• Hugo (10/5): Très bons choix au cœur d’un quartier animé d’Osaka - L’emplacement idéal à proximité du Dotonbori ainsi que de plusieurs stations de Metro! Quartier animé avec de nombreux restaurant. Petit déjeuner style buffet simple mais convient parfaitement. Le personnel est très agréable et tous les équipements sont présents. Il peut y avoir quelques nuisances sonores le soir.

• Qiannan (9/5): Cute little hotel with tasty breakfast - Small room has everything we need. Breakfast was tasty. We sat next to the window for the morning street view, during our breakfast. Peaceful morning! Difficult to access with a baby stroller. Since the hotel is at the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to reach the reception / lobby. We had to carry the stroller up and down.

• Shannon (8/5): - Staff were very kind. The location is absolutely amazing! It's right in the middle of a bustling between America-mura and Shinsaibashi. It's electric and extremely hip with lots of wonderful places to eat and drink. Very short walk to Dotonburi. We'll stay there again. The buffet was part western, part Asian so there should be something for everyone. The rooms and furniture are past their prime but it was clean and daily fresh towels were provided as the towels did not dry overnight. The teacups provided are tiny and not suitable for a large cup of tea or coffee. No coffee provided in the rooms, bring your own.

• StacyMars (3/5): I wouldn't recomment stainig there. You can find better options for the same price. - Hotel is located in a quet area. Nice breakfasts. As soon as you enter the hotel you feel a smell of siguarette smoke. Same was in the room. The interior looked old, like there were no repair works for a very long time. It was pretty dark in the room, no cieling light, only a lamp on a night stand and another one on the table. There was only one duvet, and when we asked for one more the manager only offered a blanket with suspicious stains. Okay, maybe a spare duvet wasn't available according to the rules of the hotel, but the blanket should be at least clean!

• Graciela Rosa (6/5): excelente ubicación pero instalaciones regulares - la ubicación y la relación calidad/precio varias cosas no me gustaron: 1) el hotel necesita una renovación, 2) los ascensores no llegan hasta el nivel de la calle, sino a un medio nivel (hay que subir una escalera de 10 escalones cargando las maletas para poder tomarse el ascensor), 3) tal vez lo más terrible de todo: el cuarto contaba con una pequeña ventana, con un cartel que decía "prohibido abrirla", o sea que estuve literalmente encerrada en un cuarto interno, 4) el pobre desayuno.

Il letto era abbastanza comodo. Gli spazi della colazione e le tovagliette delle bevande erano spesso sporche, nota mancanza di una pulizia accurata. La mancanza della possibilità di aprire completamente la finestra per arieggiare la camera. La mancanza di un ascensore che ti porti al piano terra. Si ferma prima di una piccola scalinata.

The female receptionist from Vietnam was professional and very helpful, great service! Small but varied and nice breakfast buffet. The airco didn't work, the room was too warm. I had to open the window for fresh air but then you heard the street noise. Only 1 small pillow.

Breakfast was available between 7AM - 9AM, in which I arrived down from my room at exactly 7AM… can someone explain how everything was already cold? Scrambled eggs should have been piping hot but were as cold as if it had been sitting for an hour prior.. the food was so terrible I literally left my tray in disgust. It didn’t help many guests in close proximity were just coughing without covering their mouths, which I understand is cultural norm but to do so around food is inappropriate.. Glad I only booked a single night here.

• Ven J (7/5): Great base for exploring Osaka nightlife - The hotel is in a wonderful location that allows visitors to explore the vibrant Dotonbori area and enjoy the many shopping opportunities nearby. The room is small, but this is to be expected in Japan. There is also a Lawson convenience store just across the street, which provides everything you might need. Most attractions are within walking distance, and for anything further, the metro is conveniently close. A late check-out at 12:00 is a great advantage. The only downside of our room was the mattress, which had worn-out metal springs. We had to find sleeping positions where we would not feel them against our ribs or hips, which was quite uncomfortable. The duvet, however, was extremely pleasant. Breakfast may not suit Western tastes at first, as it includes typical Japanese options such as fried items, grilled fish, or even beef stew, but you can quickly get used to the local style.
