Important Information

Please inform Residence Liscia Eldi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The resort fee is a compulsory Club Card which includes the mini club, access to the pool and sports facilities.This fee is not payable for children under 3 years, and discounts apply for guests aged between 3 and 11. The service fee includes water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels. Guests are required to leave the kitchenette clean or an extra cleaning service can be requested at a surcharge of EUR 50.

Verified traveler (6/5): Alte 70er Jahre Anlage - War alles ok, einfach unkompliziert, ziemlich alles im Zimmer alt und kaputt. Kein Badetuchwesel, keine Reinigung für unter 14 Tagen. Das Essen immer das gleiche fast alles kalt und im Salatform, Reste werden durcheinander gemischt und überall Essig.
