• Ian Herd (9/5): Hidden treasure ! - Excellent location for transit to Heathrow. On site food was affordable and remarkable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Finding a nights accommodation that includes a beautiful hot/cold breakfast at this fee in London is absolutely remarkable. My companions and I loved it ❤️ Only one minor issue. Mattresses on the beds were metal springed and quite worn, noisy and uncomfortable. But for budget accommodations, they are absolutely acceptable!

• Paul (8/5): I look back with fondness to my three weeks at the Swan. - If you want bags of good old fashioned London pub character and a warm welcome to the breakfast table in the bar, the Swan Inn is for you ! It is not a Premier Inn, and all the better for it ! (No disrespect to Premier Inn !) Suited my purpose exactly when visiting West Middx hospital every weekday for three weeks with a family member seriously ill. More speedy toilet cistern fill !

Although were didnt know at first it was a full breakfast it was a nice suprise. The room size was decent as well. The Thai restaurant onsite was always done well. We only had room service one day out of 6. This was disappointing as we had to ask when we needed things like our bins changed or bathroom products

La localisation 1min de marche vers le bus , moins de 10min de bus pour rejoindre la ligne Piccadilly. Des serviettes, produits d’hygiène , café, thé et biscuits sont à disposition. Linge de maison propre La qualité du matelas pourrait être améliorée, ça reste convenable. Le bac à douche n’était pas propre, mériterait un bon coup de récurage .

• natalie (7/5): London at Christmas - the best value weekend stay! - Nice location. They had a special licence on the Friday night and there was a Christmas NHS party - even in the bedroom it was bouncing . And it didn’t stop until 00:30! We should have just gone down and partied with them. The shower was a bit pants - but none of us washed our hair. It was such a good price I feel I can’t complain about the breakfast but it wasn’t the best. Hardly any choice of cereals (like the pics show) chipped jugs, powdered coffee, over cooked eggs. My friends loved the hash browns. We ate quite late on the Saturday night as they have a Thai kitchen in the pub. The food was tasty but hardly any chicken in my dish - I saw some cracking dishes coming out.

• DJDaka (10/5): A Hidden Gem for a Last-Minute Stay - I booked this place on a whim while in town for work, and it turned out to be a great choice. The pub has a warm, cosy atmosphere and was spotless even though I arrived around midnight while they were still busy. The staff were fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and clearly set the tone for the locals, who were all up for a chat and a laugh. I originally planned to check in and head straight to bed, but ended up staying up for a few hours just to relax and soak in the vibe. The twin room I booked was a good size. The beds were a little squeaky, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.

• ALBERT (8/5): - Really good atmosphere in the pub, proper sports on big screens too. Thai food served in this venue which was very good. Will be staying again when we go to our next sports event at Twickenham, was a pleasurable stay with good staff. Myself and my friends beds in rooms needed tightening and perhaps something under each leg of the beds 🛌 to help make laying in the beds more comfortable, sleep was very poor due to this issue. Could be easily resolved . Shower 🚿 needs looking at as I had a tepid one early the next morning 🌄. We will still be back again as the pub and thai restaurant within the premises are very good.

• ALESSIA (7/5): Tipico pub inglese - Zona tranquilla, fermata del bus vicinissima. Tipico pub inglese, in cui ci sono serate "a tema": una sera c'era il gioco a quiz! Il "conduttore" del quiz era davvero forte! La camera era pulita, come da foto. Il letto matrimoniale non era molto comodo, il materasso era inclinato. Abbiamo quindi dormito nei letti singoli, fortunatamente c'erano 4 posti letto e noi eravamo in 2.
• JOHN (2/5): One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staff were the only good thing. I’ll never stay at The Swan again - Staff were friendly. Bed linen was clean Old, cheaply furnished room. Door didn’t close properly or easily. Central heating off so I had to locate thermostat in the corridor myself in order to turn it on. TV didn’t work because aerial disconnected, broken and lying on floor. Shared bathroom was in very poor condition. Toilet seat partly broken, no plug in sink, no hooks to hang clothes, light pull cord appallingly filthy, door handle disgusting and sticky. The towels were stained and smelt frowsy. Woken up numerous times in the night by slamming doors and loud voices. I know room was cheap but Premier Inn is cheaper and I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Parking was a bit tricky, but there are some areas with free on-street parking. Some of the beds were not comfortable but rather saggy. But apart from that everything was fine.

Turned out that the chef was off sick. So continental breakfast was available on display or we could have eggs cooked and that was all. Continental content was okay for the price we paid.

• Janice (10/5): Great stay, lovely pub, very helpful staff and exceptional value for money. - Great room in this lovely pub located very near Richmond Park and Kew Gardens. Amazing value especially as this included complimentary breakfast. We had to leave early and were able to take food away as we didn’t have time to sit and eat this. Also there was a great selection of biscuits in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities. We had everything we needed and more. I accidentally left something behind and one of the staff, Toby, was extremely helpful in arranging to send this back to me in Birmingham. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. Parking might be more tricky in the week when this is restricted to residents at times. The restrictions didn’t include weekends and some times of day so it would be important to check the details of this if arriving by car.
• TunisianNightmare (10/5): Lovely little place… - Stayed for just one night as we were attending an event locally. Staff very friendly, rooms warm and comfortable, no noise from the pub or the road. The beds were very comfortable, and the cooked breakfast was lovely. All round a lovely place and a nice stay.

• Fiona (9/5): Impressive - Great location. Gorgeous pub. Room was a good size. Great value for money etc for an outer London location. There was some noise after hours outside. But staying in a pub, this is expected.
• Sandra (9/5): Swanning around - Arrived at 1AM to a warm welcome! Continental breakfast was copious, hot breakfast available on demand. Room was super-clean - no cleaning done on Saturday, but no problem for us. Shared bathroom was also clean and shampoo/soap available in the room with one large and one small towel, both well laundered. Room was adjacent to LHR runway, but we both worked in aviation, so enjoyed the noise and watching the planes arrive! There are NO trains to/from Isleworth Station due to engineering works. The rail replacement bus service to Feltham was superb, but guests may want to leave a little earlier if they have flights they cannot miss! Walk from Isleworth Station to the Swan is not long or complicated, but I would not want to do it late at night. Taxis/Uber fares from LHR to the Swan are GBP40+

After a look at the Crane and Duke of Northumberland Rivers we needed a drink and lunch. Warm welcome when we found the manager. Well kept ESB. Incredibly good value Thai meals. Almost too much. Caring manager. Lovely Thai cooks and food. Well recommended.

• Ian (9/5): Comfy stay in West London pub - Attractive pub, comfy beds, good Full English brekky (on weekends only, continental during the week). Easy enough to park nearby overnight. Syon House and gardens only 5mins drive away and well worth a visit. Bathrooms were a little tired, but did the job.

• Judith (1/5): Unpleasant Stay – Poor Service and Dirty Rooms - Our stay began with a flooded bathroom caused by a broken toilet drain. The manager moved us to alternative rooms in better condition, which we appreciated. However, the next day, our belongings were moved back to the original room without prior notice or consent. Unfortunately, the bathroom had not been cleaned after repairs and was left in a very poor state. Additionally, some of our items were not transferred back, and despite following up, we were unable to recover them. The rooms overall felt quite run-down and lacked proper upkeep. We decided to shorten our stay by a day.
