• Ewelina (10/5): - Polecam hotel Isla del sol pod każdym względem. Przede wszystkim bardzo miły, profesjonalny i pomocny jest personel hotelu. Podczas naszego pobytu wystąpił mały problem z czym personel perfekcyjnie sobie poradził. W hotelu znajduje się super basen, lokalizacja dla nas była idealna, 30 minut autobusem do Palma, 5 min pieszo do plaży.

• Pavel (10/5): Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojení a hotel můžeme s klidem doporučit. - Hotel jsme zvolili především kvůli blízkosti letiště a byla to skvělá volba. I v pozdních večerních hodinách jsme se sem bez problémů dostali autobusem za cca 2,7 €, což bylo velmi pohodlné. Po příjezdu nás mile překvapil welcome balíček s proseccem, který navodil příjemnou atmosféru hned na začátku pobytu. Personál byl velmi ochotný – na recepci nám pán poradil, kam zajít na jídlo, a jeho doporučení stálo opravdu za to. Hotel je čistý, hezký a působí upraveným dojmem. Velkým bonusem je také voda zdarma na recepci, což se vždy hodí.

• Christina (10/5): Super Apartmentanlage - Die Lage war gut, Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, mehrere Restaurants und zum Strand nur eine Straße entfernt. Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Die Apartmentanlage hat einen Pool mit Liegen und man bekommt Wasser kostenlos so viel man möchte. Das Willkommens Paket war die Kirsche auf der Torte. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

I didn’t like the beds, we had two beds which didn’t stay together when united and our kid risked of falling between them during sleep. And the fact that there are not hangers in the bathrooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by the gift upon check-in. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need in both the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony overlooked the courtyard with a pool. The room was cleaned every two days. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. We'll be happy to return!

Easy access to public transport and 10 minutes away from the airport The apartment was outdated and did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. We were given an older unit instead. There was nowhere to dry towels, and the floors were very dirty

• AWalker (9/5): Excellent as short stay before catching a plane or as a base for long stay exploring Palma - Hotel has a locked luggage room so I was able to leave my luggage there when I arrived earlier than the check-in time. Location is handy for the bus. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel with very regular buses that take you into the centre of Palma in about half an hour. If you don't mind walking a bit further there is a slightly faster bus to the centre. Across the road there is a bus stop with buses to the airport - and if you really needed to you can apparently walk to airport in about 50minutes. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. I was given a bag with some food items in when i Arrived - including a bottle of white wine. The rooms was very modern with a balcony and three single beds. There was a fridge, hotplate with two rings, microwave, kettle and toaster and enough utensils to do basic cooking. Table and two chairs in room to eat at. Despite being close to airport I never really noticed it inside the hotel. I very occasionally heard a plane when out on the balcony but not loud. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom very clean with towels provided. Table and chair on balcony to sit outside. I never got the chance to try out the pool or the bar. If you carry on up the main road near the hotel there is a reasonable sized supermarket (and quite a few smaller grocery shops) and plenty of varied good food options and you are about 10 minutes walk from the sea. There was a safe in the room cupboard but I think you have to ask at reception for key and I did not get around to using it. Bottle of drinking water was provided in room on arrival. Checkout was very easy. I had no real issues - bathroom light seemed to operate through a sensor which I never really understood, but not a problem. I did not check thoroughly but the spare power points I found were by the bedside tables which was ok but had to think about where to use kettle or toaster.

Nous avons été surclassé, coffret gustatif d'accueil, bel appartement, à 5 minutes du bord de mer/ port et à 2 minutes du bus pour se rendre sur Palma. Lits confortables. Du bruit dans les couloirs. Manque d'accessoires dans la cuisine et sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre.

• Linda (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage um mit dem Fahrrad nach Palme oder zum Ballermann zu fahren. Jedoch sehr ruhig, neben an direkt ein Supermarkt. Der Strand ist fußläufig nur 5 Minuten und sehr nett zum Liegen und Sonnen geeignet. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küchenzeile hätte besser sein können. Jedoch für einige Tage vollkommend ausreichend mit 2 Herdplatten und Töpfen, einem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle.

Już od wejścia zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani, a paczka z winem i lokalnymi przekąskami okazała się świetnym gestem — szczególnie po późnym, nocnym przylocie. Lokalizacja hotelu jest rewelacyjna, a same pokoje odświeżone, bardzo czyste i urządzone z klimatem. Ogromny plus za piękne, klimatyczne balkony oraz cały budynek, który naprawdę oddaje hiszpański charakter i wyróżnia się na tle zwykiej hotelowej zabudowy w okolicy. Personel zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie — niezwykle miły, pomocny i jednocześnie bardzo dyskretny. Można odnieść wrażenie, że ma się pełną prywatność i nikogo wokół nie ma, ale w momencie kiedy tylko czegoś potrzebujesz, pomoc pojawia się natychmiast. To właśnie jest prawdziwy profesjonalizm! Basen bardzo czysty, przyjemny i świetnie zaprojektowany — idealne miejsce do odpoczynku. Ogromnym udogodnieniem była też możliwość korzystania ze wszystkich hotelowych udogodnień nawet po wymeldowaniu, aż do wieczornego wylotu. Biorąc pod uwagę całość pobytu oraz cenę, moim zdaniem jest to jedno z najlepszych miejsc w tym rejonie Majorki. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! BRAK
• Ruy Blas (7/5): - Ho prenotato a can pastilla perché 3 notti a palma ti venivano circa 1500 euro, una follia. Qui anche se carissimi (700 euro 3 notti) è leggermente più economico. L'hotel era carino. Nulla di speciale sia chiaro, stesso livello delle Canarie, cucina datata, due letti e un tavolo in balcone. Eravamo 3 e i letti erano due. C'era un divano letto molto stretto e con materasso duro. Per il resto tutto troppo caro e non vale quello che costa.

