieuse, les lits confortables, les 3 piscines, le petit déjeuner, proche des commerces et restaurants, proche de la mer, prêt de serviettes pour la piscine Trop proche de la grande route et donc bruyant dans la chambre car les fenêtres sont mal isolées, le petit déjeuner pourrait avoir lieu jusqu'à 11h, le kids club est ombragée mais en extérieur ce qui est impossible pour les enfants avec la chaleur de rester dehors il faudrait un kids club en intérieur avec la climatisation
