• kanagaratnam (6/5): - Staff - who very helpful even the language barrier and good house keeping staff. Not a family friendly hotel, 99.9% non family and business people stay there. Not good breakfast option. Need to improve. All the rooms are smoking and smoking reception area including free tea are People occupied with cigarettes with are not comfortable for non smoking customers and ladies. Request to stop this. Guest can smoke in allocated area only. Request to consider.

• Mohd Fikar (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay, with friendly staff and a convenient location for Canton Fair. - I had a very pleasant stay at WAIFIDEN Hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist whenever needed, which made the overall experience even more comfortable. The hotel facilities were good and well maintained. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable and the general environment of the hotel was pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel was convenient for my business trip, especially during the busy Canton Fair period. The free shuttle service to the Canton Fair was also very convenient and helpful, making travel to and from the venue much easier. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the good service and hospitality provided by the hotel team. Thank you for making my trip more enjoyable. The only downside was that there was just one shuttle trip per day from the hotel to the Canton Fair. It would be more convenient if there were additional shuttle trips.

• Alharthi (10/5): - We had such a beautiful stay at this hotel 🤍 I mentioned in advance that it was our anniversary, and they truly went above and beyond to make it special. The room was thoughtfully decorated, and every little detail felt warm and welcoming. It honestly made our celebration even more memorable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and you can feel how much they care about their guests. Outside the hotel is very crowded

• عواطف (9/5): - الموقع والخدمات ممتازة، والغرف ممتازة من حيث التقنية الحديثة حتى في دورات المياة يوجد شطافات، والماء موجود في الغرف والردهات بوفرة والأثاث مرتب والسعة كافية، وأعجبني كثيرًا أنهم يأخذون الغسيل منك في سلة موضوعة بالغرفة وبعد أربع ساعات تجدة في الغرفة مغسول وهذا مجاني، وعندهم مظلات تحصل عليها بالتأمين ويرجعونه لهم بعدما ترجعها، بجواره مطعم السده ومطعم تركي ملاصق، ومطعم اثيوبي يفتح على الفندق من الداخل، وهو أعلى من 3 نجوم بلا شك. الذي آمل أن يكون أفضل منطقة الاستقبال ضيقة، ومليئة بالشنط التي يتركها الضيوف للتخزين، كما أن بوفيه الافطار تذهب للدور الخامس عشر ثم تصعد درح للدور السادس عشر وتجد إفطارًا بسيطا متواضعًا في السطح، وهناك أعمال ترميم في المكان، فالذهاب لمنطقة الافطار ملتوي. والمصعد ينبغي أن يكون أوسع. واتصلت على الاستقبال وملم أتلقى ردًا.

Revenir ici, c’est être sûr de passer un séjour sans stress et rempli de confort. Un immense merci au personnel de la réception pour leur accueil si chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. On se sent attendu, écouté et vraiment bien pris en charge dès l’arrivée. Un grand bravo également au personnel de ménage, dont le travail est irréprochable : chambre parfaitement propre, soignée chaque jour, avec beaucoup d’attention aux détails. C’est très appréciable et ça fait toute la différence. L’hôtel est calme, confortable, très bien situé, et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. C’est exactement le genre d’endroit où l’on revient avec plaisir… et où l’on reviendra encore 😊 Je recommande cet hôtel du fond du cœur. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience ❤️✨

• Aman (4/5): Absolutely not recommended - Location is very good. Wifi+bed was also good but this hotel doesn't worth 8/10 rating. I will rate it maximum 4/10. Even after taking money from my bank card before check-in, they have taken full payment in cash also stating that we'll refund you. But I haven't got the payment yet. Police is checking rooms in this hotel and interogating customers which I never faced previously when booking through Booking.com Satisfaction+peace+comfort+protection is some of the things a guest may need when he book a hotel. This hotel isn't recommended.