• Cristian-Andrei (7/5): Totul a fost in regula, așa cum ne-am așteptat in urma review-urilor pe care le-am citit înainte - Locația buna, aproape de aeroport si plaje, iar din stația de autobuz de lângă poți ajunge ușor la catedrala si alte obiective. Este un supermarket chiar lângă si in apropiere sunt multe localuri unde poți servi masa. Personalul a fost amabil, ne-a cadorisit cu un pachet de întâmpinare (ciocolata, vin, chipsuri, salam uscat, crănțănele) si ne-a ajutat cu rugămințile pe care le-am avut (fier de călcat si pastrarea bagajelor după check-out pana la zbor) Pereții sunt subtiri si se auzea cum oamenii trag scaune pe podea sau chiar si discuții din camera alăturată. De asemenea televizorul era vechi si nu avea Netflix sau acces la internet. Paturile twin au roti si se deplasează prea ușor involuntar.

• June (10/5): We had a lovely stay in apartments Isla del sol and will definitely be returning. - Great location with a lovely pool area. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable holiday. No negatives at all.
• Kaarthi (8/5): Good location, lacks some basic things - Location is so good, very close to the beach. There were no toiletries only towels were available. In the kitchen, I would expect at least salt and pepper and other basic things as it is termed as a studio apartment. The room was clean but there was no cover for the duvet, it made us a little uncomfortable. Because I don't think they wash the duvet after every guest. And the sofa bed was not provided as shown in pictures.

• Carl x (9/5): Fantastic Apartments With Stunning Pool and Gardens - From the moment of my arrival Tommy, his family and staff took care of me, giving me an excellent room with a balcony view over the garden and pool. Everyone in this complex are welcoming and friendly and are available to take care of your every need. It's close to the airport, but if you need a taxi they will organise it. There are no food options, but they leave a "goody bag" with wine, water, crackers, sausage etc, which is a lovely touch. There is also a fantastic, reasonably priced supermarket next door that do wonderful locally made pies, pastries and bread. The cleaners come in three times a week (and they let you know which days these are) which is perfect if you want to sleep in after a "strenuous" night, like me 😀. After many visits to Can Pastilla over the years, I found this the best place and would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending Isla del Sol to others. There was some building work going on at the building next door with some associated noise. But this is beyond the control of Isla del Sol.

Nous pouvions prendre le bus local et aller où nous voulions très facilement. Nous avons également très apprécié la bienveillance du personnel de l’accueil et le petit cadeau de bienvenue avec des produits à déguster. Si nous devions retourner à Majorque, nous irions au même endroit avec plaisir. Nous l’avons déjà conseillé à notre entourage. Merci pour cet accueil. Nous concernant (couple) le seul bémol était que c’était 2 petits lits côte à côte et non un grand lit.

Price per room was ok , the room was decent . Feels a bit old, rooms quite small , and of course you can hear the planes which is expected .

Nie ukrywam ze obiekt był bardzo drogi w stosunku do tego co oferował. W obiekcie było naprawdę czysto. Obiekt ma basen odkryty i pewnie w trakcie pięknej pogody to duży plus. Recepcja pracowała całodobowo. po terminie wymeldowania mogliśmy zostawić nasze rzeczy w obiekcie. Dostaliśmy powitalny prezent od obiektu co było miłym zaskoczeniem: chipsy, oliwki, ciastka, czekoladę, krakersy i butelkę czerwonego wina. Był to bardzo drogi pobyt w stosunku do jakości. Słychać było za ścianą chrapanie oraz inne odgłosy.

