Erkan (9/5): overall great value - Great location and extra convenient transportation options. Ski bus stop literally in front of the hotel, train station couple of minutes walking distance. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant. Great very helpful staff.
Thomas (4/5): - Die komplette (Buchungs-) Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war extrem enttäuschend und rein handlungsanweisungs-basiert. Ein KI-Bot hätte das genau so gut bzw schlecht handhaben können. Auf Anfragen, die nicht in diesem Kontext abgedeckt waren, konnten Mitarbeiter ohne Rückfrage keine Antwort geben und allgemein wurden Zusatzanfragen, auch wenn über booking möglich, grundsätzlich kommentarlos abgelehnt. Man hat es scheinbar nicht nötig auf Gäste einzugehen.

Jockl (5/5): Für uns nicht wieder - Bad, Zimmer und Frühstück waren gut. Keine Sauna. Uns wurde gesagt das die Sauna am Anreisetag nicht in Betrieb ist da sie zur Gepäckaufbewahrung genutzt werde. Wir haben wegen der Sauna das Hotel gebucht.Bei der Buchung kein Hinweis auf diesen Umstand.Der Herr am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und hatte seine Freude daran uns mitzuteilen das es keine Sauna gibt. Fand er lustig und Ok. Umständlicher Online-Checkin

Lars (5/5): Room good, staff not so - The room was very nice and modern with a comfortable bed. The breakfast held a good standard. Even though we had exchanged a number of messages with somebody related to the hotel (because of our late booking), the reception was not prepared for us. This led to a very awkward and unpleasant check-in experience. Also we were told that check-out is between 09.30 and 09.45! There was no information on Booking.com about check-in and check-out times prior to booking and once we got the Booking.com confirmation mail, it showed different times than what we were told. Room for improvement.
Ilse (8/5): Mooie accommodatie voor gezinnen en grotere groepen op goede locatie. - Wij kregen een kamer in het bijgebouw aan de overkant van de weg. Een splinternieuw en strak ingericht gebouw. Vanuit de gang kwamen we in een halletje met toegang tot twee verblijven. Ons verblijf bestond uit twee slaapkamers en een ruime, moderne badkamer. Elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken en werden toiletartikelen aangevuld. We konden gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten aan de overkant als de sauna en het restaurant. We hebben er alleen ontbeten. Dat was prima maar niet bijzonder. Je moet soms wat lang wachten om geholpen te worden maar dat komt omdat het personeel meerdere functies heeft. Ze zijn allemaal erg aardig en behulpzaam.

C.Lrh (10/5): super schön - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr und haben uns super geholfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich. Die neue Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr modern. Das Essen ist super und abwechslungsreich.
