• Wesley (8/5): Great place to stay. Highly recommend. - The free parking space and friendly staff. Our last day one of the staff came in with an exterminator who sprayed for bugs. Let me say this. It was sort of rude. She just barge in. No notice.

About a 10-15 min walk to Waikiki beach There was no air conditioning in the hallways and the one in our 1 bedroom apartment was not sufficient. Despite leaving it on all day long we would come back to a room that was too warm and honestly I did not cool until the middle of the night

• Han (10/5): A wonderful Waikiki stay - We have a great time staying in this condo, very close to the beach and Waikiki strip, parking is free and convenient to everywhere. Management staff is very friendly and responsive, it’s an ideal place for a vacation stay !
• Laverne (10/5): - Enjoyed my stay in this spacious condo. Although a little dated, the condo was clean, had a great view, comfy bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking was a big plus and no issues with finding an available stall. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
• Nancy (10/5): - Good communication. Easy directions for late night arrival. Room was big enough for 2. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice Mountain View from 20th floor. Property is older and not remodeled but for the price it was very good. Clean, no bugs. Wall AC is only in the living room but there was a pedestal fan. Free parking a big plus. Always managed to find a spot if I went up to the 4th floor. Office has free beach gear you can borrow like chairs or floats, stuff people left behind. I would definitely stay here again if the price were about the same. Near some of our favorite places like Tiki’s and Moana Surfrider lobby for live music.

Second "pull-out bed" was a little hard with a noisy (plastic?) base. Neighbouring construction work noise would commence at 9am each morning however, we were up by that time so it wasn't a problem.

• Elodia (6/5): - It was in a great location, 5 minute easy walk to the beach and stores, parking in the garage was great and just made our vacation a lot easier! Only downsides were that I woke up during the night for some water and turned on the lights to find roaches on the stove running back to hide and there was a urine smell in the bedroom–not sure if it was the carpet or the bed skirt but it was something.

• Valentina (8/5): Decent apartment, close to everything - Convenient to everything Waikiki Beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE PARKING is a great plus. Spaces available. A/C did not work properly. It was very warm in the apartment, even at night, with an additional fan working nonstop. Small window type unit, that seemed to be making noise however either too small for the room size or just not working. We sent a message about it, nothing was done, not even acknowledged. A large building with 4 elevators working, one didn't, many times long wait.
• Lene (7/5): Good - Close to the beach. A bit old and of run down apartment; carpets were not that clean. The pool and playground areas was closed off for rebuilding the last part of our stay, which we were not informed about up front.

Room was a little musty thus the candle we placed in the room but the blackout blinds, water pressure and bed itself were top notch. Nice to have a fan in the bedroom too. Kitchenette was useful. A recycling bin or 2 in the room would be very appropriate. No dislikes.

• Erika (10/5): - The kitchen had everything you could want or need. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of space. Two beds , two TVs a great shower. A ton of towels and beach towels too even a beach chair. Laundry on every floor.
• Lynn (10/5): - The property was great, but communication leading up to our stay was non-existent. Check in times are VERY limiting (3-4) and we wanted an option to do check in later as we were driving from the North Shore. I sent messages two weeks before and got no response, tried again several days before and then tried calling and emailing the day of with no luck. If you can make the check in time, it’s a great place to stay!
• Kun (7/5): Good for the money - Unit definitely is very close to waikiki beach. The room has some repairs needed. The bed is not very comfortable. The building need updating too. Elevator sucks during peak hours. Takes sometime 40 mins to get an elevator.
• Mani (1/5): Good location and amenities, not really clean, worst response and info for getting inside. - Location, amenities. No responses to my conversation at all after the first response. I reached there on a Sunday, and was worried about getting inside - no instructions were provided to me via messages or email. The promised parking pass was not provided. Luckily I was able to manage for a couple of days by talking nicely to the parking attendant and getting a temporary parking pass, but had to pay for the third day. The office lady did promise a refund for that and took my parking payment receipt, but again... no refund, no response yet!

• Donald (6/5): - Room outdated and moldy smell in bathroom. Location is ideally situated for many activities and has ample parking spaces. Vehicle must be under 6ft to enter.
• Christina (8/5): - This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!

Only bad thing for us was that We weren’t told by Expedia that this building only allowed small/medium size cars so we had to drive all the way back to the airport to return the truck we rented.

• Sonja (10/5): - This property was amazing and exceeding my expectations. It was a little difficult at first to reach property concerning my stay, changes that I needed. But once I did, they were very professional, courteous and helpful. Melissa was very friendly assisting with whatever was needed. The room was spacious, great kitchen with amenities. The bed was very comfortable to get a wonderful nights sleep. The view from the room was amazing. Facing Diamond Head and a great look at Sunrise. Would hightly recommend this to anyone. Will use this resort again, If I make it back to Hawaii.

• Hanna (10/5): - We stayed here for 1 week. Has a kitchen which we liked, just wished we utilized it more instead of eating out. There are some common amenities (pool, hot tub, bbq grill, cafe and convenience store) which we did not get a chance to try or see. No housekeeping, which is fine with us. Makes it feel like home away from home.