• AL (10/5): - Great service, great location (5 minutes away from beach), great bathroom and shower, nice balcony with nice breeze and sunshine. Kitchen and fridge are very convenient. We don't hear the planes to/from the airport, which is conveniently located only 5 minutes away by bus (A2), or if we hear them, they are really not annoying. What we do hear are the careless neighbours scratching the floor with their chairs. Not the property's fault : A lot of guests/tourists don't understand that constantly scratching the floor with their chairs, table and bed is extremely disturbing for any neighbour, below and on the side, because the sounds are often amplified in any building. Two solutions for that : Provide numerous written warnings everywhere, in lobby, elevator and rooms, and cover chairs/bed/table with protector pads in each room (which overall is not that expensive but probably needs renewal every week or month). Same thing for talking loud, banging the doors and smoking on the balcony : when neighbour guests are careful and respectful towards their neighbours, the stay/vacation is so much better for everybody. This is not about being always silent, this is about reducing to the minimum possible. For the kitchen, kitchenware was almost complete but a few more (plastic spatula, cooking spoons, bigger coffee cups, containers to store food, etc) would be very useful and appreciated, but I understand that probably some guests take them away knowingly or not. Overall, excellent hotel.
• Pantelis (10/5): Ωραία εμπειρία - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό, τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και μας έκαναν και αναβάθμιση του δωματίου δωρεάν, λόγω του ότι πήγαμε αρχές της σεζόν και δεν είχε κοσμο. Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, απέχει μισή ώρα με το λεωφορείο από την πρωτεύουσα. Δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση στην πισίνα λόγω χαμηλής σεζόν.

• Mika (10/5): Meget gode tjenester og faciliteter - Alt var perfekt. Man kan mærke, at de har forbedret sig meget. Fantastisk personale, receptionspersonalet er altid hjælpsomme med alt. Fantastisk beliggenhed, meget tæt på stranden og med fremragende busforbindelser.

• Denis (6/5): Beaucoup d' inconvénients pour un tarif relativement élevé. - La propreté irréprochable. Félicitation aux femmes de ménage. L ' appartement est situé à proximité des arrêts de bus qui desservent la ville de Palma.( bus n°35) et de ceux qui ramènent de l' Aéroport( A2). Le quartier est sympa et malgré la proximité de l' aéroport le bruit des avions n' est pas une nuisance. Le cabas d' accueil est très appréciable. L' équipement est défaillant. Pas même une passoire pour les pâtes ou le riz. En guise de cafetière un malheureux porte filtre qui ne s' adapte même pas sur la cruche. Au niveau de la douche pas de pression au pommeau de douche. Pour bénéficier d' une pression suffisante nous étions obligés de dévisser le pommeau et le retirer. Concernant la lumière du lit pour lire sans gêner son partenaire il fallait dévisser l' ampoule car un seul interrupteur pour les deux lampes. Une seule table de chevet, pas pratique. Les appartements ne sont pas très bien insonorisés. Heureusement pour nous nos voisins n' étaient pas trop bruyant. Quand à la connexion wifi, elle est déplorable et inutilisable.
• Bert Bouwland (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf, zeer tevreden! - De locatie is uitstekend en gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Bushaltes zijn op 2 minuten afstand. De locatie is gelegen aan een rustige straat. De kamer was erg schoon en werd 3x per week schoongemaakt en lakens / handdoeken vervangen. De keuken van het appartement was prima uitgerust. De airco en verwarming werkten uitstekend. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit. Het gratis te verkrijgen water bij de bar is een absoluut pluspunt en scheelt een hoop sjouwwerk met flessen vanuit de winkel. Het zwembad ziet er uitnodigend uit, maar heb deze niet geprobeerd. Het was nog maar begin van het seizoen (halverwege Maart) dat we er waren, maar ik heb de rust heel erg gewaardeerd! Het complex is wel wat gehorig, de eerste paar dagen van ons verblijf zat er blijkbaar een gezin met huilend klein kind naast (of vlakbij ons) en dat was met name 's nachts erg storend. Wat verder vervelend en storend was zijn de vele honden in de buurt, die graag in de middag een gezamenlijk blafconcert geven. Maar daar kan Isla del Sol ook niets aan doen.
• ciuro garcia (10/5): Apartaments super recomanables! - La tranquilitat i la comoditat del apartament ha sigut de 10. Veniem a relaxar-nos i ho hem pogut fer a la perfecció. El servei exel·lent, ens han rebut amb una bossa de menjar de benvinguda i ens han posat a les tres habitacions juntes. Molt recomanable, si tornem, repetirem segur.

• Sabine (8/5): Un séjour très agréable près d’une côte sublime - L’emplacement, le balcon ensoleillé avec vue sur la piscine, la proximité de la mer et des commerces ainsi que de l’arrêt de bus. Le staff très serviable et chaleureux, merci! Et aussi vraiment efficace dès qu’un ennui technique s’est présenté. L’insonorisation, car les chaises qui raclent le sol peuvent crisper. On entend bien ses voisins :) On dort un peu la tête dans le frigo mais ça passe 😆 Manque peut-être d’une petite touche de décoration pour le rendre un peu plus chaleureux mais c’est propre et fonctionnel, donc tres bien.

The room was clean and cosy, even they upgraded for free with a bigger one with a balcony. There is a bus stop 1-2 min away, there are many supermarkets around. • Tripiana (10/5): - Excelente departamento, súper completo y amplio, el baño un lujo de lo cómodo que es, un balcón con vista espectacular , muy buena ubicación, zona hermosa, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto en taxi y a 1 cuadra de la plata caminando. Excelente atención y servicio. Lo recomiendo 💯 por 💯
