- patti jo (10/5): Great beach, quiet location and beautiful condo. - Loved the view and balconies in the tower. The condo had everything I needed including everything for the beach. The heated pools were great. Had to drive to get something to eat.
- Santiago (7/5): confortable y familiar. - la comodidad de las camas, amplitud de las habitaciones, valcon amplio y vistas al mar. la direccion que figura de la propiedad no es la de donde uno se registra y le dan codigo de accesos a la propiedad. Lo deben de avisar con anticipacion ya que en el complejo nos indicaban que desconocian la reserva y era porque estabamos en el lugar equivocado. (aprox 100 mts)

- Hayley (7/5): Would love to stay at the property again. Probably would try a different condo. - Loved that the property had food trucks and music throughout the week. Also loved the private beach access. We didn’t like that there were some things that were broken/cheap quality in the condo we were spending thousands of dollars to rent, limited toilet paper, and no detergent.
- Scot (10/5): We had a wonderful time in this comfortable and beautifully cared for vacation home! - The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable! The dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean because there wasn’t enough hot water going to the kitchen but that was a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect the fact that we had a wonderful stay!

- Lindsay (10/5): Siesta Key is my new favorite vacation spot ! - It had everything we needed!!! Right on beach!!! Even had beach chairs, boogie boards , umbrella and a little wagon !!!! We LOVED our stay !! Lots of construction , which was understandable buttttttt contractors didn’t care to follow the rules and park on the one side of the street. So when coming in and out we had to wait on them to move.
- Cindi (7/5): We had a great time. - The location was excellent. There needs to be some updating. The towels were in horrible shape. It felt like you were drying off with sandpaper. Two of the chairs at the dining room table needed to have the legs tightened up. They were so wobbly you couldn’t sit on them. The dishwasher is not working well. There was still soap left in the compartment. $3,000+ is a lot to pay for a one week stay. I don’t think it is too much to expect nice towels, linens and pillows. These are easy fixes and would make a big difference on how I would have rated this property.

The unit could have used a bit more kitchen items- baking sheets, cleaning supplies like windex, antibacterial wipes, etc. However that was minor compared to the comfort and location of the unit to the beach.
- Michael (8/5): Overall a good to very good property but it could use a little updating. - Great location and lot of room in my condo. The living space needs some TLC. Old very worn and skeevy couch. Dated TV and odd cable ( no local channels)

- Williams (6/5): The location and the beach were amazing. The private beach was a great thing especially on the 4th. - What breakfast? The residents in the condo above us were horrendous and sounded like a herd of elephants the entire week. The dishwasher didn't work, we called in a maintenance request and noone ever came. You had to physically pull out the frig to get ice out of the ice maker. The pool was so disgusting with hair floating by you every second you were in the pool. There were kids in 602 who threw fireworks on my Tahoe and my windshield had to be replaced through insurance in Sarasota while we were there. UNRULY kids with no parental oversight was the theme of the week in the condo above ours and neighboring condos.

- Christy (8/5): Was my family’s first time staying in Siesta Key. - The staff were all very nice. Condo was good size. The condo we stayed in’s AC was not working properly. Was never cold. Had a humid/sticky feeling. When another unit was ice cold in theirs.
- Michaela (4/5): don’t go unless u no everything is back in place and u don’t have to do housework ur last day😤 - the unit was beautiful and that’s it… hallways, elevator, lobby disgusting and dirty… no decent luggage trolley to schlep ur luggage,groceries..in welcome letter u have to strip ur bed… wash beach towels, run dishwasher, take out garbage/recycle all on last day😳who the hell goes on vacation and has to do housework not to mention there was a tip envelope🤨for what… I did all the work!! Now what I was really upset about… workers everyday on verandah w no furniture … while I was recovering fr knee replacement.. I should have been told… and they would not let me stay an extra hour on check out😡never again🤬 everything but the condo was very nice
