• Florian (9/5): Satisfait - Une chambre spacieuse et confortable avec vue sur la citadelle dans un hôtel bien équipé proposant un bon petit-dejeuner et se situant immédiatement à l'entrée du centre historique. De plus, de l'autre côté il y a une superbe église orthodoxe. Le parking est facile, il y a un spa et une piscine, un resto et un bar. Certes le mobilier semble d'origine mais à l'époque c'était fait pour durer! Cela ne nuit pas au confort.

• Fridjof Struck (9/5): - Pool und Sauna super, auch das Fitnessstudio ist in Ordnung ausgerüstet. Frühstück nicht so besonders, aber in Ordnung. Es war eine große Gruppe dort und Speisen waren oft leer. Lange Schlange am Kaffeeautomaten. Personal super freundlich.

• osandu (4/5): Very disappointed – Far below 4-star standards - I stayed at this hotel expecting a proper 4-star experience, but unfortunately the room I was given was in very poor condition. With all due respect, this room does not meet 4-star criteria at all. At best, and being generous, it would qualify as a 3-star room, but even that feels like a stretch.The issues were numerous and quite serious: - Exposed electrical wires that were not properly insulated – a real safety concern. - Clear water infiltrations and damp stains on the wall/ceiling. - The bathroom drain was literally disassembled. - The light fixture in the bathroom had no cover. - Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged or in poor condition. I was genuinely shocked by the state of the room, especially for the price and the hotel’s claimed category. This level of maintenance is simply not acceptable for a 4-star property. I have attached photos showing the problems mentioned above. I really hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and invests in proper renovation and maintenance, because the location and potential are there, but the current execution is disappointing.I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

They did not offer an possibility of money exchange despite the fact that they have an nice visible flyer at reception indicating something else - just remove that or execute as indicated…

• Nicole (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für Sightseeing in Kombination mit Entspannung. - Ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern (nicht groß, aber ausreichend zum Schlafen). Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man hat Blick auf die Altstadt sowie auch den Fluss. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten über 120 Stufen erreichbar und wuuuunderschön. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir auswärts gespeist haben. Der Pool und die Sauna runden den Aufenthalt ab. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Y recourir dans ce cas. - Son utilité pratique : juste au pied de la citadelle, le moins éloigné et le plus accessible depuis l’arrêt des bus de ligne. La localisation bruyante, les chambres en duplex, l’absence de service de chambre.

• salvatore (4/5): Un hotel che porta il nome Hilton a Sighisoara: Terribile - Niente. Sinceramente In primis ho soggiornato 2 notti e il letto non è stato fatto. Specchio laterale nel bagno rotto, televisione nella camera non funzionante , doccia con l'acqua che fuoriusciva, parato sporco, illuminazione cimiteriale, il frigo bar spento, tutto l'apparato della stanza invecchiato. Potrei aggiungere in merito alla stanza ancora altro di negativo ma mi fermo qui. Un'ultima cosa: il giardino era a pezzi con un senso di abbandono terribile e frigoriferi per bibite del dopoguerra abbandonati dentro.
