- lornawT588JH (2/5): Idiot at reception - To be honest at first I thought I had a huge bargain. But night 2 my hotel phone rings by the boy in reception asking me for sex at5:30am. I speak to management. Thought we had it sorted or some mistake. Clearly not. Tonight I take hotel phone out of socket because this is a joke. Not impressed one bit. That boy who is night shift needs sacked.
- Rg3107 (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone - I came to this hotel with an expectation of having really good holiday. What lured me in, were the reviews online and the descriptions that fit into the needs of me and my family who stayed with me. Unfortunately the moment we get there, the reality hit us. No air conditioning in the lobby, but that we could live without. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room, if you wanted to use for both bedroom and living area you had to pay additional price for the one in living area. The cleaning of the room, or the lack of to be completely honest in this case was something we were shocked. For a week long stay, we had our room cleaned once and our towels changed once. The hygiene of this place was questionable. We had to go down to the lobby every single time a toilet paper finished and we were told that the cleaning lady should be giving it to us also - which never happened. If you looking for fancy dinner or at least sth that’s not portioned for you to eat - don’t come here. The food was the same every single day and if you didn’t come when the dinner starts, after 30 minutes all what was left for you was mostly veggies. The main dish on dinner also was portioned by one of the stuff members, so you couldn’t get more even if you wanted to. Honestly after staying there I know why the place has such good reviews. The manager of this hotel comes up to you, asking if he can show you sth on Google Maps and then he puts all 5 stars under his hotel by himself. After first day we knew we couldn’t stay long here. So we spend every single day mostly outside and came only back at night for some sleep. If you are thinking of choosing this place, I would recommend not to. Even if the price is appealing 😓

- Natalia_traveller7 (2/5): The most uncomfortable and dirty hotel ever seen - Terrible, very dirty everywhere, the owner is hiding his name asking guests to call him as a "boss". Not safe place. Meal is so so. The rooms are dirty and no one clean them. You have to pay for everything, even the toilet paper and a bottle of water. Never again
- anthonya209 (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever - Worst hotel ever, not only in Alanya but most probably in whole of Turkey. Room so dirty, cleaning and room service do not exist. Food is terrible. After sleeping for 3 nights, my whole body was itching because of how dirty the room was, most probably mattress was infected as well. The manager tried to scam me twice, i paid 250 Lira/day extra for the AC the total was 1,250 Lira. The 2nd day the manager said this amount was for 1 night only. And i need to paid 5,000 Lira extra. I argued with him and refused to pay, i told him show me your price list and I will gladly pay, then he backed off and siad it is okay and everything is fine. The day after, they called me to tell me that they couldn't collect their money from the booking.com and i must pay them. So again i argued with the manager and told him that it is not my problem, fix your payment issue, i have receipts and order confirmation. He threatened with police and i told him please call them. Again he told wait she is checking online. After 5 minutes they told me it is okay, no issue, you can stay and you Don't have to pay anything. Sorry for the long post, but people should know and stay away from this place

Hissejä 1 kpl, kerroksia 9. siivooja kävi viikon aikana 3 krt, tästä oma-aloitteisesti vain kerran. Parveke koko päivän varjossa, uima-altaalle paistoi pieneen osaan aurinko muutaman tunnin päiväsä ja altaan vesi oli todella kylmää. Suppea valikoima juomia baarissa.