• Stephanie (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Request 703 or 704 - We stayed in room 703 and 704 and it was amazing. They provided everything you could possibly need. A fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable king bed, pack n play for our baby, umbrella for the beach, 2 sand chair, beach towels, sand toys and life jacket for our daughter, vaccuum so we could keep our place as sand free as possible. Laundry basket, dish soap, salt and pepper, coffee, ice cube trays and ice cube bucket. They have on site management which is great. The Murphy bed was comfortable. They also provided a room fan which was a nice bonus. The views were so nice. One room faced diamond head and the other was facing the city and the ocean. There’s an in room safe, and a tv in the living area and the bedroom. 2 hair dryers and the 7th floor had 2 washers and dryers down the hall which you can use coins or an app for. The location is also amazing!! 1 block from the famous Waikiki beach and it’s at the part of the beach that has a breakwater wall on all 3 sides so it’s AMAZING for little kids or just anyone who doesn’t want to have to deal with waves. We also used the pool and play structure which was such a bonus for a young family and they have tons of BBQ’s you can use for 2$/hr with seating space. Also a lot of people had complained about long waits for elevators in previous reviews. Zero complaints. Never waited more than a few minutes and we were a big group with 4 adults and 2 strollers. The only slight downfall was we had rented a large SUV (Nissan armada) and it was too tall for the parkade . There’s a strict height restriction which we weren’t aware of so we had to park in the zoo parking lot which was 1.50$ an hr and 2 blocks away.
• Shane (10/5): Excellent location, room size and value for money, couldn't have been happier for the price!! - One of the best value for money locations on the island. Big comfortable king size bed, good size living area, great location to beach, shops and zoo. Free parking which is a big deal, however just be warned as it is an old building our Chevy Suburban was just to big to fit in there, however swapped it for a smaller van and had no issues. We had 3 rooms and they were all next to each other. Couldn't have been happier, especially for the price.

• Kuei (8/5): Good place to stay for a family. - Amazing mountain view. It was cool even in August. The wind came from the mountain. The AC worked but was not cool at all. Although the weather was quite cool during our stay, you don’t know when guests will need it. The elevator was Long waiting during rush hour.

There was construction work happening in various parts of the building too. Know that this is a private condo rental within a very large complex. There is no front desk support and VRIs office hours are limited.

• Akemi (4/5): We will never return. - Great location near Kūhiō beach I don’t think that they do room check before guest check in. Fittings did not work, kitchen equipments were broken and room was not clean or well maintained. I had to visit their office several times to request fixing them.
• Magdalena (6/5): Good Location - Walking distance to the beach and kitchen. Very slow elevators, the sauna and bathroom at the pool area were closed. Only one out of the two jacuzzi jets worked. The Murphy bed mattress felt more like an air mattress

• Boudsakhone (2/5): - This property does NOT have on site staffing. The one person they have, the “manager” is a one person staffing show. It’s VERY difficult to communicate with her/them; you have to wait a few days and try multiple times to communicate. This was before we even arrived. When we arrived we find that only 3/4 elevators are operational. By the next morning (day after our initial arrival) the facility down to 2 working elevators for a 37 floor facility. We were on the 18th floor. After waiting for almost 40 minutes…we walked down 18 flights only to learn that the management wasn’t even aware of the elevator problems. A hotel without working elevators would have required us to walk up back and forth those flights …we have arthritis and knee problems to begin with…staying there would have caused us further injury…which would have been contrary to our vacation plans. The hotel looked old and in need of renovations. And it really hurt them to NOT have staffing on site. This is why we asked for a refund and booked at another hotel immediately. Do not include this hotel on your list of properties approved by Expedia.

• Jeremy (10/5): - Property was amazing! Loved having a parking garage attached. As long as your vehicle is under 6 ft you’re set. Room was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Loved having a full kitchen to use when we didn’t want to eat out. And even though it is in the touristy area, it was never too loud or noisy. The only con we had which isn’t even a big deal was waiting for the elevators. Some times it would take a long time before you could get on one. But other than that everything else was fine!

I spoke to the manager about checking and stated to send informations before we will arrive at the airport but did not happen until I contacted her.Parking is included but it’s alway full and very tight parking space. The first day I I had to pay the parking and then it will reimburse but it’s been 4 days since I check out but I have not received my reimbursement. If you have a big car or truck it will be difficult to park. You can’t come out at the car. No cleaning everyday. Needs to update the property. Needs more elevator. It takes time to wait.
• Shino (6/5): Bad customer service - We booked this place because it included free garage parking. Upon arrival, we went to the front desk and was told to go to the 4th floor to see the property manager. There was no one there and an envelope was pinned to a cork board with instructions and code to get into the room which was off-putting and said parking pass will be in the room. There was no parking pass. We called the number listed but no one answered and texted the emergency # and were told they ran out of the pass but will get us one tomorrow. Nothing the next day and the next 2 days and when we texted, Melissa told us that the number is her personal cell & to not text her. Room was decent, good location but management was horribly unprofessional. We got a parking refund in the end but between elevators that we had to wait for 10-20min to ride and bad customer service, we'd stay somewhere else next time.3 stars is for the location and room.

