• Erin (10/5): A great time! - The service and staff were attentive and so friendly. We had a beach pod and it had everything we needed. Can’t beat the view and location. We had dinner and breakfast which were good and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

• Sharon (8/5): An ideal stop off on our long journey to the highlands but expensive and perhaps not a “luxury” pod - The location and exceptional view The food for our evening meal was absolutely lovely and beautifully presented The pod was very dusty and needed a good clean of all surface areas , handles very sticky . Sort small problems ie toilet seat not fitting The pods are dog and child friendly so perhaps some form of gate at the side from the decking for safety as it’s next to an exceptionally busy road

• An-niek (7/5): - Het was netjes schoon en alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig op de kamer. We kregen de verwarming op de badkamer niet goed aan en hij hing los aan de muur. Wij hadden hem al 2x vast met het ophangen van de handdoek.

• Richard (9/5): Beautifully situated hotel right on the lochside. Perfect is you are seeing Ben Nevis and Glencoe. Lovely restaurant and - Beautiful location right on the Lochside. If you can afford it pay a little extra for a loch view room. We had done a long drive that day and so booked the restaurant for when we arrived and had a lovely meal and drink. Also great location if you want to visit Ben Nevis or Glencoe. Room 1 seemed to be above or next to a generator or air conditioning engine which ran all night. Made it not so peaceful a room as we would have liked. However we did sleep through it. More vegan and gluten free options for breakfasts would be great. 🙏

Prise USB dans la chambre. On ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenetre. Les toilettes etaient trop pres de la porte, pas de place pour les jambes. Vieillisant...des traveaux semble en cours sur une partie du bâtiment

• Claire (4/5): Not worth the money for the hotel itself, the pods looks nice though. - View was nice Bed was not comfortable at all, and could hear everything from neighbors and they weren’t even being loud, the walls must just be thin.

• Celia (4/5): - The views of the loch for breakfast were absolutely breathtaking as well as very friendly staff. Was VERY loud, next to a busy road, the bed had stains yellow on the pillow and brown on the mattress, there was a piece of wood coming out from underneath the mattress and wasn’t great. The shower corners had mould so we didn’t use it, and the carpet difficult to trust. The dinner was simple, but good. A bit disappointing overall, as well is not cheap so considering all this probably we will not go back, but this is the hotel bit not the cabins, they might be a better option. Wish them all the best!

• Jacqueline (9/5): A comfortable stay in a lovely hotel that has one of the greatest views ever! - The location was fantastic! Such great views from the bedroom window. Just a couple of things….Breakfast could have started a bit earlier, for people who want to get away a bit earlier….And, you have to let them know if you want your room serviced. I think that should be a given.

• Kim (9/5): Too expensive for what you get. - The view at the pods is amazing. Staffs are super friendly. Food is ok, breakfast could have some precut fruits instead of whole apples and oranges. But other than that it ok. Right next to a busy road, the pods have very thin windows and overs hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

• Kelly (8/5): Breath taking views! - The location and view are amazing. Very cosy and small but has everything you need for a short stay. There was not heating that we could get to work. The shower was freezing cold after a long cold day and there was not hot water. We did let staff know the next morning about the issues we encountered. The blinds on the doors were also duck tapped together and fell apart making sleeping harder due to the light.

You could park your car outside your pod , a beautiful luxury pod They shut their restaurants at 10pm. So when I wanted a bottle of water ? They were closed and I was asked to drink tap water … I am not sure if that’s normal .. lol

• Vargas (7/5): Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. - La vue est superbe , vraiment magnifique. Le petit dej extra aussi Bâtiment un peu vétuste beaucoup d’infiltration au plafond de la chambre réparé rapidement. Énorme échafaudage sur la façade côté loch. Dommage. Surtout que l’on paie la chambre en supplément. Mais vu comme la route est passante c’était mieux pour le bruit.

• Maxime (4/5): Heureusement qu’il y a la vue. - La vue. Manque de place dans la capsule, il n’y avait même pas de table pour manger alors que sur les photos de l’annonce il y en a une. Pas de table à l’extérieur non plus. Le canapé lit est dur .Manque de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Au final très chère pour si peu. Déçu.

Very clean, well designed pods Pressure from the shower not great but ok and it was a glamping pod. Nightly charge for dog was high compared with other places we stayed

• Pia (3/5): - The overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The carpet throughout the entire building was very poorly maintained, with numerous visible stains, which immediately gave an unclean impression. The hotel itself feels very old and run-down. There is no elevator, which made carrying our luggage up several flights of stairs quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms matched the rest of the hotel – outdated and not well cared for. The bathroom felt especially uncomfortable, more like a cramped caravan or container-style toilet rather than a proper hotel bathroom. The view from our room was also far from pleasant, overlooking what appeared to be a cluttered and messy garage area. The bed was very uncomfortable, and every movement caused the springs to make loud noises, making it difficult to relax or sleep well. Additionally, the pictures shown online do not reflect reality at all. What we found on arrival was very different from what was advertised. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not justified. The stay was far too expensive for what was offered.

Chambre désuète avec échafaudage devant la fenêtre, moquette tachée et très sale, salle d eau avec toilettes exiguë. Le prix de la chambre est bien trop cher pour ce que nous avons eu.

• Rodney (9/5): Excellent quality at an affordable tariff - It's an exceptional Lochside location. At breakfast you have views over Loch Linnhe. The single room was a good size compared to other hotels in the area. The shower worked beautifully. The breakfasts were everything you'd hope for in a UK hotel in terms of choice and quality. All considered, it's reasonably priced compared to hotels in the area. The only single room appears to be overlooking the road and on that side of the corridor the traffic noise does intrude. I imagine the family & double/ twin rooms facing the loch are free of this problem.

• KatyJayne18 (10/5): Amazing stay, wonderful staff, phenomenal food - The staff were fantastic, they couldn't help enough. I asked about Tattie Scones, the next day for breakfast the gentleman brought out a plate of Tattie scones. I also asked another gentleman for an extra duvet, as I kept stealing my partners and he ensured we got an extra duvet. Honestly, amazing staff. The food was phenomenal, I had the best evening meal I have had in a long time. Finally the location, wow, the views and where it is are perfect. Nothing, everything was brilliant.

• Emma (8/5): Overall great stay - The Location of the pods & the view were amazing. The cleanliness, for what we paid, wasn’t really up to the standards that previous lodges we have stayed at around the area have had. But nothing that could not have been fixed by ourselves. The bed was very comfy & the pod had all the amenities that you would need. Was lovely to wake up to the amazing view of the loch. Cleanliness

• Stacie (2/5): Not good. - The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The views are beautiful. This hotel is located on the main road and there are cars and lorries going by all night and day long, making it impossible to get a restful night of sleep. We slept in the family cottage. One of the sheets had what looked like dried blood on it, but they changed it out for us.
• Thomas (9/5): Recommnded! - We all had a lovely stay for a few nights - warm rooms, friendly staff, convenient bar and super food in the restaurant. No complaints
