- Verified traveler (10/5): - 床に髪の毛が落ちていて、とても自分たちのものとは思えなかったです。ただ部屋の広さや静かさ、大浴場(きれいさも含めて)には大満足。スタッフさんの対応もスマートながら丁寧さに欠けることなく感じが良かったです。部屋の洗面台が欠けていたり、トイレが狭かったり、水の流れが悪かったのは残念でした。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 古いが清潔・機能面は不十分なところもあり - 建物は古いが清潔に保たれている。食事は摂らなかったのでわからない。 部屋内のユニットバスは古く、現在となっては狭く使いにくい。 また、トイレも部屋内のものは温水洗浄機能はついていない。 温泉は流石に素晴らしかった。 また、寝具も綺麗で快適であった。 全体として、昭和の良い温泉ホテルの雰囲気があり、良い滞在であった。
