La distribución que tiene tanto el hotel en si como las propias habitaciones, perfectamente equipadas, lo hacen de lo más confortable. Hacía tiempo que no me alojaba en un hotel que me causase tan buena impresión. El desayuno muy completo con buen café (de cápsulas) y el restaurante con muy buena mano para la cocina. Cenamos dos veces y estaba todo exquisito. Cuando vuelva por Noja me alojaré de nuevo en este hotel, no me cabe duda.
- _bmdokeeffe (2/5): Terrible service with cold food. - Went to the restaurant for dinner while staying in Noja, the service was terrible, they were obviously short staffed. We ordered paella and waited 1 hour for it. That bit I didn't mind, but when we got it, the entire dish was cold. We ate some of it as by that stage we were hungry. The waitress asked if everything was ok and when we explained that it was cold, she just shrugged her shoulders. Won't be going back there, mainly because of the customer service.

- S louise (10/5): Stunning room views only an hour from Bilbao - Wonderful hotel at Trengandin beach in the beautiful town of Noja! What can I say? I’ve been coming to Noja since the 1970s, originally in a Campervan on this beach with my parents. Now if I have business in Bilbao I always make a trip here, it’s my happy place. Stunning views, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), freshest of seafood, and very comfortable rooms. Don’t expect to hear and English during your stay though, which just adds to the charm!
- carlitas (8/5): A great 3 night beach break - This hotel exceeded my expectations and had not been my first choice. The beach is wonderful for walking, exploring and swimming, with stunning changing seascapes. I was delighted to have room 106, directly facing the magnificent beach, a double bed but no balcony. The pillows were top quality and there were so many of them. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious, everything was spotless and made up daily which I really like. There is a very good guide in the room, the best I have seen. The staff in the hotel, cafe and restaurant work very hard and are helpful and friendly when you see them. The waiters in the cafe downstairs work very long shifts and always made me feel welcome and made great coffee. I never ate in the main restaurant as I avoid over-priced formal seafood dining on the beach front. On my first night, I did try rabas in the cafe which was overcooked and chewy so that deterred me from trying any other cafe food, apart from a breakfast tostada with fresh tomato which was great. I was disappointed some of the nearby restaurants were closed so it was inconvenient to find quality places to dine or order from. I would suggest bringing some snacks if you want to maximise your beach time. The hotel/cafe would benefit from having more snacks and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would make a big difference for relaxing. The hotel also has a nice side terrace which I found relaxing for reading and ample lounging space on the lower level which I did not use. Be prepared for music until midnight from the bar. If I return, I would request a room on a higher floor for more privacy from the terrace and car park below as I would prefer to have the curtains and large windows wide open to take in the incredible views. Wifi was a bit slow but adequate for my needs.

- JaneE604 (6/5): Beachfront - I stayed one night at this hotel while walking the Camino de Santiago. Noja is a beach holiday town with many hotels but this one turned out to be a good choice. It is more or less beach front. The best views of the beach are from the restaurant/bar rather than the rooms but there were beach “glimpses” from my balcony. The room was fairly standard 3-star hotel size but in really good condition and seemed larger with a big balcony. Everything was white, modern and clean. There was a big bed, desk, armchair and mini fridge. There was also a table-top fan but the day was cool enough for it not to be needed. It was on the side of the building that got the afternoon sun and was beautifully light with windows right along the balcony side. The bathroom had a shower over a tub which was a bit too slippery for my liking but was otherwise adequate and clean. The receptionist spoke some English which was helpful. My only complaint concerns the wifi. I was given 2 passes with codes but the hotel system connected without any request for a code. It was very, very slow and froze often. The ground floor of the building consisted of the sea front restaurant/bar and a second indoor/outdoor restaurant on the side street. I only had a drink at the sea front restaurant which from the blackboard menu is seafood-centric and expensive. There are seats across a small road that have a great beach view and are perfect for an evening drink. Hotel Las Olas is a nice place to stay for a night or for longer. I would be happy to return.
- Alberto (8/5): Experiencia positiva - Hotel tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado a pie de playa. Habitación y baño en buenas condiciones, desayuno excepcional. Personal muy amable y cercano, especial mención a los chicos que sirven el desayuno.

- Itxaso (6/5): Buenas vistas, pero no creo que volvamos. - La ubicación es excelente, en la misma línea de playa y preciosas vistas, pero la limpieza general de la habitación deja bastante que desear. Hace falta una limpieza en profundidad: migre en las juntas de la bañera, telarañas en el techo de la habitación y las sábanas tenían unas manchas que se veía que las habían lavado pero esas manchas no se habían ido, de ser así deberían de fijarse al hacer la cama y no ponerlas. El restaurante para comer muy bien, la comida buena y ricas tartas caseras. El desayuno que entra con la habitación basta ante justito.

- Douglas (6/5): Stay away in winter. - No food or refreshments available as it was low season. Very expensive to eat out if you can find anywhere open because it was low season . Had to rely on local Carrefour Express to purchase only cold food so wouldn’t recommend for a stay in the winter months. Having said that , the receptionist who was the only member of staff there was pleasant.

- BeauRivage64 (8/5): Great staff - very welcoming - We stayed here for a weekend in November and chose a room with a view directly over the beach, which was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of information on what to see and do. The breakfast had lots of variety and excellent coffee. The bar and restaurant were busy and we had a great seafood platter for lunch. Lots of lovely coastal walks directly from the hotel, with some gorgeous scenery. Great value and friendly staff.

- U888RKbrianc (4/5): Missing in action - The hotel seemed to be unstaffed when we stayed, it took 3 visits in the space of 2 hour before we meet someone to check us in and there was no one at all to check us out. Very very poor service and left a very poor impression.
- nd2trvmore (6/5): not worth 60 euros - this hotel is situated on a beautiful beach with a million dollar view. ok, thats the good part!! the management needs to wake up - literally. when i tried to check in, no one at the desk. after i figured out the call button, the response was less than quick. room had a great view and a smell of covered over smokers. i went down to the hugely overpriced restaurant and ate elsewhere. the" breakfast included" was coffee and bread - not a piece off fruit, cold cuts or juice to be found. although i had offered to pay when checking in, i was told in the morning would be fine. next morning there was one person working - a very sweet, very busy gal trying to serve 45 or so tour group folks and me. then when she also came to run my bill, she couldn't operate the credit card machine. after we found a translator in the tour group, she took the credit card machine to the manager who was not yet out of her quarters - at 9 AM. look around town for a better value and a more professionally operated hotel
