- Kenichi (7/5): 温泉・朝食・周囲環境で清々しい朝でした。 - 朝食。貸し切り風呂を含めた温泉。周囲の環境（菊池公園や大木のある寺院？）。 大浴場に行くのに一苦労。部屋入り口の襖が一部破れていた。

- YUKIYO (8/5): 和室がいい - 和室はかなり広くて、ゆったりしてて、ゆっくりできました 洋室、膝が悪い両親を連れて行ってるのでベットで良かったんですけど、狭くて、荷物が置きにくかった。 両方借りたので、和室の良さが際立ってました

- 恒祐 前原 (4/5): お湯だけは良かった。 - お湯だけは良かった。 各階フロアが換気無し、しかもこのくそ暑い真夏に何故か加湿器があり、エレベーターから降りると同時に地獄の暑さでたまらん。 部屋のドアの建付けが悪いのか、室内の温度と廊下の灼熱地獄の温度との差に起因するのか、かなり力づくで開け閉めしなければならず、隣室のお客はかなり迷惑だったはず。 部屋に入ると湿気ムンムン。原因は窓の開けっ放し。チェックインが19時過ぎだったこともあり、室内には虫が多数。 正面玄関前は小さなゴミだらけ。あと喫煙所が正面玄関の真ん前に有るため、灰が風に舞って玄関前が汚ない。 風呂のアメニティもカゴの中にドカッと置いて在るだけで、清潔性が無い。 全てが、とりあえずやりました感だけで、泊まって良かった点が何ひとつ無い。 お得感がアンケートに有ったが、客はお得感だけを求めている訳ではない。

- MEIKO (6/5): - スタッフの笑顔の対応が良いし、大浴場、朝食も素晴らしいです。反面、客室の洗面下の水漏れ、襖紙の著しい破れの放置は、とても残念でした。改装は莫大な費用が必要ですし、コロナ禍、震災の影響があったと思います。アイデアと工夫で乗り越えて下さい。

- MAMORU (2/5): 日本人は利用しない方が良い。 - 韓国人団体が90%以上で既に日本人向けでは無い。 風呂も人が多く湯が汚そうで辞めた。 又、ホテル到着時年配の男性が居たが、荷物を降ろす時には逃げており台車も何も自分で準備する必要が有る。 勿論、何処に駐車して良いのかも判らず聞きに行く必要が有った。

- Hico (10/5): - 1人1室利用したがひろい和室で高級感はないが雰囲気が良かった。 大風呂も広く露天風呂も充実していてサウナ、水風呂もあり楽しめた。マッサージ器無料。 ホテル入口は24時間出入り出来るので近くのスナックで深夜まで遊んでてもすぐに部屋へ戻れる。 素泊りだったが近くに飲食店多くて楽しいところだった。
- Kenus (4/5): 殘舊的日式溫泉旅館 - 偏僻、買嘢唔方便、個別職員態度麻麻、附近有很多午夜儷人搵客，可取的是有溫泉浸及免費泊車，但都比較殘舊，走廊及房間也是，再來熊本基本上都唔會再考慮呢間。
- jangseog (10/5): 구로가와 온천 가기 좋은 곳 - 하룻밤 묵기 좋으며 그냥 거쳐가기 좋은 시골 동네에 조용하고 공기 좋은 큰 료칸 같은 느낌을 받았어요! 렌트를 해야 움직이는데 도움이 되고 구마모토와 아소산을 한 바퀴 돌고 저녁에 들어와서 쉬는 곳 보다는 잠자는 곳이라고 생각하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다
