- Julia (1/5): - Die beiden Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich die Zimmer versehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht hatte, konnten wir die zweite Person ohne Aufpreis hinzufügen, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Für einen Partyurlaub ist das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind allerdings eher schlicht, nicht besonders schön und nur einfach ausgestattet. Das Bett ist äußerst unkomfortabel. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns jedoch das Verhalten eines etwas älteren Mitarbeiters des Frühstücksbuffets. Wir wurden dort äußerst respektlos und in keiner Weise gastfreundlich behandelt. Der Tonfall und die Art des Umgangs waren unangemessen und haben bei uns einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Gerade in einem Hotel (auch, wenn es eher als Partyhotel genutzt wird) erwartet man einen höflichen und professionellen Umgang mit Gästen, was hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall war. Zusätzlich fanden wir die Regel, dass keine mitgebrachten Getränke mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden dürfen, unnötig und wenig kundenfreundlich. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel daher absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und auf keinen Fall wiederkommen!

Beaucoup d'allemand qui font la fête et ne s'occupent pas des autres. Dommage aussi qu'il faille aller dîner dans l'hôtel d'en face et peu diversifié.

Pros: • Excellent Value: We booked this hotel for a short spring break at a very good price, and it exceeded our expectations for the cost. • Location: Located in a quiet area away from the main beachfront noise. It's incredibly convenient for transportation — there’s a bus stop just 50 meters away with direct lines to Palma, El Arenal, and Llucmajor. • Staff & Service: The staff is wonderful! We arrived an hour early, and they kindly checked us in immediately. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. • The View: Watching the sunset from our balcony every evening was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast: It’s a decent continental breakfast, but there is room for improvement, especially regarding the quality of the coffee. Summary: A lovely, small, and clean hotel. Perfect for those who value peace and easy access to local transport. Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin, and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs.

- Lea (4/5): disappointing - Hotel Don Miguel Playa is in a good location with convenient connections to the city center and nearby areas. The staff is good. The hotel was a disappointment overall. Apart from the staff, nothing really met expectations. The room is very old and run-down. There’s a reason you don’t see bathroom photos on Booking, the tiles are very dirty, the inside door handle is worn and brown, and the overall condition is poor. The hotel looks much nicer in photos than in reality. The walls are paper-thin, at 4 a.m. I was woken up by drunk neighbors barking like dogs. Breakfast was below average, while the staff tries, the food quality is not good (powdered eggs and pre-made pancake mix like in the U.S.). If you value your guests, this shouldn’t be acceptable.

- Boxerfahrer (6/5): Einmal und nie wieder - Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Trubel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber auch sehr klein. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Rezeption und die Reinigungsdamen waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Da kann man den Nachbarn verstehen wenn er redet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer nach Norden. Da ist ein Sportverein mit Tennis, Fußball und Squash-Feldern. Da wird fast bis Mitternacht Fußball gespielt und rumgeschrien. An einem ruhigen Abend auf dem Balkon ist nicht zu denken. Der Pool ist klein und fast nichts los. Das liegt wahrscheinlich an dem unfreundlichen Chef vom Pool. Abgesehen vom guten Frühstück ist der Kaffee richtig schlecht. Das ist so ein Instant-Kaffee und schmeckt überhaupt nicht.

Huonekoko yhdelle riittävä. Äänieristys on heikko ja jos saattyy saamaan äänekkäät asukkaat lähelle, kuluu kaikki. Vastamelukuulokkeet kannattaa varata mukaan. Huone on pieni kahdelle.

Respect to the staff — you’r - If the price is like it is now, the hotel is worth the money. But if it’s more than €100 per night, you should probably look for a better, more decent hotel. The staff are very friendly and amazing. They work hard and put in a lot of effort, and I hope they are paid well. The breakfast is enough to fill you up, and that’s what matters most. The location is decent, which is also one of the advantages. It’s obvious that no money is being invested in the hotel. It feels neglected, with cracked walls and old furniture everywhere. I won’t even comment on how the balcony is built or what it’s actually held together with. The walls are basically like cardboard, so you can hear everything. If you’re staying for a few days at around €60 per night, you can tolerate it. Otherwise, please just spend a bit more and choose a better place.

Wir haben im EG gewohnt und die Balkontür ging nicht zu. Wir haben sofort bei Ankunft Bescheid gesagt und es wurde gesagt, dass sich der Hausmeister drum kümmert. Allerdings ist nichts passiert. Da wir im Erdgeschoss gewohnt haben, haben wir uns dabei nicht so wohl gefühlt.... außerdem hat der Schlüssel für den Safe gefehlt.

Si vous prenez la demi pension : pour le repas du soir, il faut aller à l hôtel d en face au Métropolitain. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und nur 10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Das Zweibett-Zimmer war sehr klein. Zum Glück hab ich es nur allein benutzt.

- Dominique (8/5): Rapport qualité prix correct - L'hôtel est très correct et plutôt bien situé en la cala de Arenal mais il faut marcher pas mal pour aller à la plage. De même pour faire des excursions il vaut mieux avoir ou louer une voiture, car les bus qui passent rarement sont bondés. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct. Pour le petit déjeuner il manque franchement une machine à café car il n'y en a qu'une et vu le nombre de clients nous devons faire la queue pour l'obtenir et ce n'est pas agréable.

- Laura (7/5): - La buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto, de la playa de Palma, buena conexión. El personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Por sacar alguna pega. Nada de insonorización, se oye todo del pasillo, las habitaciones contigüas y de la calle. Se oye mucho el agua correr de las otras habitaciones y la cisterna.

- Alesia (10/5): - Ottima struttura, consiglio di prenotare il soggiorno con la colazione inclusa (c’è una vasta scelta, sia colazione dolce che salata). Ogni giorno pulivano e sistemavano le camere alla perfezione. Lo staff è stato ottimo, super gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa! Io e mia mamma siamo rimaste contentissime. ¡Muchas gracias por todo y ojalá nos vemos pronto!