• Robin (4/5): Very enjoyable after initial problems were solved. - Location is great. Apartment is very spacious. They did have beach chairs available and in the room. Initial room allocated 2701 was far below expectations and after complaining we were moved to a better apartment for same cost.New apartment 1412 allocated was very good everything worked and was clean but dated. Abysmal communication with office needed 4 overseas phone calls to establish apartment number.Initial apartment 2701 was in very poor condition. Dirty and broken furniture, hair dryer didn't work, bath surface was peeling, only 1 bedside light, TV didn't work, WiFi wouldn't connect initially several phone calls to establish the modem was disconnected. Cutlery and dishes were awful, refrigerator didn't work, bed was broken on one side. This apartment should definitely not be rented out until renovated/repaired. Noted

Lifts in the building were slow and sometimes unreliable. the room was a little small for 4 adult people. the oven in the kitchen was a little difficult to use - there should be some instructions on how to use oven for foreigners. the mattress on the fold out bed was too soft
• Oleg (4/5): - No instructions were provided for check-in, parking, or directions. We had to ask random staff for guidance. The front desk is incorrectly shown in the booking photos. The building houses several hotels and apartments, causing confusion. You'll be directed to an ordinary office room on the fourth floor, where a couple of people will note your arrival in a paper notebook. The elevator wait times were around five minutes. The grill area was filthy, appearing as if it hasn't been cleaned since the building's construction, which seems to be 40 years ago. Our room had shabby doors with a hole at the bottom. The electric stove was rusty, with dangerously tilted burners. Turning it on emitted a foul smell from previous spills. The bathroom doors were wooden with broken louvers, providing no privacy or sound insulation, and were dirty. The room had a musty smell, worn-out furniture, and an uneven dining table that needed paper under the legs to stabilize. The built-in hairdryer was replaced by another in a drawer. There was no dishwasher. I booked this hotel due to its 8.8 rating on Expedia, as I don’t book hotels with ratings below 8. This rating turned out to be misleading. I would rate this hotel a maximum of 5 out of 10. One day, the parking was so full that I struggled to find a spot, although this happened only once during our week-long stay. The management should replace the kitchen completely, as it's the most frustrating part of the room.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. Prices were reasonable at the mini mart too The only thing I would suggest is that the room came with a water filter pitcher. The water tasted awful but it isn’t the property’s fault. It’s just the water there. A pitcher would fix that I believe. Would certainly stay again!

Contras: Cero comunicacion para cualquier necesidad, un solo mini shampu y acondicionador para 6 dias 4 personas, la TV nunca se pudo accesar y no tuvimos comunicacion para saber como funcionaba. A lo mejor era una tonteria pero sin ayuda como huesped. Deberia tener atencion al huesped en todo momento.
• Ramon (10/5): Great stay - Excellent location, room is spacious albeit a little dated, the staff was responsive and may themselves accessible. The Amenities are top notch I would definitely stay there again.

• Damon (6/5): - The property is a bit old but it was not too bad. The free parking helped a lot. Our internet and TV did not work the entire trip. Management is not in the office most days and can be hard to contact if you need something. But the area is so nice and there is a mini mart in the lobby for the quick snacks when you get back.

• Jessica (10/5): - Our stay was perfect for a family of 4. We had more than enough room and all the things we needed to cook almost all our meals. Melissa was very helpful. She was always a text away and provided us information for a taxi that offered a flat rate. Will definitely stay again.

• Geoff (6/5): Good, not fancy place to be near the action in Waikiki. Traffic was not good. - The location was in Waikiki very near, but not on, the beach. Melissa was a very good manager and brought us what we needed. She also communicated well. The garage was convenient if tight. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Bathroom was OK, incl. shower. Electric stove with one burner not working. Old, outdated furniture, some of which was not in good shape. The front door stuck badly so that we had to lean into it to open. Few condiments in the kitchen, only salt and pepper. Elevator was slow during busy times and 1 was out of service in each tower.
• Wilkins (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Kitchen was good. It was quiet and had more space than a hotel room. Value for money wasn’t great. The building is pretty outdated and you often have to wait a long time for elevators. Melissa wasn’t very friendly and didn’t reply to any of my messages sent through booking.com.
• Marco (1/5): Not worth the money. Probably any other place is better than this one. - Old. Extremely difficult staff to deal with. Horrible check-in experience. We emailed them a few days before traveling as per their directions. Never received a reply. Once we got there no one was in the office and when we were able to contact them they told us that “someone “ had cancelled our reservation but when we asked for proof of this supposedly real cancellation no evidence was provided. Asked repeatedly, no evidence. Finally another room was given to us. Also the person in charge never mentioned that we could have received a key to access the sauna therefore the sauna is not really available unless you specifically go to the office and ask for the key.
